Claims (16)
- Drehstangenverschluß (4), insbesondere für Schwenktüren (2) von Kraftfahrzeugaufbauten (1) mit einem Verschlußhebel (9) und einer aufbaufesten Gegenrast (16) an einer Grundplatte (10), wobei in dem Verschlußhebel (9) eine Sperrklinke (15) angeordnet ist, die im Verschlußzustand die Gegenrast (16) hintergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (15) eine weitere Eingriffsklinke (17) betätigt, welche Eingriffsklinke (17) im Verschlußzustand gleichfalls die Gegenrast (16) hintergreift, wodurch eine doppelte Sicherung des Verschlußhebels (9) vorliegt.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (15) und die Eingriffsklinke (17) gegensinnig um je eine Drehachse (19 bzw. 20) in die Freigabestellung verschwenken.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsklinke (17) einen Betätigungsabschnitt (22) aufweist, der unterhalb eines Auslöseabschnitts (21) der Sperrklinke (15) angeordnet ist.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachsen (19, 20), bezogen auf eine aufbautenseitige Anschlagebene (E-E) der Grundplatte (10) des Drehstangenverschlusses (4) höhenmäßig unterschiedlich liegen.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenrast (16) einseitig vorzugsweise zur Zusammenwirkung mit der Sperrklinke (15) einen in Erstreckungsrichtung des Verschlußhebels (9) verlaufenden Kragen (25) als Sperrschulter aufweist.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenrast (16) anderseitig vorzugsweise zur Zusammenwirkung mit der Eingriffsklinke (17) einen sich im spitzen Winkel zur Erstreckungsrichtung des Schwenkhebels (9) erstreckenden Kragen (26) als Sperrschulter hat.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsklinke (17) eine in gleichem spitzen Winkel zum Kragen (26) liegende Sperrflanke (27) aufweist.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsklinke (17) in die Verschlußstellung federbelastet ist.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (28) eine Drehschenkelfeder ist mit zwischen zwei Wendelabschnitten (29) ausgebildeter U-Bügelverbindung.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der U-Bügel (30) als Federschenkel auf die Eingriffsklinke (17) einwirkt.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkraft auf den Betätigungsabschnitt (22) der doppelarmig gestalteten Eingriffsklinke (17) wirkt.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Verschlußhebel (9) eine dreidimensionale Ausformung (33) ausgebildet ist, in die zentrierend ein Positionierungsnocken, gebildet von einer Gegenausformung (34) der Grundplatte (10) eingreift.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenausformung (34) erhaben ist.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dreidimensionale Ausformung (33) pyramidenstumpfartig gestaltet ist.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausformung (33) einen trapezförmigen Grundriß aufweist mit zum Verschlußhebel-Kopf (11) gehender Verjüngung.
- Drehstangenverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Verschlußhebel (9), zugeordnet einer Befestigungsausnehmung (36), in der Grundplatte (10) eine Bohrung (37) ausgebildet ist.
