Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Stanzen von einem oder mehreren Löchern (4, 10) in ein zweiwandiges Werkstück (1), bei dem die Wände (2, 3) voneinander beabatandet sind, wobei das Loch/die Löcher durch die erste und zweite Wand gestanzt wird/werden, das Folgendes aufweist: das Einschieben einer Schablone (8), die mit Ausstanzungen (7, 7a, 7b) versehen ist und deren Stärke dem Wandabstand entspricht, zwischen die Wände; sowie das Aktivieren eines Stanzwerkzeugs, das einen oder mehrere Lochstempel (5, 5a, 5b) aufnimmt, um damit ein Loch oder Löcher in die erste Wand zu stanzen, nachdem die Schablone in eine Position bewegt wurde, in der eine Ausstanzung mittig gegenüber ihrem entsprechenden Lochstempel angeordnet ist, wobei der Durchmesser der Ausstanzung dem Durchmesser des entsprechendes Lochstempels entspricht, so dass jedes Loch (4) gebildet wird, indem eine Scheibe aus der ersten Wand (3) herausgeschnitten wird und diese Scheibe in der Ausstanzung aufgenommen wird, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Ausstanzen des Lochs/der Löcher in der ersten Wand die Schablone (8) aus dem Zwischenraum entfernt wird und das Loch/die Löcher (10) in der zweiten Wand (2) in einem zweiten Stanzvorgang gestanzt werden, bei dem der/die Lochstempel sich durch das in die erste Wand (3) gestanzte Loch/die Löcher (4) bewegt/bewegen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine Vielzahl von Löchern (4) gleichzeitig in der ersten Wand (3) gestanzt wird, wobei die Schablone (8) eine Vielzahl von Ausstanzungen (7a, 7b) aufweist, und das Stempelwerkzeug eine entsprechende Anzahl von Lochstempeln aufweist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem das Werkstück (1) ein verlängerter Metallstreifen mit einem kastenförmigen Querschnitt ist, wobei die Schablone (8) in Längsrichtung des Streifens in das kastenförmige Profil eingeschoben wird.
