Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine ebene Klarsichthülle und insbesondere eine ebene Klarsichthülle mit einem rechteckigen, transparenten Deckblatt und einem rechteckigen, vorzugsweise transparenten Hinterblatt, wobei das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt flexible Folien sind, das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt wenigstens entlang von zwei oder höchstens drei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden sind, so daß die Hülle entlang wenigstens einem der Blattränder offen ist, und die miteinander verbundenen Blattränder in der Hüllenebene liegen.
Im täglichen Leben ist es häufig erforderlich, beschriebene oder bedruckte Papierblätter, Bilder, Kunststoffolien oder dergleichen geschützt aufzubewahren. Als zweckmäßig hat es sich dabei erwiesen, ein Blatt oder kleine Gruppen von Blättern mit sinn- oder sachverwandtem Inhalt in eine ebene Schutzhülle einzulegen. Die Schutzhülle weist ein rechteckiges Deckblatt und ein rechteckiges Hinterblatt auf, wobei das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt flexible Folien sind. Das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt sind entlang von zwei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden; so daß die Hülle entlang von zwei der Blattränder offen ist, und die miteinander verbundenen Blattränder in der Hüllenebene Liegen.
Auch sind ebene Schutzhüllen bekannt, bei denen das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt entlang von drei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden sind, so daß die Hülle entlang von einem der Blattränder offen ist.
Die Deckblätter vieler ebener Schutzhüllen sind transparent, so daß der Betrachter das zu oberst eingelegte Blatt durch das Deckblatt hindurch sehen kann. Eine solche ebene Schutzhülle, deren Deckblatt transparent ist, wird im folgenden als ebene Klarsichthülle bezeichnet.
Sind mehrere Blätter in einer solchen ebenen Klarsichthülle eingelegt, so ist vorteilhaft als oberstes Blatt ein Blatt einzulegen, das ein Inhaltsverzeichnis oder ein den Inhalt der in die ebene Klarsichthülle eingelegten Blätter charakterisierendes Stichwort und/oder Bild aufweist, so daß der Betrachter schnell einen Überblick über den Inhalt der in der ebenen Klarsichthülle eingelegten Blätter bekommt.
Bei Klarsichthüllen nach dem Stand der Technik besteht das Problem, daß Menschen mit einer Sehschwäche die auf dem obersten Blatt dargestellten Schriftzeichen und/oder Bilder häufig nicht richtig erkennen oder lesen können. Ferner ist die Buchstabengröße vieler gedruckter Schriften derart klein, daß auch Menschen mit einem normalen Sehvermögen häufig Schwierigkeiten haben solche Schriften zu lesen. Auch können schlechte Lichtverhältnisse dafür verantwortlich sein, das Menschen mit einem normalen Sehvermögen die auf. dem obersten Blatt dargestellten Schriftzeichen und/oder Bilder nur mit großen Anstrengungen und mit erhöhtem Zeitaufwand erkennen können. Menschen mit einer Sehschwäche können bei solchen schlechten Lichtverhältnissen die auf dem obersten Blatt dargestellten Schriften und/oder Bilder nicht mehr erkennen.
Durch die Erfindung wird die Aufgabe gelöst, eine neuartige Klarsichthülle bereitzustellen. Mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Klarsichthülle kann ein Text und/oder ein Bild auf einem zu oberst in die Klarsichthülle eingelegten Blatt, insbesondere von Menschen mit einer Sehschwäche, leicht und deutlich erkannt werden.
Die Aufgabe wird mittels einer ebenen Klarsichthülle mit einem rechteckigen, transparenten Deckblatt und einem rechteckigen, vorzugsweise transparenten Hinterblatt gelöst, wobei das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt flexible Folien sind, das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt wenigstens entlang von zwei oder höchstens drei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden sind, so daß die Hülle entlang wenigstens einem der Blattränder offen ist, die miteinander verbundenen Blattränder in der Hüllenebene liegen, und das transparente Deckblatt insgesamt aus Lupenmaterial ausgebildet ist und derart stark flexibel verformbar ist, daß das Deckblatt unter Verformen desselben anhebbar ist und durch das Anheben des Deckblattes der Inhalt eines zwischen das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt eingelegten Papierblattes vergrößert sichtbar ist.
Folien aus einem Lupenmaterial sind an sich bekannt. Das Lupenmaterial ist eine transparente, optische Vergrößerungsfolie, die derart ausgebildet ist, daß ein durch die Vergrößerungsfolie betrachtetes Objekt dem Betrachter optisch vergrößert erscheint, wenn zwischen der Vergrößerungsfolie und dem Objekt ein Abstand vorhanden ist. Die Vergrößerungsfolie bildet also eine optische Linse, wobei die optische Vergrößerung durch den Abstand zwischen der Vergrößerungsfolie und dem betrachteten Objekt bestimmt ist, der durch Anheben des Deckblattes eingestellt wird.
Die optische Vergrößerung des Inhalts eines in die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle zu oberst eingelegten Blattes kann daher durch Anheben des Deckblattes eingestellt werden. Ist kein Abstand zwischen dem Deckblatt und dem obersten Blatt vorhanden, werden die auf dem obersten Blatt dargestellten Schriftzeichen und/oder Bilder nicht vergrößert und erscheinen dem Betrachter in der tatsächlichen Größe.
Aus dem DE-U-9206947 ist eine Kartenhülle in der Art einer Scheckkartenhülle bekannt, in die die Karte seitlich einführbar ist und bei der in der flachen Oberseite ein Sichtfenster vorhanden ist. Die Unterseite ist zumindest in einem Bereich unter dem Sichtfenster als Fresnellinse ausgebildet. Alternativ ist die gesamte Oberseite transparent, während nur ein Teil der Unterseite als Fresnellinse ausgebildet ist. Auch kann die Unterseite durchsichtig sein und die Oberseite zumindest im Fensterbereich eine Fresnellinse aufweisen. Durch eine derartige Gestaltung ist die Kartenhülle auch als Lupe verwendbar, wenn die Karte der Kartenhülle entnommen ist. Bei verschleißfester Ausführungsform ist die Kartenhülle aus flexiblem, relativ steifem Material, insbesondere flexiblem Kunststoff. Zum Aufklappen können die Oberseite und die Unterseite nur an einem Randbereich miteinander verbunden sein.
Sind die in die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle eingelegten Blätter kleiner als das Deckblatt und kleiner als das Hinterblatt, so daß das Deckblatt und das Hinterblatt das eingelegte oberste Blatt bzw. eingelegte unterste Blatt vollständig abdecken, so sind die in der Klarsichthülle aufbewahrten Blätter gut gegen viele mögliche Beschädigungen geschützt.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist daß die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle flexibel ist und im Gegensatz zu starren Schutzhüllen stark verformt werden kann, ohne daß Beschädigungen auftreten.
Nach einer anderen Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen ebenen Klarsichthülle kann zusätzlich das Hinterblatt aus Lupenmaterial ausgebildet sein, so daß auch die Rückseite des zu unterst eingelegten Blattes optisch vergrößerbar ist. Dies ist besonders dann von Vorteil, wenn die Klarsichthülle als Schutzhülle für ein einziges, doppelseitig beschriebenes oder bedrucktes Blatt verwendet wird.
In einigen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle in einer Mappe abzuheften. Daher kann die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle an einem der miteinander verbundenen Blattränder einen Abheftstreifen aufweisen, in dem wenigstens zwei Löcher im Abstand voneinander derart angeordnet sind, daß die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle mittels herkömmlicher Heftvorrichtungen abgeheftet werden kann. Der Abheftstreifen ist bevorzugt als rechteckiger, flexibler Folienstreifen ausgebildet.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand bevorzugter Ausführungsformen und unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt

  • Figur 3 eine Draufsicht auf eine ebene Klarsichthülle nach einer dritten Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung.
    • Aus Figur 1 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht einer ebenen Klarsichthülle nach einer ersten Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung ersichtlich. Die Klarsichthülle weist ein rechteckiges, transparentes Deckblatt 1 und ein rechteckiges, vorzugsweise transparentes Hinterblatt 2 auf, wobei das Deckblatt 1 und das Hinterblatt 2 gleichgroße, flexible Folien sind und deckungsgleich übereinanderliegen. Ferner sind das Deckblatt 1 und das Hinterblatt 2 entlang von zwei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden, so daß die Hülle entlang von zwei der Blattränder offen ist, wobei die miteinander verbundenen Blattränder in der Hüllenebene liegen. Das transparente Deckblatt 1 ist insgesamt aus Lupenmaterial ausgebildet.
    Eine solche ebene Klarsichthülle dient bevorzugt als Schutzhülle zum schnellen Einlegen von Blättern, da dafür nur das Anheben des Deckblattes 1 erforderlich ist. Auch kann die Vergrößerung durch Anheben des Deckblattes über den größten Bereich desselben stufenlos eingestellt werden.
    Aus Figur 2 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht einer ebenen Klarsichthülle nach einer zweiten Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung ersichtlich. Das Deckblatt 1 und das Hinterblatt 2 sind entlang von drei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden, so daß die Hülle entlang von einem Blattrand offen ist. Ansonsten entspricht diese Ausführungsform der ersten Ausführungsform nach Figur 1.
    Eine solche ebene Klarsichthülle dient bevorzugt als Schutzhülle zum Aufnehmen weniger Blätter, die gegen ein Herausrutschen aus der ebenen Klarsichthülle, z.B. beim Transport, gesichert werden sollen. Die Vergrößerung kann durch das Anheben des Deckblattes über einen großen Bereich desselben stufenlos eingestellt werden.
    Aus Figur 3 ist die Draufsicht auf eine ebene Klarsichthülle nach einer dritten Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung ersichtlich, wobei die erfindungsgemäße ebene Klarsichthülle einen Abheftstreifen 3 aufweist, in dem wenigstens zwei Löcher 4 im Abstand voneinander derart angeordnet sind, daß die erfindungsgemäße Klarsichthülle mittels herkömmlicher Heftvorrichtungen abgeheftet werden kann. Der Abheftstreifen ist bevorzugt als rechteckiger, flexibler Folienstreifen ausgebildet.

    Claims (3)

    1. Ebene Klarsichthülle als Schutzhülle für bedruckte oder beschriebene Papierblätter, mit einem rechteckigen, transparenten Deckblatt (1) und einem rechteckigen, vorzugsweise transparenten Hinterblatt (2), wobei das Deckblatt (1) und das Hinterblatt (2) flexible Folien sind, das Deckblatt (1) und das Hinterblatt (2) wenigstens entlang von zwei oder höchstens drei der Blattränder miteinander verbunden sind, so daß die Hülle entlang wenigstens einem der Blattränder offen ist, und die miteinander verbundenen Blattränder in der Hüllenebene liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das transparente Deckblatt (1) insgesamt aus Lupenmaterial ausgebildet ist und derart stark flexibel verformbar ist, daß das Deckblatt (12) unter Verformen desselben anhebbar ist und durch das Anheben des Deckblattes (1) der Inhalt eines zwischen das Deckblatt (1) und das Hinterblatt (2) eingelegten Papierblattes vergrößert sichtbar ist.
    2. Klarsichthülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch das Hinterblatt (2) aus Lupenmaterial ausgebildet ist.
    3. Klarsichthülle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 in der Ausbildung als Klarsichthülle mit einem Abheftstreifen (3).
