Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Leuchte für ein Präsentations- und Verkaufsregal, die als eine Vorsatzleuchte stirnseitig lösbar an einen Warenträger einer Regaletage so festlegbar ist, daß deren Lichtstrahlen eine Regal-Frontseite und einen darunter angeordneten Warenträger beleuchten, wobei die Leuchte aus einem Lichtkanalprofil mit einem darin angeordneten Leuchtengehäuse mit daran gehaltener Leuchtstoffröhre besteht und das Lichtkanalprofil eine über das Leuchtengehäuse und die Leuchtstoffröhre schräg nach unten heruntergezogene Abdeckung mit einer darauf angeordneten, aufklappbaren Sichtleiste hat und einerseits an dem Lichtkanalprofil und andererseits an der Abdeckung eine bogenförmige transparente oder durchsichtigte Bodenabdeckung offenbar gehalten ist, welche die Leuchtstoffröhre mit Abstand umgibt.
Eine derartige Regalleuchte ist aus der EP 0 441 354 A1 bekannt. Diese besteht aus einem lichtundurchlässigen Lichtkanalprofil, in dem das Leuchtegheäuse, das die Leuchtstoffröhre trägt und die Vorschaltelemente aufnimmt, befestigt ist und das mit einem Haltesteg frontseitig an dem Materialträger befestigt ist, wobei ein abgewinkelter Stegbereich auf dem Materialträger aufliegt. Die sichtseitige Abdeckung ist lichtundurchlässig, so daß auf dieser unter der Sichtleiste angeordnete Schilder unbeleuchtet sind. Die Sichtblende ist untenseitig an der Abdeckung verhakt oder obenseitig scharnierartig verrrastet. Durch das untenseitige Öffnen ist das Einlegen und Herausnehmen der Schilder sehr erschwert, insbesondere wenn viele nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
Weiterhin ist aus der GB-PS 1 136 188 eine Vorsatzleuchte bekannt geworden, deren hohles Lichtkanalprofil ein Leuchtengehäuse umschließt und von Leuchtstoffröhrenfassungen durchsetzt ist. Das Lichtkanalprofil weist einen Einstecksteg und/oder Haken auf, mit dem es an einer passenden Nut eines Trägers festgelegt wird. Die Leuchtstoffröhre ragt frei in den Raum; eine Anbringung von Preisschildern ist nicht vorgesehen.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die eingangs bezeichnete Leuchte derart zu verbessern, daß bei einfachem Aufbau Schilder vereinfacht einsetzbar sind und beleuchtet werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Lichtkanalprofil einen frontseitig Lichtstrahlen durchlassenden Profilbereich aufweist und die Abdeckung transparent oder klarsichtig ist und daran die Sichtleiste unten über ein Materialscharnier aufgelenkt ist, die obenendig eine angeformte Griffleiste trägt.
Die Unteransprüche beinhalten Gestaltungsmerkmale, welche vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Aufgabenlösung darstellen.
Die Beleuchtung gemäß der Erfindung ist in vorteilhalfter Weise als Vorsatzleuchte ausgebildet, die ohne besondere Vorkehrungen an dem Warenträger direkt an dessen Frontseite angebracht werden kann und dieses sowohl bei der Regalanfertigung als auch als Nachrüstteil.
Die Warenträger in Form von Regalböden haben dabei an ihrer in Regalbreite verlaufenden Frontkante jeweils eine U-förmige Sicke, in die die Vorsatzleuchte als sich über die gesamte Warenträgerbreite erstreckender Lichtkanal lösbar eingehängt wird. Dadurch liegt der Lichtkanal unmittelbar an der Vorderkante des Warenträgers und dieser Lichtkanal ist mit einem durchscheinenden oder durchsichtigen Bereich ausgestattet, welcher den unteren Warenträger, d. h. mindestens den vorderen Bereich der auf dem unteren Warenträger liegenden Waren beleuchtet und auch zur Regalfrontseite hin Lichtstrahlen abgibt, so daß front- und untenseitig ein verhältnismäßig großer Beleuchtungsbereich vorhanden ist. Der Lichtkanal ist aus einem günstig ausgeführten Kunststoffprofil gebildet, in dem das eigentliche Leuchtengehäuse in Form eines Vierkantrohres einfach gehalten ist, wobei dieses Vierkantrohr in sich die elektrischen Leuchtenbauteile aufnimmt und untenseitig in Fassungen die Lampe, insbesondere Leuchtstoffröhre, auswechselbar hält.
Diese Vorsatzleuchte ermöglicht gleichzeitig eine Produkt- und Marktwerbung unter Ausleuchtung der darunter befindlichen Warenträger und hat aufgrund ihres Aufbaues und ihrer Funktion einen gesteigerten Gebrauchswert erhalten, insbesondere im Hinblick darauf, daß sie vor dem eigentlichen Warenträger angeordnet ist und eine selbständige Baueinheit bildet.
Auf den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, welches nachfolgend näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

Das Präsentations- und Verkaufsregal für Waren (W) der verschiedensten Art weist zwei seitliche, aufrechte Ständer (1), eine dazwischen stehende Rückwand (2) und mehrere übereinander angeordnete Regaletagen auf, welche als Warenträger (Regalböden) (3) mit seitlichen Konsolen (3a) in Schlitze der Ständer (1) eingehängt sind. Weiterhin kann das Regal einen Bodensockel (5) als Abstell- und Aufnahmeraum für Waren (W) haben.
Die Leuchte für/an einem derartigen Präsentations- und Verkaufsregal ist jeweils einer Regaletage zugeordnet und dabei als lösbar an die Vorderkante des Warenträgers (3) der Regaletage einhängbare, Lichtstrahlen (LS) zur Regal-Frontseite und zum darunter angeordneten Warenträger (3) abgebende Vorsatzleuchte ausgebildet.
Die Vorsatzleuchte weist einen in eine frontseitige U-Sicke (4) des Warenträgers (3) einsteckbaren, sich über die gesamte Warenträgerbreite erstreckenden Lichtkanal (LK) mit darin angeordnetem Leuchtengehäuse (5) mit daran gehaltener Lampe (6), vorzugsweise Leuchtstoffröhre, auf. Die U-Sicke (4) ist direkt an die Vorderkante des Warenträgers (Blechboden) (3) angeformt und bildet die Warenträger-Vorderkante.
Dieser Lichtkanal (LK) besitzt ein das Leuchtengehäuse (5) lagefixiert aufnehmendes Profil (7) mit front- und untenseitigem, Lichtstrahlen (LS) durchlassenden Profilbereich (8, 9).
Das Lichtkanalprofil (7) hat rückseitig eine in die U-Sicke (4) des Warenträgers (3) eingesteckte Einhängeleiste (10), die mit der Rückwand (7a) des Lichtkanalprofiles (7) eine über den freien, aufrechten Sickensteg (4a) greifende Halte- und Lagefixierklammer für die Vorsatzleuchte bildet, durch diese Kammer wird die Vorsatzleuchte sowohl in Höhenrichtung als auch nach vorn und hinten lagesicher gehalten.
Das Lichtkanalprofil (7) nimmt in einer nach unten geöffneten, im Querschnitt eckigen U- oder C-Kammer (11) das Leuchtengehäuse (5) lagefixiert auf und zwar eingesteckt oder eingeschoben. Das Leuchtengehäuse (5) ist in Vierkantrohrform als Quadrat- oder Rechteckrohr aus Metall, vorzugsweise Leichtmetall, gebildet. Das Leuchtengehäuse (5) kann auch ein extrudiertes Kunststoffprofil sein. Die Kammer (11) des Lichtkanalprofiles (7) wird durch die Rückwand (7a), eine Deckwand (7b), eine parallel zur Rückwand (7a) verlaufende Frontwand (7c) und an den unteren Enden der Rück- und Frontwand (7a), 7c) aufeinanderzu gerichtete Tragstege (7d) gebildet, so daß das eingesetzte Leuchtengehäuse (5) vom Profil (7) dreiseitig umgeben und von den untenliegenden Tragstegen (7d) getragen wird.
Das Lichtkanalprofil (7) hat frontseitig eine schräg nach vorn und unten gerichtete, über das Leuchtengehäuse (5) und die Leuchtstoffröhre (6) nach unten heruntergezogene, transparente oder klarsichtige Abdeckung (8) mit aufklappbarer Sichtleiste (12), die am unteren Ende über ein Materialscharnier (12a) an die Abdeckung (8) angelenkt ist und am oberen Ende eine angeformte Griffleiste (12b) besitzt. Die Sichtleiste (12) liegt außen an der Abdeckung (8) an und hinter dieser Sichtleiste (12), also zwischen Abdeckung (8) und Sichtleiste (1) sind Werbegraphiken, Dias, Preisschilder od. dgl. auswechselbar eingesetzt.
Die obenseitige Griffleiste (12b) wird durch eine an das Lichtkanalprofil (7) angeformte Dachleiste (7e) zur Frontseite hin überdeckt.
An dem Lichtkanalprofil (7) und der Abdeckung (8) ist in Rast- und/oder Steckaufnahmen (13) eine transparente oder durchsichtige Bodenabdeckung (9) mit Bogenquerschnitt lösbar gehalten, welche die Leuchtstoffröhre (6) mit Abstand umgibt.
Das Leuchtengehäuse (5) nimmt in sich die elektrischen Bauteile, wie Vorschaltgerät, Starter, Netzanschluß, Verkabelung und dgl. auf und hält an seiner Unterseite in außenliegenden Fassungen (6a) die Leuchtstoffröhre (6) auswechselbar.
Die U-Sicke (4) und die Einhängeleiste (10) des Lichtkanales (LK) erstrecken sich über die gesamte Warenträgerbreite und der Lichtkanal (LK) weist an beiden Längenenden je ein diesen stirnseitig schließendes Seitenschild (14) auf.

Claims (3)

  1. Leuchte für ein Präsentations- und Verkaufsregal, die als eine Vorsatzleuchte stirnseitig lösbar an einen Warenträger (3) einer Regaletage so festlegbar ist, daß deren Lichtstrahlen eine Regal-Frontseite und einen darunter angeordneten Warenträger beleuchten, wobei die Leuchte aus einem Lichtkanalprofil (7) mit einem darin angeordneten Leuchtengehäuse (5) mit daran gehaltener Leuchtstoffröhre (6) besteht und das Lichtkanalprofil (7) eine über das Leuchtengehäuse (5) und die Leuchtstoffröhre (6) schräg nach unten heruntergezogene Abdeckung (8) mit einer darauf angeordneten, aufklappbaren Sichtleiste (12) hat und einerseits an dem Lichtkanalprofil (7) und andererseits an der Abdeckung (8) eine bogenförmige transparente oder durchsichtigte Bodenabdeckung (9) offenbar gehalten ist, welche die Leuchtstoffröhre mit Abstand umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lichtkanalprofil (7) einen frontseitig Lichtstrahlen durchlassenden Profilbereich aufweist und die Abdeckung (8) transparent oder klarsichtig ist und daran die Sichtleiste (12) unten über ein Materialscharnier (12a) angelenkt ist, die obenendig eine angeformte Griffleiste (12b) trägt.
  2. Leuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lichtkanalprofil (7) in einer nach unten geöffneten, im Querschnitt C-förmigen Kammer (11) das vierkantige, rohrförmige Leuchtengehäuse (5) aus Metall, Leichtmetall oder Kunststoff lagefixiert aufnimmt.
  3. Leuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lichtkanalprofil (7) gegenüberliegend zur Abdeckung (8) eine nach unten gerichtete, leistenförmige Halteklammer (10) aufweist.
