Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen und Umhüllen von Schmelzenportionen, insbesondere Schmelzkleberportionen, mit einem umlaufenden Förderband, sowie mit einer wenigstens mit einem Obertrum des Förderbandes mitlaufenden Gittermatrix, die mit wenigstens einer in Förderrichtung verlaufenden Reihe von Aussparungen für die Aufnahme von Schmelzenportionen versehen ist, mit Mitteln zur Zuführung der Schmelzenportionen in fließfähigem Zustand in die Aussparungen und mit dem Förderband zugeordneten Kühlmitteln zur Abkühlung der in der Gittermatrix befindlichen Schmelzenportionen, wobei der Gittermatrix eine Folienzuführeinrichtung zugeordnet ist, die eine mit der Gittermatrix mitgeführte Folie als Unterlage für die Schmelzenportionen bereitstellt, und wenigstens mit einer Querschneidvorrichtung, die jeweils eine Schmelzenportion begrenzende Folienzuschnitte unter Schaffung von freien Folienrändern aus der mitgeführten Folie bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Förderrichtung (F) hinter der Querschneidvorrichtung (13) Mittel (15) zum Umschlagen der Folienränder (23) der Folienzuschnitte auf die jeweilige Schmelzenportion (22) angeordnet sind, und daß Mittel (16) zum Zusammenklappen jeder Schmelzenportion (19) etwa auf die Hälfte ihrer Längs- oder Quererstreckung und etwa auf das Doppelte ihrer Dicke vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Aussparung (20) der Gittermatrix (3) mit einer die Fläche der Aussparung (20) halbierenden Leiste versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste (21) eine geringere Höhe als der Rand der zugehörigen Aussparung (20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste einstückiger Bestandteil der Gittermatrix (3) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eingangsseitige Mittel (10) zum flächigen Einbetten der Folie (9) in die Aussparungen (20) der Gittermatrix (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Einbetten eine Ansaugeinrichtung (10) aufweisen, die die Folie (9) von ihrer Unterseite her auf die Gittermatrix (3) und in die Aussparungen (20) saugt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Reihen von Aussparungen (20) in der Gittermatrix (3) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, und daß zusätzlich zu der Querschneidvorrichtung (13) eine Längsschneidvorrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist, die die Folienbahn (9) zwischen den Reihen von Aussparungen (20) teilt.
