Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging bag for vacuum packaging for example of food.
- the invention relates a vacuum packaging bag, consisting of a plastic film with a bag opening, the mutually facing inner sides of the vacuum packaging bag at least in a section in the area of Bag opening under the influence of heat with each other to create an airtight Sealing weld seam are weldable, which vacuum packaging bag one reaching into the inside of the bag through the bag opening Venting means is assigned, at least in its to the weldable bag area bordering section material properties has, which allow welding to the inside of the bag.
- Such vacuum packaging bags usually consist of two Pieces of plastic film that are airtight together on three sides are welded.
- the plastic film used is at least in the area the inside of the bag made of a thermoplastic material, for example Made of polyethylene.
- a polyamide layer arranged.
- the total film thickness is approximately 90 ⁇ m.
- Such a venting device such a vacuum packaging bag is closed by the resulting one Negative pressure and the smooth inner sides then lying on top of each other almost automatically.
- a fleece is provided as a venting agent must be placed in the vacuum packaging bag after the goods to be vacuum-packed have been introduced into them.
- the Fleece ensures a remaining way to vacuum the Air, even if the adjacent bag areas bordering the fleece put together by the negative pressure and a Air extraction over these areas is no longer possible.
- the ventilation fleece is made of a thermoplastic material, so that at creating the ones that seal the vacuum packaging bag Weld this is also welded in.
- the disadvantage of such is Vacuum packaging bag that it is cumbersome to put the fleece in the insert the filled bag as intended, especially if the Vacuum packaging bag is relatively narrow
- the invention lies on the basis of this prior art discussed therefore based on the task of a vacuum packaging bag mentioned at the beginning to further develop such that its manageability is simplified is.
- a plastic tube as a venting agent simplifies the handling of such a vacuum packaging bag quite significantly in that the tube due to its higher dimensional stability compared to a non-woven strip according to the known State of the art, even with narrow vacuum packaging bags through the bag opening up to the one to be welded into it Is easy to insert.
- the vent tube can therefore also from outside the mouth of the bag in its intended Positioning before the bag is used for air extraction and for creating the sealing seam in a vacuum packaging device is inserted. It can also be provided that the vent tube already on the inside of the vacuum packaging bag is attached so that this is not additionally in the vacuum packaging bag must be inserted by hand.
- one Plastic tube which one compared to the material of the Plastic film of the vacuum packaging bag expediently higher Stiffness, it is guaranteed that the intended in air contained in the vacuum packaging bag can be extracted. It is advantageous that the tube up to that in the vacuum packaging bag located goods can be introduced, which additionally it is ensured that in the area of the goods to be packaged air can be completely extracted.
- one Plastic tubes can be used on the inside for creating a such plastic packaging bag used plastic film smooth be trained. The use of such plastic films is very inexpensive; in particular, only one type of plastic film is required for training of the bag can be used.
- the intended sealing weld is in one embodiment provided that the inside of the bag at least in Area of the bag opening as well as the ventilation tube from one thermoplastic material.
- the wall thickness of the plastic tube is larger as the film thickness of the vacuum packaging bag, it is advisable such a thermoplastic plastic for the vent tube use whose melting temperature is slightly lower than the melting point of those intended for the vacuum packaging bag thermoplastic film sections. This ensures that too the tube with its larger wall thickness when creating the sealing seam as intended even with short welding times melts and the desired airtight bag closure can be created is.
- FIG 1 shows a vacuum packaging bag 1, the actual Bag 2 and a vent tube 3 is made.
- the bag 2 is made from two rectangular pieces of film along their long sides and are welded together along a transverse side. The weld is identified by the reference number 4.
- the two slides of the Bags 2 each consist of an inner polyethylene layer of about 70 ⁇ m thick, on the outside a polyamide layer of about 20 ⁇ m Strength limits.
- the vent tube 3 consists of a soft set Polyethylene, whose melting temperature is slightly below that Melting temperature of the polyethylene of the individual bag components lies.
- the vent tube 3 is in the illustration shown in Figure 1 loosely inserted into the inside of the bag 2 through the bag opening 5 been.
- FIG. 2 shows the vacuum packaging bag 1 with a welded therein Food 6, for example a roast. After this first the food 6 in the bag 2 through the bag opening 5 has been inserted, the vent tube 3 is also inside the bag 2 to the food 6 has been inserted. In the in Figure 2 shows the food 6 is on the lower Opening the vent tube 3.
- the first being the Air inside the bag, especially through the vent tube 3 has been suctioned off.
- the arrangement of the vent tube 3 in the bag 2 prevents it from nestling together air suction from the smooth inside of the plastic film is prevented. In particular, the arrangement of the tube 3 the air is sucked off directly from the food 6.
- the welding process triggered in the area the bag mouth 5 a the vacuum packaging bag 1 closing Weld 7 is formed.
- the plastic tube 3 in the area to be created The welded joint is warmed up so that it melts and is therefore integrated into the welded joint.
- the vacuum packaging bag 1 is now sealed and airtight can be removed from the vacuum packaging device. Because of the formation of the plastic tube 3 is the section of Plastic tube 3 bulged within the weld 7 created.
- the vacuum packaging bag according to the invention can not only be used for Use food packaging, but it can be in it all objects are welded in a vacuum, such Need storage, for example, electronic components.
