Claims (9)
- Verschlußvorrichtung mit einem schlüsselbetätigbaren Zylinderkern (10), der durch Drehung (18, 18') Schließfunktionen, insbesondere in einem Kraftfahrzeug, vollzieht, mit folgenden weiteren Merkmalen:zur Drehlagerung des Zylinderkerns (10) dient eine Zylinderführung (14), die Sperrstellen (13) für im Zylinderkern (10) befindliche Zuhaltungen (12) aufweist;die Zylinderführung (14) ist axialfest aber drehbar in einem Gehäuse (17) aufgenommen, das die Zylinderführung (14) im schlüsselseitigen Bereich lagert, während der andere Bereich der Zylinderführung (14) von einem gegenüber der Zylinderführung (14) drehfesten, aber auf dieser axial verschieblichen Schiebeglied (20) umfaßt ist, wobei das Schiebeglied (20) von einem Drehglied (40) umfaßt ist, das gegenüber dem Schiebeglied (20) drehbar und mit diesem synchron axial bewegbar ist;eine gehäusefest abgestützte Feder (33) wirkt axial auf das Drehglied (40) und damit auf das synchron mit dem Drehglied (40) bewegbare Schiebeglied (20)eine Überlastsicherung (30) weist ein am Gehäuse (17) angeordnetes Steuerprofil (32) und ein am Schiebeglied (20) angeordnetes, gegen das Steuerprofil (32) federbelastetes Gegensteuerprofil (31) auf, zur axialen Bewegung des Schiebeglieds (20) und des damit synchron bewegbaren Drehglieds (40) im Überlastfall, um eine Axialkupplung (50) zu lösen, deren einer Kupplungsteil (51) drehfest mit dem Zylinderkern (10) und deren anderer Kupplungsteil (52) am Drehglied (40) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Überlastfall das Drehglied (40) vom Schiebeglied (20) aus seiner Ausgangsstellung (53) in eine Schubstellung (53') axial verschoben (26) wird, in welcher das Drehglied (40) durch gehäusefeste Flächen gegenüber Drehungen blockiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehglied (40) mindestens mit einer axialen Teillänge radial außerhalb des Schiebeglieds (20) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehglied (40) einen Zylinderabschnitt 44 aufweist, der auf dem Schiebeglied (20) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeglied als Schiebehülse 20 ausgebildet ist, welche die Zylinderführung (14) ringförmig umschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Umfangsfläche der Zylinderführung (14) einerseits und der Innenfläche der Schiebehülse (20) andererseits zueinander komplementäre Radialzahnungen (21) angeordnet sind, die eine axiale Führung und eine drehfeste Verbindung der Schiebehülse (20) auf der Zylinderführung (14) erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeglied (20) und/oder das Drehglied (40) wenigstens bereichsweise in jenem Teilstück (29) des Zylinderkerns (10) angeordnet sind, wo sich die Zuhaltungen (12) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das unter der axialen Federbelastung (34) stehende Drehglied (40) an seinem Innenende eine axiale Innenschulter (45) besitzt, die sich am Innenende (25) des Schiebeglieds (20) abstützt, aber das dem Gehäuse (17) zugekehrte Außenende (47) des Drehglieds (40) unabgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehglied (40) eine axiale Aufnahme (46) für eine Dreh-Druck-Feder (33) besitzt, welche sowohl die axiale Federbelastung (34) der Überlastsicherung (30) als auch eine Rückstelldrehkraft für das Drehglied (40) erzeugt,
und daß die Feder (33) sich einerends am Drehglied (40) und anderends an einer Endscheibe (22) abstützt,
und daß die Endscheibe (22) axialfest zum Zylinderkern (10) bzw. zum Gehäuse (17) angeordnet ist.
