Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Befüllen von Behältern (A, B, C, D) mit Artikeln oder Schüttgut in einer Füllstation (1) mit einem Fülltrichter (2), wobei die oben offenen Behälter (A, B, C, D) längs einer Förderstrecke (3) zugeführt und längs eines sich anschließenden separaten Behältertriebs (4) im unmittelbaren Bereich vor der Füllstation (1) und in der Füllstation (1) vereinzelt zugeführt und in der Füllstation in einer Füllstellung unter dem Fülltrichter (2) positioniert werden, und nach einem Befüllen aus der Füllstellung abgeführt und gegebenenfalls ausgangsseitig der Förderstrecke (3) wieder zugeleitet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf einem höhenversetzbaren Behältertrieb (4) bodenseitig oder seitlich abgestützten Behälter (A, B, C, D) längs des vorzugsweise kontinuierlich angetriebenen Behältertriebs (4) höhenversetzbar in die Füllstellung (1) vereinzelt zugeführt und unabhängig von der Behälterhöhe (h, h') in einem vorgegebenen Abstand (a) zwischen der Behälteroberseite und in der festen Fülltrichterunterseite in der Füllstellung unter dem Fülltrichter (2) positioniert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Behälterhöhe (h, h') eines auf der Förderstrecke (3) ankommenden oder sich im Behältertrieb (4) befindlichen Behälters (A, B, C, D) durch eine Erkennungs- bzw. Identifizierungseinrichtung, wie Barcode-Ablesung, Transponderlesung, Fotozelle, etc., erkannt und gegebenenfalls über eine Steuerungseinrichtung die Höhenversetzung des Behälters durch Höhenverstellung des Behältertriebs eingestellt wird, wobei bei Abweichung einer in einer Steuerungseinrichtung eingestellten Behälterhöhe (h bzw. h') der erkannte Behälter mit der anderen Behälterhöhe (h' bzw. h) separiert, insbesondere seitlich ausgeschieden werden kann. - Verfahren zum Befüllen von Behältern (A, B, C, D) mit Artikeln oder Schüttgut in einer Füllstation (1) mit einem Fülltrichter (2), wobei die oben offenen Behälter (A, B, C, D) längs einer Förderstrecke (3) zugeführt und längs eines sich anschließenden separaten Behältertriebs (4) im unmittelbaren Bereich vor der Füllstation (1) und in der Füllstation (1) vereinzelt zugeführt und in der Füllstation in einer Füllstellung unter dem Fülltrichter (2) positioniert werden, und nach einem Befüllen aus der Füllstellung abgeführt und gegebenenfalls ausgangsseitig der Förderstrecke (3) wieder zugeleitet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einen Behälterbund (6) aufweisenden Behälter (A, B, C, D) durch Übernahme der Behälter am Behälterbund durch einen vorzugsweise kontinuierlich angetriebenen raumfesten Behältertrieb (4) höhenversetzbar in die Füllstellung (1) vereinzelt zugeführt und unabhängig von der Behälterhöhe (h, h') in einem vorgegebenen Abstand (a) zwischen der Behälteroberseite und der festen Fülltrichterunterseite in der Füllstellung unter dem Fülltrichter (2) positioniert werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter (A, B, C, D) in den bzw. aus dem Behältertrieb (4) über Schrägbänder oder -führungen eingeleitet bzw. ausgeleitet werden, wobei ggf. die Höhendifferenz bzw. Schräge (7, 8) der Schrägbänder oder -führungen entsprechend der Höhenversetzung der Behälter (A, B, C, D) und zwischen den zugewandten Enden der Schrägbänder ein vertikal versetzbarer Horizontalbandabschnitt bündig eingestellt werden können. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter (A, B, C, D) während eines Befüllens einer Rüttelklemmung (R) und/oder unmittelbar vor der Füllstation (1) einer Vorklemmung (V) unterzogen werden, wobei die Behälter (A, B, C, D) bei einer Rüttelklemmung und/oder Vorklemmung geringfügig angehoben werden. - Anordnung zum Befüllen von Behältern (A, B, C, D) mit Artikeln oder Schüttgut in einer Füllstation (1) mit einem Fülltrichter (2) sowie mit Mitteln, mit deren Hilfe die oben offenen Behälter (A, B, C, D) längs einer Förderstrecke (3) zugeführt und längs eines sich anschließenden separaten Behältertriebs (4) im unmittelbaren Bereich vor der Füllstation (1) und in der Füllstation (1) vereinzelt zugeführt und in der Füllstation in einer Füllstellung unter dem Fülltrichter(2) positioniert werden, und nach einem Befüllen aus der Füllstellung abgeführt und gegebenenfalls ausgangsseitig der Förderstrecke (3) wieder zugeleitet werden, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein höhenversetzbarer Behältertrieb (4) vorgesehen ist, auf dem die Behälter (A, B, C, D) bodenseitig abgestützt und oder seitlich geführt sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der höhenversetzbare Behältertrieb (4) zumindest einen schrägen, in der Schräge (7) verstellbaren Eingangsbereich, einen horizontalen, in der Höhe verstellbaren Mittelbereich und einen schrägen, in der Schräge (8) verstellbaren Ausgangsbereich besitzt, wobei der horizontale Mittelbereich dem Fülltrichter (2) zugeordnet ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behältertrieb (4) einen einzigen umlaufenden Fördergurt oder zwei seitliche Zahnriemen mit raumfesten Endrollen aufweist und beim horizontalen Mittelbereich höhenund längsverstellbare Umlenkrollen (9, 10) besitzt. - Anordnung zum Befüllen von Behältern (A, B, C, D) mit Artikeln oder Schüttgut in einer Füllstation (1) mit einem Fülltrichter (2) sowie mit Mitteln, mit deren Hilfe die oben offenen und einen Behälterbund (6) aufweisenden Behälter (A, B, C, D) längs einer Förderstrecke (3) zugeführt und längs eines sich anschließenden separaten Behältertriebs (4) im unmittelbaren Bereich vor der Füllstation (1) und in der Füllstation (1) vereinzelt zugeführt und in der Füllstation in einer Füllstellung unter dem Fülltrichter(2) positioniert werden, und nach einem Befüllen aus der Füllstellung abgeführt und gegebenenfalls ausgangsseitig der Förderstrecke (3) wieder zugeleitet werden, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein raumfester Behältertrieb (4) im Bereich der Füllstation (1) vorgesehen ist, bei dem die Behälter (A, B, C, D) am Behälterbund (6) übernommen werden. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behältertrieb (4) sich aus zwei hintereinander angeordneten umlaufenden Einzeltrieben (11, 12) mit jeweils einem Antriebsaggregat (13, 14) zusammensetzt und der eine Einzeltrieb (11) dem Eingangsbereich und der andere Einzeltrieb (12) dem Füllbereich und gegebenenfalls dem Ausgangsbereich der Füllstation (1) zugeordnet ist, und daß die Einzeltriebe (11, 12) jeweils aus einem Schrägabschnitt (S1 bzw. S2) und einem Horizontalabschnitt (H1, H2) bestehen und die Horizontalabschnitte (H1, H2) beider Einzeltriebe (11, 12) aufeinander zugerichtet sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem ansteigenden Schrägabschnitt (S1) des Einzeltriebs (11) des Eingangsbereichs ein abfallender Förderbandabschnitt (13) zugeordnet ist, auf dem sich die Behälter (A, B, C, D) bis zu einer Bundübernahme durch den ansteigenden Schrägabschnitt (S1) abstützen und/oder dem abfallenden Schrägabschnitt (S2) des Einzeltriebs (12) des Ausgangsbereichs ein ansteigender Förderbandabschnitt (14) zugeordnet ist, auf dem sich die durch den abfallenden Schrägabschnitt am Bund (6) gehaltenen gefüllten Behälter (A, B, C, D) wieder bodenseitig abstützen und übernommen werden. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Füllstation (1) eine Rüttelklemmeinrichtung (R) und/oder unmittelbar vor der Füllstation (1) eine Vorklemmeinrichtung (V) vorgesehen ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Behälteridentifizierungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fülltrichter (2) ein flaches vorzugsweise kurzes Steigband (16) zum Befüllen des Fülltrichters mit Artikeln oder Schüttgut aufweist.
