Claims (8)
- Einbauteil für eine sanitäre Auslaufarmatur, insbesondere Strahlregler (10) oder Rückflußverhinderer (1), wobei das Einbauteil (1, 10) ein Einbauteil-Gehäuse (2) hat, in welchem ein Schiebeteil (3) vorgesehen ist, das (3) zum Verändern des Durchflußquerschnittes im Einbauteil-Gehäuse (2) gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Rückstellelementes (4) von einer Ausgangslage in eine Funktionsstellung verschieblich geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeteil (3) und das Rückstellelement (4) als einstückiges Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind.
- Einbauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückstellelement (4) als Rückstellfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Einbauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeteil (3) und die Rückstellfeder oder dergleichen Rückstellelement (4) aus unterschiedlichem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen und ein Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgußteil bilden und daß als Material für das Rückstellelement ein Elastomer vorgesehen ist.
- Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einstückig angespritzte Rückstellelement (4) als Schraubenfeder oder als Faltenbalgfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellfeder oder dergleichen Rückstellelement (4) mittig an einem Ende des Schiebeteils (3) angreift und vorzugsweise um einen mit dem Schiebeteil (3) verbundenen Führungs- oder Handbetätigungs-Stiel (5) koaxial angeordnet ist.
- Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellfeder oder dergleichen Rückstellelement als Druckfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Schiebeteil (3) wenigstens ein Dichtring (7) oder dergleichen Dichtelement einstückig angeformt ist und daß das Dichtelement vorzugsweise aus dem für das Rückstellelement (4) vorgesehenen Elastomer hergestellt ist.
- Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anspritzpunkt (9) für die das Rückstellelement bildende Spritzkomponente zentral am Schiebeteil (3) an der dem Rückstellelement (4) abgewandten Seite vorgesehen ist und daß die Spritzkomponente im Bereich des Anspritzpunktes (9) über mindestens einen Zuführkanal (11, 12) mit dem Rückstellelement (4) und/oder gegebenenfalls dem Dichtelement (7) verbunden ist.
