Die Fig. 3a und 3b zeigen Verlegeprofilsysteme, bei denen die Befestigungselemente (B) als Rastverbindung ausgeführt sind, die in Fig. 3a an einem Filmscharnier (F) aus Kunststoff in Fig. 3b in einem Drehgelenk (D) von Stellung 1 in Stellung 2 gedreht werden können.
Das Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 und/oder 10, kann mit einem Wandanschlußprofil kombiniert werden, wobei das Wandanschlußprofil aus einem Wandanschluß (42, 43) und einer beweglichen Einheit (44, 45) besteht, die mittels eines Scharniers (S) über ein Gelenk (G) variabel verbunden sind, wobei Dichtungen (33) zur Abdichtung von der Oberseite und Befestigungselemente als Rastverbindungen (R) oder als elastisches Abdichtelement (A) zum Verriegeln bzw. zur Abdichtung von unten vorhanden sind.
Das Wandanschlußprofil in Fig. 4a kann von Stellung 1 in Stellung 2 überführt werden, indem die Rastverbindung (R) mittels eines Werkzeuges gedreht wird. Die Filmscharniere (F) sind dabei so ausgelegt, daß die Drehbewegung ohne Bruch oder Riß im Material vonstatten gehen kann. Die Fig. 4a zeigt das Verlegeprofilsystem in Stellung 2. Die zu verlegende Platte ist zwecks besserer Übersichtlichkeit nicht eingezeichnet.
Claims (11)
- Verlegeprofilsystem, geeignet zur Montage auf oder überbrückend zwischen bestehenden Unterkonstruktionen (U), zum Verlegen von Platten (P), insbesondere solchen aus Kunststoff;bestehend aus den Elementen Oberprofil (1), Unterprofil (3) und gegebenenfalls einem Zwischenprofil (2)sowie Befestigungselementen (B), die unterhalb der Ebene der zu verlegenden Platte (P) zugänglich bzw. einsetzbar sein müssen,sowie üblichen Mitteln zum Abdichten und/oder zur Befestigung,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente Oberprofil (1), Unterprofil (3) und das gegebenenfalls vorhandene Zwischenprofil (2) so ausgelegt sind, daß sie in einer Stellung 1 zusammengeschoben werden können, in der ein Zwischenraum (Z) zwischen dem Oberprofil (1) und dem Unterprofil (3), verbleibt, der größer ist als die Höhe der zu verlegenden Platte (P) und die Elemente Oberprofil (1), Unterprofil (3) und das gegebenenfalls vorhandene Zwischenprofil (2) durch das Einsetzen, Schließen oder Anziehen der Befestigungselemente (B) in eine Stellung 2 überführt werden können, in der der Zwischenraum (Z) so verringert wird, daß die Platte (P) fest eingeschlossen wird.
- Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Befestigungselemente (B) Schrauben, Rast-, Spann- oder Zugverbindungen, oder Rastkeilprofile dienen.
- Verlegeprofilsystem, nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, geeignet zur Montage auf einer bestehenden Unterkonstruktion (U), wobeidas Oberprofil (1) seitlich mindestens auf einer Seite eingezogene Gummidichtprofile (12) sowie eine Aufnahme (13) für ein Zwischenprofil (2) aufweist,das Unterprofil (3) Bohrungen (31) für Schrauben (5) zur Befestigung auf der Unterkonstruktion (U) und mindestens einseitig elastisch biegsame Arme (32) mit oben liegenden Dichtungen (33), unten liegende Rasten (34) und eine Aufnahme (35) aufweist,das Zwischenprofil (2) einen in die Aufnahme (13) des Oberprofils passenden Kopf (21) und einen auf die Aufnahme (35) des Unterprofils (3) passenden Fuß (22) aufweist,das Befestigungselement (B) ein Rastkeilprofil (4) ist, das keilformig, unter die elastischen Arme (32) passend gestaltet ist und eine Raste (41) aufweist, die komplementär zur Raste (34) ausgebildet ist.
- Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es symmetrisch zur beidseitigen Aufnahme von Platten (P) ausgelegt ist.
- Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es asymmetrisch als Endstück zur einseitigen Aufnahme einer Platte (P) ausgelegt ist.
- Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, geeignet zur Montage überbrückend, zwischen bestehenden Unterkonstruktionen (U)wobei das Oberprofil (1)
seitlich mindestens auf einer Seite eingezogene Gummidichtprofile (12) und ein Zapfenteil (14) mit einem positivem Rastprofil (15) zum Einstecken und Einrasten in das Zwischenprofil (2) aufweist,das Zwischenprofil (2),
ein zum Oberteil (1) passendes Aufnahmeprofil (23) mit negativem Rastprofil (24) und einen Fuß (22) aufweist,das Unterprofil (3),
Bohrungen (31) für Schrauben (5) zur Befestigung des Oberprofils (1) und des Zwischenprofils (2) aufweist und den Fuß (22) des Zwischenprofils (2) einfassend und mit oben liegenden Dichtungen (33) versehen ist. - Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es symmetrisch zur beidseitigen Aufnahme von Platten (P) ausgelegt ist.
- Verlegprofilsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es asymetrisch als Endstück zur einseitigen Aufnahme einer Platte (P) ausgelegt ist.
- Verlegprofilsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zapfenteil (14) des Oberprofils (1) an einer der unteren Ecken offen ist.
- Verlegeprofilsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (B) als Rastverbindung ausgeführt sind, die an einem Filmscharnier (F) oder einem Drehgelenk (D) von Stellung 1 in Stellung 2 gedreht werden können.
- Verlegeprofilsystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem Wandanschlußprofil kombiniert ist, wobei das Wandanschlußprofil aus einem Wandanschluß (42, 43) und einer beweglichen Einheit (44, 45) besteht, die mittels eines Scharniers (S) über ein Gelenk (G) variabel verbunden sind, wobei Dichtungen (33) zur Abdichtung von der Oberseite und Befestigungselemente als Rastverbindungen (R) oder als elastisches Abdichtelement (A) zum Verriegeln und zur Abdichtung von unten vorhanden sind.
