Claims (7)
- Verbindungsvorrichtung (3, 11, 21, 31, 41) für mehrteilige Schwellen aus Beton für schienengebundene Verkehrswege, vornehmlich für Weichenschwellen, durch die mindestens zwei vorgefertigte Schwellenteile (1, 2) in Schwellenlängsachse mit Hilfe einer stahlbaumäßigen Konstruktion zu einer Schwelleneinheit lösbar verbindbar sind, die die Schwellenteile zu einer in Bezug auf die Übertragung von Biegemoment, Querkraft und Normalkraft einer einteiligen Schwelle gleichwertigen Schwelleneinheit verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass sie zwei Verbindungsteile (5, 6) aufweist, die auf den einander zugekehrten Stirnseiten der Schwellenteile (1, 2) anzuordnen sind,dass sie auf der Stirnfläche jedes Schwellenteils (1, 2) anzuordnende Stirnplatten (7) aufweist, auf deren Außenflächen (4) senkrecht in vertikaler Ebene jeweils ein mit mindestens zwei Bohrungen (10) vorsehener Steg (8) aufgeschweißt ist,dass der Steg (8) um eine halbe Plattenbreite aus der Mitte versetzt so aufgeschweißt ist, dass die Stege zusammengehöriger Verbindungsteile (5, 6) auf im eingebauten Zustand zugeordneten Schwellenteilen (1, 2) bei der Schwellenmontage bündig aneinander und die Bohrung (10) miteinander in Deckung liegen,dass mittels die Bohrungen (10) durchsetzender Schrauben (20) die Stege (8) miteinander kraftschlüssig verspannbar sind unddass Anker (9) auf der Innenseite der Stirnplatte (7) angeschweißt oder eingeschraubt sind, mit denen die Schnittkräfte aus der Stirnplatte in die Schwellenteile (1, 2) einleitbar sind, unddass die zur Herstellung der Verbindung erforderlichen Einbauteile im eingebauten Zustand im Beton der Schwellenteile nicht über deren Betonaußenkontur hinausstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnplatte (7) auf ihrer betonseitigen Innenfläche mindestens eine Nocke (51) oder eine Nut (52) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (20) HV-Schrauben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (20) Pass-Schrauben sind und die Bohrungen (10) sowie die Futter für die Durchführung der Verschraubung durch den Beton der Schwellenteile (1, 2) entsprechend formschlüssig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungen (3) wiederholt und ohne Demontage eines Gleises (54,55) ganz oder teilweise bis zur Gelenkwirkung lösbar sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einer Schalung zum Betonieren der Schwellenteile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugehörigen Verbindungsteile (5, 6) einer Verbindungsvorrichtung (3) in komplett vormontiertem Zustand verschraubt oder durch Stahlstifte fixiert in die Schalung eingebaut und einbetoniert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schablone verwendet wird, die die Position der Schienenbefestigungsmittel für die ungestoßene Längsschwelle festlegt, und die ungestoßen unter den Schwellenteilen über die Verbindungsvorrichtung auf der Schalungssohle durchlaufend angeordnet wird.
