Abstract

Das luftdicht verschlossene Heftpflaster enthält einen mit einer Fleckentfernungssubstanz beschichteten Gazestreifen und wird auf kleinere Schmutzflecke geklebt. Durch das Einpressen der feuchten Wirksubstanz in das Textilgewebe beim Andrücken mit den Fingern und der Vermeidung ihres zu schnellen Abtrocknens durch seine Deckklebefolie entfaltet dieses eine besonders effektive Reinigungskraft auch in tieferer Stoffschicht. <IMAGE>

Description

Stand der Technik : Chemische Spezial- oder Universal-Wirksubstanzen zur Fleckentfernung werden in vielen Varianten angeboten, wie bspw. Pasten, Pulver oder Flüssigkeiten, die aber alle ein aufwendiges Handling beim Auftragen, Einreiben, Abbürsten und Verwahren erfordern. Daher trocknen meist die kleinen Saucen-, Salat-, Saft- oder Weinspritzer auf Kleidungsstücken oder der Tischdecke in ungünstiger Weise bereits an, bevor man endlich Zeit für ihre Reinigung findet. Diese Zeitverzögerung reduziert den Erfolg erheblich, im Gegensatz zu einer Reinigung, die sofort nach vollbrachtem Mißgeschick ausgeführt wird. Heftpflaster für medizinische Anwendungen, auch mit Wirksubstanzen versehen, sind bereits bekannt, aber Pflaster speziell zur Fleckentfernung mit abziehbarer Gegenfolie gibt es noch nicht.
Problemlösung : Viel wirkungsvoller und auch verbraucherfreundlicher als konventionelle Reinigungspraktiken ist ein Fleckentfernungspflaster, das immer griffbereit in der Tasche steckt. Durch Abziehen einer Verschlußklebefolie auf der Unterseite des Pflasters wird dieses aktiviert und auf kleinere Flecke der Kleidung oder des Tischtuchs geklebt. Bei dünnen Textilien wird die abgezogene aber noch klebende Verschlußfolie von hinten auf der Gegenseite des Pflasters befestigt und zusammen mit diesem zwischen den Fingern fest angedrückt.
Das Fleckentfernungspflaster ist aus vier Schichten aufgebaut: Eine leicht gewölbte Deckklebefolie ist mit einem Gazeband verbunden, welches auf seiner Oberseite einen Belag aus flecklösendem Wirkgel trägt. Diese Gaze verhindert, daß beim Abziehen der unteren Verschlußklebefolie das Wirkgel daran haften bleibt, ist aber durchlässig genug, um dieses beim Andrücken des Pflasters tief ins Textilgewebe hindurchpressen zu können. Nach beendeter Reinigung bleibt es dann getrocknet an der Gaze hängen und läßt sich zusammen mit dem Pflaster nahezu ohne Rückstände abziehen. Es muß daher kaum noch nachgebürstet werden.
Eine Verschlußklebefolie versiegelt das Pflaster luftdicht auf seiner Unterseite. Als Gegenfolie auf die Rückseite des Flecks geklebt, schützt sie auch anderes darunterliegendes, aber sauberes Textilgewebe vor Chemie, konzentriert die Wirksubstanz auf die Reinigungsfläche, unterbindet das seitliche Herausquetschen der Wirksubstanz über den Pflasterrand hinaus, hält die Finger beim Andrücken sauber, verhindert ein zu schnelles Antrocknen der feuchten Wirksubstanz und verschließt sogar ein verbrauchtes Pflaster wieder, falls dies nach einer Anwendung gewünscht wird. Somit ist auch das unsinnige übliche Reiben vermieden, das Flecke nur vergrößert und den Schmutz noch tiefer ins Textilgewebe treibt.
Die effektive Fleckentfernung durch ein Pflaster beruht vorallem darauf, daß die aufgeklebten Folien ein zu schnelles Abtrocknen des nur feucht wirkenden Gels verhindern und sich durch das erfindungsgemäße Einpressen des Gels in innere Stoffschichten eine mit keiner sonstigen Prozedur erreichbare Reinigungstiefe ergibt.

Claims (2)

  1. Solche Heftpflaster sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zur Fleckentfernung zwischen zwei Klebefolien einen mit flecklösender Wirksubstanz beschichteten Gazestreifen (2), der fest mit der Deckklebefolie (1) verbunden ist, und auf ihrer Unterseite eine Verschlußklebefolie (4), die als Gegenfolie zum Aufkleben auf der Rückseite eines Flecks abziehbar ist, enthalten.
  2. Insbesondere sind solche Fleckentfernungspflaster nach dem Hauptanspruch dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    1. seitliche Klebeflächen (6) zur Haftung auf dem Textilgewebe und zur Begrenzung des Wirkbereiches vorhanden sind und
    2. die untere Verschlußklebefolie (4) das Pflaster luftdicht bis zum Gebrauch versiegelt und
    3. Fixierkerben (5) unlösbar die Deckklebefolie (1) mit dem Gazestreifen (2) verbinden.
