- Figur 1
- in einem Vertikalschnitt eine Vorrichtung zum Ausbringen von sprühfähigem Produkt aus einem Aerosolbehälter, mit einem hinunterdrückbaren Sprühkopf, der ein Rohrstück während des Zusammendrückens einer unteren Feder nach unten setzen kann, um Produkt aus dem Aerosolbehälter durch eine untere Düse auszusprühen, und nach weiterem Absenken des Sprühkopfes und des Rohrstücks, und, nach einem Zusammendrücken einer oberen, vergleichsweise stärkeren Feder, anschließend aus der unteren und einer oberen Düse gleichzeitig Produkt auszusprühen; in einem Zustand, in dem ein Ventil am Aerosolbehälter geschlossen ist;

Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Ausbringen von sprühfähigem Produkt aus einem Aerosolbehälter, mit einem Sprühkopf und einem in einem Gehäuse des Sprühkopfs axial verschiebbaren Rohrstück, einer das Rohrstück gegen das Gehäuse und in Betätigungsrichtung des Sprühkopfes zurückstellenden ersten Feder, einem Ventil innerhalb des Aerosolbehälters, welche eine zweite Feder aufweist, die zum Zurückstellen des Rohrstücks zum Sprühkopf hin vorgesehen ist, sowie mit zwei in Betätigungsrichtung hintereinanderliegenden, mit jeweils einem Zulaufkanal versehenen Düsen, die mit dem Rohrstück über eine Zuführleitung verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rohrstück (5) ein Verbindungskanal (14) vorgesehen ist, der durch Verschieben des Rohrstücks (5) relativ zum Sprühkopf (3) wahlweise mit nur einem Zulaufkanal (13) oder gleichzeitig mit beiden Zulaufkanälen (12, 13) verbindbar ist, um nur eine Düse (11) oder beide Düsen (10, 11) gleichzeitig zu versorgen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungskanal (14) eine ringförmige Aussparung im Außenbereich (16) des Rohrstücks (5) ist, deren Erstreckung in Betätigungsrichtung größer oder gleich dem Abstand der Zulaufkanäle (12, 13) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (10, 11) in einem Winkel (18) ungleich Null zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (18) zwischen 6 und 20 Grad, vorzugsweise 12 Grad beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Feder (8) schwächer als die erste Feder (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gleichartige Düsen (10, 11) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Rohrstück (5) und der ersten Feder (6) ein das Rohrstück (5) und den Verbindungskanal (14) abdichtendes Dichtelement (17) vorgesehen ist, welches rohrstückseitig eine Nut aufweist, die das Dichtelement (17) durchläuft, und die als Zuführleitung (15) dient.
