Description
- le logement est formé dans le longeron correspondant du cadre du sommier et présente une ouverture sur la face supérieure de ce longeron et une section droite oblongue d'axe longitudinal parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du longeron selon un plan horizontal
- le ressort par sa partie inférieure est solidaire d'une semelle d'appui et forme avec cette dernière un ensemble amovible destiné à être positionné dans le logement, la semelle venant en appui contre le fond dudit logement,
- le contour de la semelle épouse le contour du fond du logement de façon à réaliser un centrage et un positionnement de cette dernière par rapport audit logement,
- le ressort et la pièce de support de latte sont solidarisés l'un à l'autre par une colonne verticale de guidage et de report de charges entre la pièce de support de latte et le ressort, ladite colonne s'étendant selon l'axe naturel de déformation élastique dudit ressort,
- le logement reçoit un couvercle positionné dans l'ouverture et calé dans cette dernière, ce couvercle étant pourvu d'un palier de guidage, tubulaire, dans lequel coulisse la colonne de guidage et de report de charge.

- une pièce d'embout 22 prévue avec un logement borgne dans lequel s'engage l'extrémité de la latte, cette pièce d'embout étant montée sur la platine et maintenue sur cette dernière par les pattes élastiques et les rebords d'accrochage, la latte pouvant coulisser dans le logement borgne de la pièce d'embout.
Ainsi le ressort 6, selon son axe vertical de symétrie correspondant à son axe naturel de déformation élastique en compression, est équipé de l'élément longiligne vertical 10 de centrage et/ou de guidage, formant saillie vers le haut avec lequel coopère en emboítement de forme avec l'élément longiligne vertical de centrage et/ou de guidage 11 que possède la pièce de support de latte. Cet élément forme saillie vers le bas, sous la pièce de support de latte.
Préférentiellement la liaison élastique 24 est constituée par un anneau élastique aplati fixé d'une part à la colonne et d'autre part à la pièce de fixation de latte 8. Cet anneau forme deux branches cintrées. Cet anneau élastique est perpendiculaire à la direction générale de la latte.
Claims (20)
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension pour latte (4) ledit sommier comportant un cadre (2) formé par l'assemblage de deux longerons (3) avec deux traverses d'extrémité, ledit système de suspension étant constitué d'un logement (5) dans lequel est monté un ressort (6) travaillant en compression relié mécaniquement à une pièce de support de latte (8) dotée d'un logement dans lequel est engagée l'extrémité correspondante de la latte (4), caractérisé en ce quele logement (5) est formé dans le longeron (3) correspondant du cadre du sommier et présente une ouverture sur la face supérieure de ce longeron et une section droite oblongue d'axe longitudinal parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du longeron selon un plan horizontal,le ressort (6) par sa partie inférieure est solidaire d'une semelle d'appui (7) et forme avec cette dernière un ensemble amovible destiné à être positionné dans le logement (5), la semelle (7) venant en appui contre le fond dudit logement,le contour de la semelle (7) épouse le contour du fond du logement de façon à réaliser un centrage et un positionnement de cette dernière par rapport audit logement,le ressort (6) et la pièce de support de latte (8) sont solidarisés l'un à l'autre par une colonne verticale de guidage et de report de charges entre la pièce de support de latte et le ressort, ladite colonne s'étendant selon l'axe naturel de déformation élastique dudit ressort (6),le logement (5) reçoit un couvercle (12) positionné dans l'ouverture et calé dans cette dernière, ce couvercle étant pourvu d'un palier de guidage (13), tubulaire, dans lequel coulisse la colonne de guidage et de report de charge.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que :la colonne de guidage est constituée de deux éléments longilignes verticaux (10), (11) de centrage et/ou de guidage montés en emboítement l'un dans l'autre,le ressort (6) selon son axe naturel de déformation élastique en compression est équipé de l'élément longiligne vertical (10) de centrage et/ou de guidage, formant saillie vers le haut,la pièce de support de latte (8) est équipée de l'élément longiligne vertical de centrage et/ou de guidage (11) formant saillie vers le bas, destiné à coopérer en emboítement de forme avec l'élément longiligne vertical (10) du ressort de compression (6),le palier de guidage formé dans le couvercle, coopère en guidage avec l'un ou l'autre élément longiligne vertical (10), (11).
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'élément longiligne (10),du ressort (6) est un pion cylindrique, et que l'élément longiligne (11) de la pièce de support de latte (8) est un fût tubulaire cylindrique présentant une ouverture circulaire en partie inférieure, ce fût cylindrique étant pourvue d'une chambre interne cylindrique, axiale, recevant en emboítement de forme le pion cylindrique (10).
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le fût (11) constituant l'élément longiligne de la pièce de support de latte (8) est fixé de manière amovible à la pièce de support de latte (8), cette dernière étant pourvue d'un pion vertical (17) en saillie vers le bas par lequel elle est engagée dans le fût (11) par passage au travers d'une ouverture supérieure de ce dernier.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le pion (17) présente selon l'une quelconque de ses sections droites, une gorge continue (15) et que le fût (11) présente un bourrelet interne (16), annulaire, engagé dans la gorge (15) pour assurer l'immobilisation axiale du pion (17) par rapport au fût (11).
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le fût (11) est enraciné au corps de la pièce de support de latte (8).
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le fût (11) présente en extrémité inférieure un épaulement d'arrêt (18) lequel, sous l'effet de l'action du ressort est destiné à venir contre l'extrémité inférieure du palier de guidage (13) et s'opposer ainsi à l'extraction du fût (11) du palier de guidage (13).
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colonne de guidage est en une seule partie et forme avec le ressort et la pièce de support de latte un ensemble monobloc.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle selon au moins un plan géométrique contenant l'axe géométrique longitudinal du palier (13) est divisé en au moins deux parties.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (6) se présente sous la forme d'un anneau.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que le plan que forme l'anneau est parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du logement.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que le ressort (6) et la semelle (7) à l'opposé de la colonne de guidage sont fendus selon leur largeur.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la colonne de guidage et de report de charge est reliée à la pièce de support de latte (8) par une liaison (24) déformable élastiquement notamment autour d'un axe horizontal parallèle à la direction générale de la latte (4) pour absorber le mouvement de pivotement de la latte autour de cet axe.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la liaison élastique (24) est constituée par un anneau élastique aplati fixé d'une part à la colonne et d'autre part à la pièce de fixation de latte (8) et formant deux branches cintrées.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que l'anneau élastique est perpendiculaire à la direction générale de la latte.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que la pièce de support de latte (8) est constituée par un embout avec logement interne borgne dans lequel est engagée l'extrémité correspondante de la latte, la latte, notamment au cours de sa déformation, pouvant coulisser dans la pièce d'embout.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15 caractérisé en ce que la pièce de support de latte (8) comprend :une platine horizontale (19) à laquelle sont enracinées à distance l'une de l'autre deux pattes élastiques (20) s'étendant vers le haut et comportant chacune un rebord d'accrochage (21) s'étendant au dessus de la platine,une pièce d'embout (22) prévue avec un logement borgne dans lequel s'engage l'extrémité de la latte, cette pièce d'embout (22) étant montée sur la platine et maintenue sur cette dernière par les pattes élastiques et les rebords d'accrochage, la latte pouvant coulisser dans le logement borgne de la pièce d'embout.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 17 caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'embout (22) présente deux échancrures opposées (23) dans lesquelles s'engagent au moins les pattes élastiques (20) pour assurer le blocage de la pièce d'embout sur la platine.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon la revendication 18 caractérisée en ce que les échancrures (23) débouchent dans le logement borgne de la pièce d'embout (22) de façon que les rebords d'accrochage (21) viennent en pression sur la latte.
- Sommier (1) comprenant un système de suspension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la semelle (7) reçoit plusieurs ressorts (6) montés côte à côte selon l'axe longitudinal horizontal du logement et que le couvercle (12) du logement (5), dans l'axe de chaque colonne de guidage présente un palier tubulaire (13) de guidage.
