Claims (11)
- A system of mounting profiles suitable for installation on or bridging between existing sub-constructions (U), for mounting plates (P) especially those made from plastic,comprising the elements upper profile (1), lower profile (3) and optionally an intermediate profile (2)and attachment elements (B) wherein it must be possible to access or insert these underneath the plane of the plate (P) which is to be mounted,and common sealing and/or attachment means, characterised in that the elements upper profile (1), lower profile (3) and the optionally-present intermediate profile (2) are configured so that they can be pushed together in a first position wherein an intermediate space remains (Z) between the upper profile (1) and the lower profile (3) which is larger in size than the height of the plate (P) which is to be mounted, and the elements upper profile (1), lower profile (3) and the optionally-present intermediate profile (2) can be moved by inserting, closing or tightening down the attachment elements (B) into a second position in which the intermediate space (Z) is reduced so that the plate (P) is tightly sealed in.
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 1, characterised in that screws, locking connections, clamping connections, tensile connections or locking wedge profiles are used as attachment elements (B).
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 1 or 2, suitable for mounting on an existing subconstruction (U), whereinthe upper profile (1) has inset rubber sealing profiles (12) on at least one side and a receptacle (13) for an intermediate profile (2),the lower profile (3) has bores (31) for screws (5) for attachment to the subconstruction (U) and elastically-bendable arms (32) on at least one side with seals (33) disposed thereon, detents (34) disposed thereunder and a mounting (35),the intermediate profile (2) has a head (21) which fits into the receptacle (13) of the upper profile and a foot (22) which fits onto the mounting (35) of the lower profile.the attachment element (B) is a detent-wedge profile (4)which is configured with a wedge shape which fits under the elastic arms (32)and has a detent (41) which is configured to be complementary to the detent (34).
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 3, characterised in that it is laid out symmetrically in order to receive plates (P) from both sides.
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 3, characterised in that it is laid out asymmetrically as an end piece in order to receive a plate (P) from one side.
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 1 or 2, suitable for mounting as a bridging element between existing sub-constructions (U)wherein the upper profile (1)
has inset rubber sealing profiles (12) at least on one side, and a lug part (14) with a positive engagement profile (15) for inserting and engaging in the intermediate profile (2),the intermediate profile (2)
has a reception profile (23) which fits the upper part (1) with a negative engagement profile and a foot (22),the lower profile (3)
has bores (31) for screws (5) for attachment of the upper profile (1) and the intermediate profile (2) and enclosing the foot (22) of the intermediate profile (2) and is provided with seals (33) disposed thereon. - A system of mounting profiles according to claim 6, characterised in that it is laid out symmetrically in order to receive plates (P) from both sides.
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 6, characterised in that it is laid out asymmetrically as an end piece in order to receive a plate (P) from one side.
- A system of mounting profiles according to claim 6, characterised in that the lug part (14) of the upper profile (1) is open at one of the lower corners.
- A system of mounting profiles according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the attachment elements (B) are configured as an engagement connection which can be turned on a film hinge (F) or a swivel joint (D) from position 1 to position 2.
- A system of mounting profiles according to one or more of claims 1, 2, 3 or 10, characterised in that it is combined with a wall connection profile wherein the wall connection profile comprises a wall connection (42, 43) and a moveable unit (44, 45) which are variably connected by means of a hinge (S) via a joint (G), wherein seals (33) are provided to seal the upper side and attachment elements (B) are provided from below as locking connections or as an elastic sealing element (A) for locking and for sealing.
