Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Überprüfen von Gegenständen, wie Packungen, hinsichtlich korrekter Positionierung von aufliegenden Zuschnitten, wie Etiketten, insbesondere zur Überprüfung der korrekten Anordnung von Banderolen (11) bei Zigarettenpackungen (10), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Gegenstände bzw. (Zigaretten-)Packungen (10) werden an Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) vorbeibewegt,b) mindestens eine Randkante (17, 18) des Zuschnitts bzw. der Banderole (11) wird durch die Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57), nämlich durch einen von diesen ausgesandten und Reflexion empfangenen Prüfstrahl erkannt,c) mindestens zwei Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 51) tasten im Abstand voneinander liegende Prüfstellen bzw. Prüfpunkte (19, 20) der Randkante (17, 18) ab,d) von den Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) aufgenommenen Positionssignale werden von einer Auswerteeinheit hinsichtlich eines eventuellen Versatzes der Prüfpunkte (19, 20) zueinander ausgewertet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontur bzw. Position des Zuschnitts oder der Banderole (11) durch Abstandsmessung ermittelt wird, insbesondere durch einen reflektierten (Laser-)Prüfstrahl der Sensoren (21, 22).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) einen Bereich der Zigarettenpackung (10) abtasten, nämlich eine Prüfstrecke (29), in deren Bereich sich die Banderole (11) befindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der abgetasteten Oberflächenkontur im Bereich der Banderole (11) eine erste Ableitung gebildet wird und dass so erzeugte Peaks nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Abstände ermittelt und Kantenpeaks (32, 33) aufgrund von Randkanten (17, 18) der Banderole (11) hinsichtlich ihrer Position miteinander verglichen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontur bzw. Position des Zuschnitts oder der Banderole (11) durch Messung von Helligkeitsunterschieden durch den reflektierten (Laser-)Prüfstrahl der Sensoren (56, 57) ermittelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Überprüfung von Gegenständen, wie Packungen, hinsichtlich korrekter Positionierung von aufliegenden Zuschnitten, wie Etiketten, insbesondere zur Überprüfung der korrekten Anordnung von Banderolen (11) bei Zigarettenpackungen (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die (Zigaretten-)Packungen (10) durch einen Förderer, insbesondere durch einen Trockenrevolver (37), an ortsfest positionierten Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) vorbeibewegt werden, wobei die Relativstellung der Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) derart gewählt ist, dass im Bereich einer quer zur Förderrichtung liegenden Randkante (17, 18) des Zuschnitts bzw. der Banderole (11) mindestens zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Prüfpunkte (19, 20) erkannt und entsprechende Signale einer Auswerteeinheit zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zigarettenpackungen (10) während der Prüfung in Taschen (38) des Förderers bzw. des Trockenrevolvers (37) positioniert sind und dass der Bereich der Banderole (11) bzw. der Randkanten (17, 18) derselben nach außen, nämlich gegenüber den Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57), freiliegt, insbesondere durch Anordnung von Ausnehmungen (44) in einer Außenwand (43) der Taschen (38).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Außenwand (43) der Taschen (38) zwei Ausnehmungen (44, 45) gebildet sind, in deren Bereich sich die abzutastenden Konturen des Etiketts bzw. der Banderole (11) befinden, insbesondere deren Randkanten (17, 18), wobei zwischen den Ausnehmungen (44, 45) ein Steg (53) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberhalb bzw. mit Abstand von der Bewegungsbahn der (Zigaretten-)Packungen (10) positionierten Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) in Bewegungsrichtung und quer zu dieser mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, wobei der Querabstand der Sensoren (21, 22; 56, 57) dem Abstand der Prüfpunkte (19, 20) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prüfung der Zigarettenpackungen (10) im Bereich der langgestreckten Tasche (38) des Trockenrevolvers (37) an der randseitigen, auszustoßenden Zigarettenpackung (10) durchgeführt wird und dass eine eventuelle Fehlpackung durch einen Fehlpackungsförderer (52) abförderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position der Banderole (11) einer Zigarettenpackung (10) im Bereich einer Stirnwand (12) derselben abtastbar ist, wobei die Stirnwand (12) während des Transports durch einen Förderer seitwärts gerichtet und zwei Sensoren (56, 57) benachbart zur Bewegungsbahn der Zigarettenpackungen (10) ortsfest positioniert sind und übereinander liegende, horizontale Prüfstrahlen (58, 59) auf die Stirnwand (12) richten.
