Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschlussdeckel für ein Behältnis, insbesondere eine Dose, Flasche oder Ähnliches, wobei der Verschlussdeckel einen seitlichen Deckelrand und einen Deckelkopf aufweist, wobei der Verschlussdeckel im Bereich des Deckelkopfes einen herausnehmbaren, scheibenförmigen Datenträger aufweist.
Derartige Verschlussdeckel für Behältnisse sind in vielfacher Hinsicht bekannt. So sind zum Beispiel Schraubdeckel bekannt, die auf Gläser aufgeschraubt werden oder aber auch Klemmdeckel, die eindrückbar klemmend von der zylindrisch ausgebildeten Dose aufgenommen werden. Allen derartigen Deckeln ist gemein, dass diese Verschlussdeckel einen seitlichen Deckelrand und einen Deckelkopf besitzen. Der Deckelrand dient hierbei unmittelbar der Verbindung mit dem Behälter entweder dadurch, dass der Deckelrand ein Gewinde aufweist oder eben dadurch, dass der Deckelrand zum Aufbau einer Klemmverbindung zwischen Verschlussdeckel und Behälter dient. Zwischen dem umlaufenden Deckelrand befindet sich der Deckelkopf, der schlussendlich dazu dient, die Öffnung des Behälters abzuschließen. Infolgedessen ist im Bereich des Deckelkopfes auf seiner Innenseite häufig eine Dichtung vorgesehen, um gegebenenfalls einen luftdichten Abschluss der Behälteröffnung zu gewährleisten.
Wie bereits oben ausgeführt, dient der Deckelkopf im Wesentlichen dem Verschließen der Behälteröffnung. Es sind nun verschiedene Maßnahmen bekannt, die der Verkaufsförderung dienen sollen. So ist beispielsweise bekannt, im Bereich des Deckels Werbematerial unterzubringen.
So ist aus der GB 1,051,071 A ein durch einen Deckel verschließbarer Behälter bekannt. Der Deckel weist auf seiner Oberseite einen überstehenden Rand zur Bildung einer Nut zur lösbaren Aufnahme eines scheibenförmigen Datenträgers auf.
Eine ganz ähnliche Ausbildung ist aus der US 5,641,064 A bekannt. Auch hier ist ein Deckel für einen Behälter mit einer Öffnung zur lösbaren Aufnahme eines scheibenförmigen Datenträgers vorgesehen.
Die GB 984,927 A beschreibt einen Verschluss für eine Flasche o. ä., wobei der Verschluss auf der Oberseite eine Öffnung zur lösbaren Aufnahme eines scheibenförmigen Datenträgers besitzt.
Diese bekannten Datenträger sind solche, die bedruckt oder beschrieben sind, um hierdurch dem Käufer Angaben über den Inhalt des Behälters zu vermitteln. Es hat sich allerdings herausgestellt, dass ein Interesse umfangreicherer Informationen besteht, die vom Umfang her nicht mehr auf einem scheibenförmigen Datenträger aufgedruckt werden können.
Erfindungsgemäß wird nunmehr vorgeschlagen, dass der scheibenförmige Datenträger als CD ausgebildet ist. Wenn somit das Behältnis entleert ist, kann der Datenträger, d.h. eine CD, problemlos entnommen werden. Zur Verkaufsförderung ist vorgesehen, auf der CD Produktinformationen, Spiele oder auch Musikstücke zu speichern. Um ein einfaches Lösen des scheibenförmigen Datenträgers aus dem Verschlussdeckel zu ermöglichen, weist der Verschlussdeckel im Bereich des Umfangs des scheibenförmigen Datenträgers vorteilhaft eine Sollbruchstelle auf.
Nach einer Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass der Verschlussdeckel unterhalb des Deckelkopfes einen Deckelboden zur Abdichtung des Behältnisses bzw. der Behälteröffnung zeigt.
Anhand der Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung nachstehend beispielhaft näher erläutert.

Der insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Deckel zeigt den Deckelrand 2 und den Deckelkopf 10. Im Bereich des Umfangs 11 des scheibenförmigen Datenträgers 12 ist eine Sollbruchstelle 17 vorgesehen, um ein leichtes Lösen des scheibenförmigen Datenträgers aus dem Deckel zu ermöglichen. In der Mitte des scheibenförmigen Datenträgers, beispielsweise einer CD, befindet sich eine Öffnung 13, wie sie in jeder CD vorgesehen ist. Unterhalb der CD 12 befindet sich der Deckelboden 14, der schlussendlich der Abdichtung der Öffnung des Behältnisses dient (Figur 1).
Bei der in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausbildung ist kein derartiger Deckelboden 14 vorhanden; das heißt, dass hier der Deckelkopf ausschließlich durch die CD 12 gebildet wird. Hierbei ist dann erforderlich, dass der Deckelrand sich bis über den Rand des Behältnisses erstreckt, um eine Abdichtung der Öffnung des Behältnisses zu ermöglichen, ohne die CD auf Druck zu beanspruchen. Insofern ist daher die CD von einem etwas geringeren Durchmesser als bei der Darstellung gemäß Figur 1.

Claims (4)

  1. Verschlussdeckel für ein Behältnis, insbesondere eine Dose, Flasche oder Ähnliches, wobei der Verschlussdeckel (1) einen seitlichen Deckelrand (2) und einen Deckelkopf (10) aufweist, wobei der Verschlussdeckel (1) im Bereich des Deckelkopfes (10) einen herausnehmbaren, scheibenförmigen Datenträger (12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der scheibenförmige Datenträger (12) als CD ausgebildet ist.
  2. Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelkopf (10) durch den scheibenförmigen Datenträger (12) gebildet wird.
  3. Verschlussdeckel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (1) im Bereich des Umfangs des scheibenförmigen Datenträgers (12) eine Sollbruchstelle (17) aufweist.
  4. Verschlussdeckel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (1) unterhalb des Deckelkopfes einen Deckelboden (14) zur Abdichtung des Behältnisses aufweist.
