Description
Claims (8)
- Barre de couchage comprenant un substrat revêtu sur au moins la majeure partie de sa longueur par un revêtement comportant une céramique dont la porosité est inférieure à 5 %, caractérisée en ce que ledit revêtement est constitué par un mélange de céramiques, ledit revêtement présentant un angle de mouillabilité compris entre 30° et 90° et une taille des pores inférieure à 5 µm.
- Barre de couchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le mélange de céramiques comprend un constituant principal dont la teneur molaire est comprise entre 40 et 60 % par rapport à la teneur globale du mélange.
- Barre de couchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'angle de mouillabilité est compris entre 60° et 85 °.
- Barre de couchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement présente une rugosité de surface inférieure à 1 µm.
- Barre de couchage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les céramiques sont choisies parmi le Cr2O3, MgO, Al2O3, TiO2, SiO2 et le ZrO2.
- Barre de couchage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le mélange est constitué par 50 % en mole de Cr2O3 et MgO.
- Barre de couchage selon la revendication 5. caractérisée en ce que le mélange présente une teneur molaire de48 % d'Al2O3,35 % de TiO2,15 % de Cr2O3,2 % de SiO2.
- Barre de couchage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le mélange est constitué par du ZrO2, Al2O3, SiO2 et TiO2.
