Definitions
- the invention relates to a tube with a childproof closure according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- Tubes are generally used as storage containers for plastic or semi-liquid ones Materials such as Food, cosmetic products or pharmaceuticals known. While the tube closure is mostly made of plastic, the Tube body made of both plastic and metal, in particular aluminum, be made. The latter material is particularly suitable for the storage of Hazardous substances, as they diffuse through the tube jacket prevent as much as possible.
- the child lock consists of two opposing wedge-shaped ones Latching elements on the surface of the shoulder of the connecting link are arranged and extend over a quarter of the circumference. These are also assigned wedge-shaped locking elements on the tube cover, with the Close the cap by turning it Slide locking elements over the wedge surfaces, however, when applying one opposite rotary movement the locking elements on their interlocking contact surfaces between the tube cover and Establish link and thus open the tube closure To block.
- the basic idea of the invention is the connection between Tube neck and connecting link no longer rigid, but from one resilient predetermined training. This can only be done by a conditional frictional connection between the tube neck and connecting link becomes. This limits the maximum force acting on the child lock and thus a destruction of the child safety device by overuse leaning forward. So that the closure can still be opened, the due to the conditional adhesion, the maximum transferable force is greater than that required for regular opening of the closure. This power is created by the existing frictional resistance between the tube neck and connecting link manufactured. Various means are available according to the invention for this.
- a special embodiment provides profiling in the form of axial corrugations before that due to a game between the tube neck and connecting link only over their tips are engaged with each other. From a certain load give way to the tips and there is a slipping between Tube neck and connecting link. The transferable force can be Control the amount of play between the tube neck and the connecting link.
- a Another possibility to influence the friction resistance is in the asymmetrical formation of the corrugated strips, i.e. the sides of which have a different inclination. The steeper flank offers a twist a greater resistance because it is supported by the flatter flank.
- a power transmission element arranged between the tube neck and connecting link.
- This power transmission element is advantageously in one on the tube neck circumferential groove arranged so that it is secured in its position.
- the force only indirectly from the link to the Tube neck transferred.
- the coefficient of friction of the Power transmission element can set the maximum transferable force become.
- a simple, yet very effective power transmission element represents a rubber ring. This also has the advantage that it is the ring joint seals between the tube neck and the connecting link, so that leakage of the Tube is prevented especially with more fluid tube fillings.
- the invention discloses a further advantageous embodiment of the invention in which the outer diameter of the tube neck is larger than that Inner diameter of the link. This leads to the opening of the Link on the tube neck to an expansion of the link and thus to its bias. Because of such a connection Transferable force from both the coefficient of friction and the contact pressure is dependent, the friction resistance is mainly due to the size of the Contact pressure determined. In addition, the type of material can Friction coefficient and thus affects the transferable force of the connection become. This embodiment is characterized primarily by its simplicity from, which also has a positive impact on the manufacturing costs.
- the Tube body 1 is composed of a hollow cylindrical tube jacket 2, one Tube shoulder 3 and a tube neck 4 together.
- the tube shoulder 3 has the shape of a truncated cone and connects one end of the tube shell 2 with the tube neck 4.
- the tube neck 4 is annular, with over profiling in the form of corrugated strips 5 on its outer peripheral surface are arranged.
- the corrugated strips 5 have a triangular cross section and cover most of the circumferential surface of the Tube neck 4.
- the tube body 1 is made of metal, such as. B. Aluminum.
- the invention can also be used on plastic tubes or apply the same.
- the Link 6 is in its form the closure end of Tube body 1 modeled. It consists of a threaded ring 7, on the a hollow frustoconical shoulder 8 is formed on the lower end.
- the Threaded ring 7 of the connecting member 6 has on its outer peripheral surface a thread 9 on that for receiving and fastening a cap serves.
- the inner peripheral surface of the threaded ring 7 has the corresponding outer circumferential surface of the tube neck 4 also has an axial profile in Form of corrugated strips 10 on.
- the inside diameter of the threaded ring 7 of the Link 5 is formed to a small extent smaller than that Outside diameter of the tube neck 4 of the tube body 1, so that a little play results.
- the shoulder 8 of the connecting member 6 carries two on its upper side diametrically opposite locking elements 11.
- the locking elements 11 are as Protrusions formed that are circular and wedge-shaped with steady increasing height from the surface of the shoulder 8. At the highest Point break off the locking elements 11 and form one each to the surface right-angled and radially running contact surface 12.
- the connecting link 6 consists in the present embodiment of plastic, according to the Invention also other materials such as Metal, are conceivable.
- a screwable on the connecting member 6 cap 13 is in the 5 and 6 shown in longitudinal section and in bottom view.
- the Cap 13 is double-walled; it has an inner Ring wall 14 and an outer ring wall 15, which has an end ring 16 are connected to each other and at the same time as a footprint for the tube serves.
- On the inside of the inner ring wall 14 you can see an internal thread 17, that when screwing the cap 13 into the thread 9 of the Link 6 engages. It is also inside the inner ring wall 14 formed cavity 18 arranged a mandrel 19, with which the Have the membrane that seals the tube opening pierced.
- Fig. 6 are on the inside of the outer ring wall 15 rib-like projections 20 at diametrically opposite locations and 21 arranged, which are also wedge-shaped from the outer ring wall 15 after protrude inside and each form radial contact surfaces 22.
- the lower End faces 23 of these projections 20 and 21 are slightly chamfered (Fig. 5).
- Fig. 7 shows a longitudinal section through the closure-side end of a tube, the is closed in the manner according to the invention.
- the corrugated strips 5 on the Outside of the tube neck 4 in partial engagement with the corrugated strips 10 on Threaded ring 7 of the link 6 are engaged and to change the shoulder 8 of the connecting member 6 to lie on the tube shoulder 3 is coming. Since the inner diameter of the threaded ring 7 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tube neck 4 is a small game between Link 6 and tube neck 4 available.
- the closure cap 13 is screwed onto the connecting member 6. there form the rib-like projections 20 and 21 together with the locking elements 11 a child lock.
- the cap 13 on the connecting link 6 screwed on then slide the lower end faces 23 of the rib-like Projections 20 and 21 over the inclined surfaces of the locking elements 11. Due to the inclination of the lower end faces 23, the rib-like Projections 20 and 21 with little deformation of the outer ring wall 15 after pushed outside and finally rest with their contact surface 22 behind the Contact surfaces 12 of the locking elements 11 and thus cause a lock.
- the lock can no longer be opened by a simple rotary movement.
- the Tube neck 4 has an annular groove 26 and is otherwise smooth. Likewise are none on the inside of the threaded ring 6 of the connecting member 5 Profileings available.
- the annular groove 26 is with a protrusion on the outer
- a rubber ring 27 is arranged on the circumferential surface of the tube neck 4 and seals against it the inside of the threaded ring 7 connects.
- each other assigned contact surfaces of tube neck 4 and connecting member 6 plan to train.
- there is a conditional frictional connection Connection created by the diameter of the threaded ring 7 in the loose Condition is somewhat smaller than the outer diameter of the Tube neck 4.
- the preload creates a high contact pressure between the contact surfaces, the one in connection with the material's own Friction coefficient leads to a conditional power transmission.
