Abstract

A system for fitting roof panels has a two part frame with the bottom frame (3) supported on the roof mountings and with a separate top frame (1) which clips into the bottom frame and clamps onto the edges of adjoining panels. The panels are fitted by first having the frame sections in an initial position for a loose grip. This enables the operator to slide the panels into position. The two parts of the frame are pulled together by threaded fasteners tightened from the underside of the frames, ie. under the roof. The frames are fitted with profiled edge strips which provide a watertight seal onto the panels.

Description

B. das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster DE-U 297 19 885.8).There are numerous installation profile systems for panels, especially those made of Glass or plastic, which are used for roofing, known. The Laying profiles serve the purpose of the panels on wood or Metal substructures to fix and to closed surfaces summarize. The connection is intended to prevent water from entering be sealed. Tensions in the plastic material due to different thermal expansion should be compensated. Systems in which panels with different heights with partial identical components can also be installed (see e.g. B. the German utility model DE-U 297 19 885.8).

The known laying systems generally make it necessary, at least in one of the last steps, in which the connections conclude be fixed to walk on the roof surfaces. This means a high one Assembly effort and in addition to the risk of accidents, there is also the danger that Damaging plastic surfaces when walking on them.

Ausführung der ErfindungImplementation of the invention

The laying profile system according to the invention is suitable in principle for Laying boards of all kinds, e.g. B. also glass plates, but especially for Plastic plates, e.g. B. double-wall sheets made of polymethyl methacrylate or Polycarbonate. The plates can also be dome-like in the cantilever area be arched or curved. It is understood that a plate is always between or on two installation profiles adjacent to each other at a distance of the board width is relocated.

The principle of the invention is based on the fact that the elements upper profile (1), and Sub-profile (3) and optionally an intermediate profile (2) are designed so that they can be pushed together in a position 1, in the one Clearance (Z) between the, seen in cross section, sides of the Upper profile (1) and the lower profile (3), the plate to be laid (P) should remain, which is greater than the height of the to be installed Plate (P). The space (Z) can e.g. B. 2 - 5, preferably 1 - 3 cm, be greater than the height of the slab to be installed, the height being possibly with existing sealing profiles on the upper and / or lower profile consider.

By inserting, closing or tightening one below the level of the Plate (P) accessible or insertable fastener (B), that is Laying system transferred to position 2, in which the above Gap (Z) is reduced so that the plate (P) is firmly enclosed becomes. Position 1 is thus an intermediate state during assembly. The Position 2 represents the final laying condition, which is in a final Assembly step is reached.

The elements upper profile (1) and lower profile (3) have the function that tightly enclose the laying plate (P) in position 2. Usually, however not mandatory, the upper profile (1) and the lower profile (3) are using conventional means for Sealing, e.g. B. with attached sealing profiles or recessed Rubber sealing profiles, equipped.

The sub-profile (3) itself, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1 shown, also for transferring the installation profile system from position 1 in Contribute position 2 by z. B. is provided with elastic arms. The Sub-profile can be fastened using conventional fasteners, e.g. B. screws on the substructure.

Fig. 2a uns 2b).The intermediate profile (2) can be present as a separate component or else be functionally integrated in the upper profile (1) or in the lower profile (3). It has the function the necessary distance between the lower and upper profile to manufacture. Furthermore, e.g. B. a negative locking profile can also be integrated, that serves to transfer the parts to position 2 (see Fig. 2a and 2b).

It is recommended to use the materials for the upper and lower profile and that in the As a rule, select an intermediate profile as a separate part so that a thermal insulation is given. This is e.g. B. reached when the upper profile consists of aluminum and the sub-profile and / or the intermediate profile are made of a plastic.

The fastening element (B) accessible from below essentially has the Function upper, lower and any intermediate profile of position 1 to position 2 and transfer these elements to be tightened against each other so that the plate (P) to be laid is no longer can slip and from any existing seals is sealed sealed. As fasteners B z. B. Serve screws, snap, tension or pull connections, or locking wedge profiles.

Montage des VerlegeprofilsystemsAssembly of the installation profile system

As a rule, you will first the sub-profile (3) on the substructure z. B. fasten using conventional fasteners, preferably screws and then the plate (P) on the sides of two adjacent sub-profiles (3) hang up. Now an intermediate profile (2) and the upper profile (1) in the Sub-profile are inserted. The laying system is located in Position 1. By inserting, closing or tightening the underneath the Level of the plate (P) accessible or insertable fastener (B), the laying system is moved to position 2. The plate (P) is now Firmly laid. This final assembly step can therefore be carried out from below or be carried out overhead. It is therefore not necessary to close the roof area commit what would otherwise be inevitable with larger roof areas.

It is less practical, but also possible, the intermediate profile (2) and first push the upper profile (1) into the lower profile (position 1) and the Plate (P) laterally in the space between the sub-profile and the Insert upper profile. However, since the lower profile and the upper profile in the Are usually provided with seals, this insertion of the plate (P) be done very precisely, otherwise the plate will only jam in the space difficult to insert.

Beim beidseitigen Verlegen beträgt der Verlegeabstand zwischen den Kunststoffplatten üblicherweise ca. 20 bis 40 mm.Usual dimensions in width, according to the substructure, can e.g. B. Be 60 mm, the profile length any number of meters, z. B. 2000 to 7000 mm. When laying on both sides, the installation distance is between the plastic plates usually about 20 to 40 mm.

In one embodiment according to claims 3 to 5, the Laying profile system on the substructure (U), e.g. B. the rafters one Carports or the beams of a canopy. The plates (P) can then on or between two adjacent rafters or beams Subcontracting with the installation profiles. As Fastening element (B) is the locking wedge profile (4) used.

The upper profile (1) is preferably made of aluminum. The intermediate profile (2) can e.g. B. made of PVC or polyamide. The height of the intermediate profile is matched to the height of the boards to be laid. The heights more common solid plastic sheets or multi-wall sheets are in the range of 10 up to 40 mm. The lower profile (3) and the locking wedge profile can be made of aluminum or plastic.

Fig. 1, rechts)The demanding installation profile system is first lengthwise an existing substructure, e.g. B. the bar of a carport or Conservatory made of wood or metal. This will be The lower profile (3) is screwed on with the screws (5) and the intermediate profile (2) pushed with the foot (22) onto the receptacle (35). The one to be relocated Plate (P) is in each case above the elastic arms (32), at a distance the plate width of adjacent sub-profiles (3). Now it will Upper profile (1) pushed onto the head (21) of the intermediate profile (2). The Laying system is in position 1 (see Fig. 1, right)

Fig 1, links). The elastically flexible arms (32) of the sub-profile (3) are through Slide the locking wedge profile (4) raised so that it with the Seals (33) in a horizontal, based on the plastic plate Be brought into position, the detent (41) and the complementary detent (34) engages and so the plate (P) between the rubber sealing profiles (12) and the seals (33) are firmly enclosed. The laying system is located in position 2 (see Fig. 1, left). The roof area is inspected by Assembly not necessary because the locking wedge profile (4) is pushed in from the Bottom of the roof.

It is understood that the installation profile system, as shown in Fig. 1, symmetrical for both-sided mounting of plastic plates (K) designed or only on one side as an end or end piece for receiving a plate (P) can be designed.

The upper profile (1) consists of either aluminum or plastic, e.g. B. from PVC or polyamide. The upper profile (1) is preferred with one closed, open at one of the lower corners pin part (14) (as shown in Fig. 2).
