Claims (20)

  1. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem für Latten (4), welcher einen Rahmen (2) aufweist, der durch Zusammenbau von zwei Längsträgern (3) mit zwei End-Querbalken gebildet ist, wobei das Lagerungssystem aus einem Sitz (5) besteht, in dem eine unter Druck arbeitende Feder (6) montiert ist, die mechanisch mit einem Lattenträgerteil (8) verbunden ist, in den das entsprechende Ende der Latte (4) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    der Sitz (5) im entsprechenden Längsträger (3) des Rahmens des Lattenrostes ausgebildet ist und eine Öffnung auf der oberen Seite dieses Längsträgers und einen länglichen Querschnitt mit einer zur Längsachse des Längsträgers gemäß einer horizontalen Ebene parallelen Längsachse aufweist,
    die Feder (6) mit ihrem unteren Teil fest mit einer Auflagesohle (7) verbunden ist und mit dieser eine abnehmbare Einheit bildet, die zum Einsetzen in den Sitz (5) bestimmt ist, wobei die Sohle (7) zum Andruck gegen den Boden des Sitzes gelangt,
    der Umriß der Sohle (7) dem Umriß des Bodens des Sitzes folgt, um so eine Zentrierung und Positionierung der letzteren bezüglich des Sitzes zu realisieren,
    die Feder (6) und der Lattenträgerteil (8) fest miteinander verbunden sind durch eine vertikale Säule zur Führung und Lastübertragung zwischen dem Lattenträgerteil und der Feder, wobei sich die Säule längs der natürlichen Achse der elastischen Verformung der Feder (6) erstreckt,
    der Sitz (5) einen Deckel (12) aufnimmt, der in der Öffnung angeordnet und in dieser verkeilt ist, wobei dieser Deckel mit einem rohrförmigen Führungslager (13) versehen ist, in dem die Führungs- und Lastübertragungssäule gleitet.
  2. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    die Führungsäule aus zwei länglichen vertikalen Elementen (10), (11) zur Zentrierung und/oder Führung besteht, die ineinander eingesetzt montiert sind,
    die Feder (6) gemäß ihrer natürlichen Achse der elastischen Verformung unter Druck mit dem länglichen vertikalen Element (10) zur Zentrierung und/oder Führung ausgerüstet ist, das nach oben vorsteht,
    der Lattenträgerteil (8) mit dem länglichen vertikalen Element zur Zentrierung und/oder Führung (11) ausgerüstet ist, das nach unter vorsteht und zum Zusammenwirken durch ineinander Greifen der Formen mit dem länglichen vertikalen Element (10) der Druckfeder (6) bestimmt ist,
    das im Deckel ausgebildete Führungslager zur Führung mit dem einen oder dem anderen länglichen vertikalen Element (10), (11) zusammenwirkt.
  3. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das längliche Element (10) der Feder (6) ein zylindrischer Zapfen ist und das längliche Element (11) des Lattenträgerteils (8) eine rohrförmige zylindrische Hülse mit einer kreisförmigen Öffnung im unteren Teil ist, wobei diese zylindrische Hülse mit einer zylindrischen axialen Innenkammer versehen ist, die den entsprechend geformten zylindrischen Zapfen (10) als Einschub aufnimmt.
  4. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (11) das längliche Element des Lattenträgerteils (8) bildet und abnehmbar an diesem befestigt ist, wobei letzteres mit einem nach unten vorspringenden vertikalen Zapfen (17) versehen ist, durch den es nach Durchtritt durch eine obere Öffnung der Hülse (11) in diese eingreift.
  5. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (17) in einem beliebigen seiner Querschnitte eine kontinuierliche Nut (15) aufweist und die Hülse (11) einen inneren Ringwulst (16) aufweist, der in die Nut (15) eingreift, um die axiale Feststellung des Zapfens (17) bezüglich der Hülse (11) zu gewährleisten.
  6. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (11) am Körper des Lattenträgerteils (8) verankert ist.
  7. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (11) am unteren Ende eine Rastschulter (18) aufweist, die unter der Wirkung der Feder zum Anschlag gegen das untere Ende des Führungslagers (13) gelangt und so dem Herausziehen der Hülse (11) aus dem Führungslager (13) entgegenwirkt.
  8. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungssäule einstückig ist und mit der Feder und dem Lattenträgerteil eine Einblock-Anordnung bildet.
  9. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel gemäß mindestens einer geometrischen Ebene, welche die geometrische Längsachse des Lagers (13) enthält, in mindestens zwei Teile unterteilt ist.
  10. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (6) die Form eines Ringes aufweist.
  11. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebene, welche der Ring bildet, parallel zur Längsachse des Sitzes ist.
  12. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (6) und die Sohle (7) auf ihrer der Führungssäule entgegengesetzten Seite ihrer Breite nach geschlitzt sind.
  13. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungs- und Lastübertragungssäule mit dem Lattenträgerteil (8) durch eine Verbindung (24) verbunden ist, die elastisch besonders um eine zur allgemeinen Richtung der Latte (4) parallele horizontale Achse verformbar ist, um die Kippbewegung der Latte um diese Achse zu absorbieren.
  14. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Verbindung (24) aus einem abgeflachten elastischen Ring besteht, der einerseits an der Säule und andererseits am Lattenträgerteil (8) befestigt ist und zwei bogenförmige Arme bildet.
  15. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elastische Ring senkrecht zur allgemeinen Richtung der Latte ist.
  16. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lattenträgerteil (8) aus einem Schuh mit innerem Blindsitz besteht, in dem das entsprechende Ende der Latte eingesetzt ist, wobei die Latte besonders im Verlauf ihrer Verformung in diesem Schuhteil gleiten kann.
  17. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lattenträgerteil (8) aufweist:
    eine waagerechte Platine (19) an der in einem Abstand voneinander zwei elastische Arme (20) verankert sind, die sich nach oben erstrecken und jeder eine Haltekrempe (21) aufweisen, die sich oberhalb der Platine erstreckt,
    ein Schuhteil (22), das mit einem Blindsitz ausgestattet ist, in den das Ende der Latte eingreift, wobei dieses Schuhteil (22) an der Platine montiert und an dieser durch die elastischen Arme und die Haltekrempen gehalten ist, wobei die Latte im Blindsitz des Schuhteils gleiten kann.
  18. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schuhteil (22) zwei gegenüberliegende Ausschnitte (23) aufweist, in die mindestens die elastischen Arme (20) eingreifen, um die Blockierung des Schuhteils an der Platine zu gewährleisten.
  19. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausschnitte (23) im Blindsitz des Schuhteils (22) münden, so daß die Haltekrempen (21) gegen die Latte drücken.
  20. Lattenrost (1) mit einem Lagerungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle (7) mehrere Federn (6) aufnimmt, die Seite an Seite gemäß der horizontalen Längsachse des Sitzes angeordnet sind, und daß der Deckel (12) des Sitzes (5) in der Achse jeder Führungssäule ein rohrförmiges Führungslager (13) bildet.
