Claims (10)

  1. Ensemble de soupapes comportant un pluralité de modules de soupape (4) qui sont montés de manière séparable sur une base de montage (2) de type plaque dans laquelle sont réalisés des canaux d'utilisation (33) pouvant être reliés à des récepteurs à commander, lesquels canaux sont associés par groupes à différents modules de soupape (4) de l'unité de soupapes (3) et communiquent, lorsque les modules de soupape (4) sont montés, avec des canaux de travail (7) du module de soupape (4) respectif associé, la base de montage (2) se composant de manière modulaire d'une pluralité de segments de base (23) individuels, assemblés en une unité rigide, parmi lesquels se trouvent plusieurs segments de raccordement (25) associés chacun à au moins un module de soupape (4) et comportant au moins un groupe de canaux d'utilisation (33), lesquels segments de raccordement sont équipés au moins en partie d'au moins une unité fonctionnelle (38) électrique et/ou fluidique associée à un canal d'utilisation (33), caractérisé en ce que les modules de soupape (4) sont réunis à la manière d'un ensemble en une unité de soupape (3) pouvant être manipulée comme un corps homogène, qui est montée de manière séparable sur la base de montage (2) de type plaque, et en ce que les unités fonctionnelles (38) sont intégrées au moins en partie au segment de raccordement (25) correspondant.
  2. Ensemble de soupapes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité fonctionnelle (38) contient un clapet de non-retour (41) ou est formée par celui-ci.
  3. Ensemble de soupapes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité fonctionnelle (38) est formée par une combinaison d'un organe d'étranglement (40) en particulier réglable et d'un clapet de non-retour (41).
  4. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité fonctionnelle (38) est formée par un régulateur de pression (42).
  5. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité fonctionnelle (38) est formée par une unité de détection de pression (44), en particulier un pressostat.
  6. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par plusieurs segments de raccordement (25) avec des dimensions de raccordement différentes pour des conduites de fluide sous pression (36) à raccorder, menant à des récepteurs.
  7. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lorsque l'unité de soupape (3) est montée, plusieurs modules de soupape (4) sont associés à au moins un segment de raccordement (25).
  8. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par un ensemble de segments de raccordement (26) constitué de plusieurs segments de raccordement (25) disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans une direction de montage (21), lequel ensemble est flanqué sur les deux côtés terminaux par un segment terminal (27, 27'), l'un au moins des segments terminaux (27, 27') étant équipé de canaux d'amenée et/ou d'évacuation (46, 48) qui, lorsque l'unité de soupape (3) est montée, communiquent avec des canaux d'alimentation ou de purge d'air (12, 13, 13') dans au moins un module de terminaison (5, 5') disposé côté extrémité sur l'unité de soupape (3).
  9. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la série de segments de base (23) se termine à au moins une et de préférence aux deux extrémités par un segment d'accouplement (28) qui permet l'accouplement d'autres composants et en particulier d'autres bases de montage.
  10. Ensemble de soupapes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les segments de base (23) sont serrés fermement les uns contre les autres au moyen de tirants d'ancrage (24) s'étendant dans la direction de montage (21).
