Claims (9)
- Verwendung einer Aluminiumlegierung aus einer gut warmverformbaren Aluminiumknetlegierungsmatrix der Art Al Mg Si Cu mit einer Zusammensetzung, aus der keine Silizium-Primärkristalle auskristallisieren können, mit einem die Verschleißfestigkeit erhöhenden Zusatz von gleichmäßig verteilten Siliziumpartikeln und/oder Partikeln einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung zur Herstellung von endmaßnahen Zylinderlaufbuchsen sowie Hydraulik oder Pneumatik-Arbeitszylindern durch Warmfließpressen, wobei die einzelnen Partikel hohe Silizium-Gehalte, vorzugsweise bis zu 50 Gew.-% aufweisen, und der Zusatz maximal 12 Gew.-% Silizium in Form von Siliziumpartikeln und/oder von Siliziumprimärkristallen in den Partikeln der übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung beträgt, während die zu dem Gegenstand verarbeitete Aluminiumlegierung nach der Warmverformung oder einer sich daran anschließenden Wärmebehandlung einen Mindestanteil nicht in Lösung gegangener und nicht aus der Matrixlegierung ausgeschiedener Siliziumpartikel und/oder Siliziumprimärkristalle in den Partikeln der übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge von mindestens 5 Gew.-% enthält.
- Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Korngröße der Siliziumpartikel von höchstens 80 µm, der Korngröße der Partikel einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung von vorzugsweise höchstens 250 µm und der Siliziumprimärkristalle in den Partikeln der übereutektischen Aluminium-Siliziumlegierung von höchstens 20 µm.
- Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1, bei der ein Barren durch Sprühkompaktieren einer Schmelze einer warmverformbaren Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt und der Aluminiumlegierung in dem Sprühstrahl Silizium in Form von Siliziumpartikel und/oder Siliziumprimärkristalle in den Partikeln einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung von maximal 12 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge zugesetzt werden.
- Verwendung der warmverformbaren Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der ein Barren aus einem Matrixlegierungspulver mit einem Zusatz von gleichmäßig verteilten Siliziumpartikeln und/oder von Siliziumprimärkristallen in Partikeln einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung von maximal 12 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge hergestellt und dieser Barren anschließend warmverformt wird.
- Verwendung der warmverformbaren Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der ein Barren aus einer Mischung von Pulvern verschiedener Legierungsbestandteile mit einem Zusatz von Silizium in Form von gleichmäßig verteilten Siliziumpartikeln und/oder Siliziumprimärkristallen in Partikeln einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung von maximal 12 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge hergestellt und dieser Barren anschließend warmverformt wird.
- Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der von warmgewalzten Platten oder warmstranggepreßten Stangen Butzen gefertigt und daraus durch Warmfließpressen die Zylinderlaufbuchsen oder Hydraulik- und Pneumatikarbeitszylinder in den geforderten Endabmessungen hergestellt werden.
- Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der ein Preßling in Form eines vollen Rundlings oder eines hohlen Rundlings aus Pulver durch hydrostatisches Pressen hergestellt, angewärmt und anschließend durch Warmfließpressen weiterverarbeitet wird, ggf. mit einer anschließenden Wärmebehandlung.
- Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der ein Pulver aus einer Aluminiumlegierung oder Legierungsbestandteilen und Siliziumpartikeln oder Partikeln einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung in eine beheizte Warmfließpreßform gegeben, bei geschlossener Form hydrostatisch verpreßt und anschließend nach Öffnen der Form warmfließgepreßt wird.
- Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der das Pulver aus einer Aluminiumlegierung oder Legierungsbestandteilen und Siliziumpartikeln und/oder Partikeln einer übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung in eine Form gefüllt, unter Druck und erhöhter Temperatur gesintert und ggf. anschließend einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird.
