Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 블레이드의 수명을 연장시키기 위해서 내마모성 연마용 코팅 또는 퇴적물(15)이 제공되어 있는 강으로 된 스트립(13)을 포함하고, 상기 강으로 된 스트립 (13)의 수직의 일 가장자리 부분이 페이퍼 웹(7)과 결합되어 있으며, 동시에 회전하는 롤(9)에 의해 지지된 이동하는 페이퍼 웹(7)상에 코팅 혼합물을 제어된 상태로 도포하여 평탄화하기 위한 코팅 블레이드(5)에 있어서,상기 퇴적물(15)과 강으로 된 스트립(13) 사이에, 상기 퇴적물(15)보다 더 높은 내마모성을 갖는 중간층(17)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)이 금속 탄화물, 붕화물, 질화물 및 그들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 재료를 포함하고, 금속 탄화물은 필요시에 금속 매트릭스에 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)은 블레이드 선단에서 약 50 내지 150μm 범위내의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)이 금속 및 탄화물의 내열성 합금으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)은 상기 퇴적물보다 2내지 6배 높은 내마모성을 갖는 재료로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)은 탄화 크롬 및 Cr-Ni로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 퇴적물(15)은 금속 산화물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 퇴적물(15)은 산화 알루미늄으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 퇴적물(15)은 다량의 다른 금속 산화물과 함께 산화 알루미늄으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 다른 금속 산화물이 산화 지르코늄임을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 퇴적물(15)은 약 0.1 내지 1.0mm, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 0.5mm의 두께, 및 상기 강으로 된 스트립의 평면에서 상기 제 1 방향에 대해 수직한 제 2 방향으로 약 4 내지 12mm의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)은 약 50 내지 150μm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 강으로 된 스트립은 약 0.3 내지 0.6mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(17)은 상기 제 2 방향으로 상기 퇴적물의 폭을 초과하지 않는 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 블레이드.
