Claims (8)
- Ensemble de soupapes comportant plusieurs unités de soupape (2) qui sont alignées côte à côte dans une direction de rangée (4), à la suite les unes des autres dans un plan d'alignement (5) commun de manière que leurs axes longitudinaux (3) s'étendent parallèlement au plan d'alignement (5) et en même temps perpendiculairement à la direction de rangée (4), chaque unité de soupape (2) comportant une plaque de base (8) avec des canaux de soupape (19) internes, une soupape principale (13, 14) avec un logement pour coulisse (15) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal (3) et une coulisse de soupape (16) disposée mobile longitudinalement à l'intérieur et au moins un dispositif d'actionnement (17, 17') fonctionnant de manière électrique, servant à la commande de la soupape principale (13, 14), un canal d'alimentation (22) et au moins un canal de purge d'air (23) se trouvant sous les canaux de soupape (19), lesquels canaux (22, 23) communiquent avec le logement pour coulisse (15) et traversent la plaque de base (8) parallèlement à la direction de rangée (4), de la face avant vers la face arrière, de manière à pouvoir communiquer avec des canaux de soupape de même type de la plaque de base (8) d'une unité de soupape (2) immédiatement adjacente, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus et/ou au-dessous de la rangée d'unités de soupape (2), dans la zone des surfaces latérales (37, 38) supérieures ou inférieures des plaques de base (8), est disposée une unité de commande électrique (58) pour les dispositifs d'actionnement (17, 17') des soupapes principales (13, 14), laquelle comporte au moins une plaquette à circuits imprimés (62) s'étendant parallèlement au plan d'alignement (5), laquelle est simultanément en contact, par des contacts de connexion électriques (63), avec tous les dispositifs d'actionnement (17, 17'), l'unité de commande électrique (58) comprenant une unité de communication par bus de champ (69) permettant la connexion d'un bus de champ, et/ou contenant un dispositif de commande électronique (67).
- Ensemble de soupapes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande électrique (58) est conçue de manière à permettre la connexion d'un bus dit ASI ou d'un bus PROFI.
- Ensemble de soupapes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande électronique (67) est réalisé sous la forme d'un dispositif de commande programmable à mémoire (SPS).
- Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande électronique (67) et/ou l'unité de communication par bus de champ (69) sont constitués sur une plaquette à circuits imprimés (61) qui s'étend parallèlement au plan d'alignement (5).
- Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (58) est logée dans un boítier de protection (59) monté contre la série d'unités de soupape (2).
- Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les faces avant et arrière, ainsi que les deux faces latérales frontales du boítier de protection (59) font sensiblement suite, sans interruption, aux surfaces externes, orientées de façon correspondante, des unités de soupape (2) et aux plaques de fermeture (6, 6') qui y sont éventuellement apposées.
- Ensemble de soupapes selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi latérale (72) du boítier de protection (59) est équipée d'éléments indicateurs optiques (73), qui sont raccordés à l'unité de commande (58) et qui, par exemple, indiquent l'état de commutation des différentes soupapes principales (13, 14).
- Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque plaque de base (8) est conformée en boítier pour une ou deux soupape(s) principale(s) (13, 14).
