Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Transportieren und Verteilen von in steuerbaren Greifern (9) einer endlosen Greiferkette (6) gehaltenen Signaturen (24; 26) auf eine Mehrzahl von Verteilerstellen (A, B, C, D, E) entlang des Bewegungspfades der Greiferkette (6), wobei zum öffnen der Greifer (9) rotierbare, rotationswinkel-lagegenau angetriebene Steuereinrichtungen (33 bis 37) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Steuereinrichtungen (33 bis 37) mehrere Nockenscheiben aufweisen und von einer nichtschaltenden in eine schaltende Stellung und umgekehrt bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Rotationsbewegung der Steuereinrichtungen (33 bis 37) von der nichtschaltenden in die schaltende Stellung und umgekehrt, diese jeweils derart antreibbar sind, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der höchsten Punkte (32) d.h die am weitesten von der Rotationsachse entfernt liegenden Punkte ihrer Schaltnocken (38) zumindestens zeitweise höher ist, als die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Greiferkette (6) während dieses Umsteuervorganges.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehrichtung der Nockenscheiben (33 bis 37) in Transportrichtung der Greiferkette (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehrichtung der Nockenscheiben (33 bis 37) entgegengesetzt zur Transportrichtung der Greiferkette (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (9) an einer vorwählbaren Verteilerstelle (A bis E) öffenbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Nockenscheibe (33 bis 37) ein Motor (M33 bis M37) zugeordnet ist, der mittels einer Rechnereinheit (41) steuerbar ist, daß einer der Nocken der Nockenscheibe (33 bis 37) zeitweise in die Bewegungsbahn der Steuerrolle (14) bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Motor (M33 bis M37) aus einem rotationswinkel-lagegeregelten Motor besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Motor (M33 bis M37) ein Rotationswinkel-Lagegeber (L33 bis L37) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (M33 bis M37) und der Lagegeber (L33 bis L37) elektrisch mit einem Antriebsregler (F33 bis F37) verbunden ist.
