Claims (4)
- Stützrollengerüst für Metall-, insbesondere Stahlstranggießanlagen, das in gerade oder gebogene Segmente mit Rollenträgern aufgeteilt ist, wobei mehrere Rollen an einem Rollenträger zusammengefasst sind und je zwei als biegesteifes Rahmenelement in Form einer Schweißkonstruktion ausgebildete Rollenträger für parallel laufende Strangseiten an beiderseitig neben dem Gießstrang-Querschnitt verlaufenden Halteelementen befestigt und die Rollen beidseitig in Lagern gelagert sind, deren Gehäuse wiederum mit dem Rollenträger in Verbindung stehen, wobei beide Rahmenelemente an jedem Ende eine auskragende Fortführung aufweisen, zwischen denen je ein in Form einer Blech-Schweißkonstruktion ausgebildetes Seitenelement eingepresst und lösbar über Dehnschrauben mit den beiden Rahmenelementen verbunden ist und die Seitenelemente glatte und ebene Innenflächen aufweisen und beide Rahmenelemente mit in Stranglaufrichtung sich erstreckenden Trägern versehen sind, auf denen lösbar das jeweilige Lagergehäuse befestigt ist, wobei bei innengekühlten Rollen die Kühlmediumzufuhr wie auch -abfuhr im Rahmenelement integriert und das ebenfalls gekühlte Lagergehäuse über den Träger mit der Kühlmediumzu- bzw. -abfuhr verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement als Tragelement mindestens zwei parallel im Abstand voneinander und quer zur Stranglaufrichtung liegende Rohre (1-6) aufweist, zwischen denen ein Stegblech (7-10) eingeschweißt ist und an der jeweils äußeren Mantelfläche der außenliegenden Rohre (1, 3, 4, 6) ein zum Strang hinweisendes Halteblech (11-14) befestigt ist, zwischen denen der die Rollen (17-25) tragende Träger (15,16) eingeschweißt ist, wobei bei innengekühlten Rollen die Rohre (1-6) als Kühlmediumzu- bzw. -abfuhr fungieren und dafür auf der außenliegenden Mantelfläche mit einem Anschluss-Stutzen versehen sind. - Stützrollengerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auskragende Fortführung einen zapfenartig ausgebildeten, in das Rohr (1-6) einpassbaren Abschnitt (32,33) und daran anschließend einen flachen, auf die den Rahmenteilen zugewandten Schmalseiten der Seitenelemente auflegbaren Abschnitt (34,35) aufweist. - Stützrollengerüst nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement drei im Abstand symmetrisch angeordnete Rohre (1-6) als Tragelement aufweist, wobei das mittlere Rohr (2,5) mit einem Anschluss-Stutzen (52,53) für das Spritzwasser versehen ist. - Stützrollengerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Tragelement fungierenden Rohre (1-6) zur Bildung eines Kanals für das Kühlmedium ein koaxial angeordnetes Verdrängungsrohr (54-59) aufweisen, das einen geringeren Außendurchmesser hat als der Innendurchmesser der Rohre (1-6).
