Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zur Auslage bogenförmiger Produkte mit einer Verzögerungseinheit (6) zur Aufnahme von Falzexemplaren (5), wobei die Verzögerungseinheit (6) eine Vielzahl erster Greifer (7) umfaßt und jede dieser Greifer so ausgeführt ist, daß er ein Falzexemplar (5) in einem Exemplarergreifungsbereich ergreifen und dieses in einem ersten Übergabebereich (500) freigeben kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung weiterhin eine Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) zur Aufnahme von Falzexemplaren (5) von der Verzögerungseinheit (6) aufweist, wobei die Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) eine Vielzahl zweiter drehbarer Greifer (17) umfaßt und jeder der zweiten Greifer (17) ein jeweiliges Falzexemplar (5) von der Verzögerungseinheit vor dem oder zu dem Zeitpunkt der Freigabe des Falzproduktes durch die Verzögerungseinheit ergreifen, anschließend umlenken und es in einem zweiten Übergabebereich (24) freigeben kann. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) ferner eine erste umlaufende Förderbahn (15) umfaßt, die zweiten Greifer (17) auf der umlaufenden Förderbahn (15) angebracht sind und ein erster Teil der ersten Förderbahn (15) sich weitgehend parallel zu dem ersten Übergangsbereich (500) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein erstes Auslöseorgan (300) entlang dem Pfad der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist und jede der Vielzahl der zweiten Greifer (17) ein ersters Betätigungsorgan (400) aufweist, das beim Passieren des ersten Auslöseorgans (300) von diesem aktiviert wird, wobei der jeweilige zweite Greifer (17) per Aktivierung seines jeweiligen ersten Betätigungsorgans (400) sich um seine jeweilige Achse dreht. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß weiterhin ein zweites Auslöseorgan (310), das auf der ersten Förderbahn (15) in den ersten Übergabebereich (500) ortsfest angebracht ist, vorgesehen ist und jeder der Vielzahl von zweiten Greifern (17) ein zweites Betätigungsorgan (410) umfaßt, welches beim Passieren des zweiten Auslöseorgans (310) aktiviert wird, wobei der jeweilige zweite Greifer (17) bei Aktivierung seines jeweiligen zweiten Betätigungsorgans (410) eine Greiferbewegung ausführt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß weiterhin zur Aufnahme von Falzexemplaren (5) von der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) eine Transporteinrichtung (22) vorgesehen ist, welche die von der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) Kommenden Examplare in dem zweiten Übergabebereich (24) ergreift. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Transporteinrichtung (22) eine Vielzahl von dritten Greifern (25) umfaßt und jeder der dritten Greifer (25) so ausgeführt ist, daß er ein jeweiliges Falzexemplar von der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) im gleichen Moment ergreifen kann, in welchem das jeweilige Falzexemplar (5) von der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) freigegeben wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Transporteinrichtung (22) eine Vielzahl von dritten Greifern (25) umfaßt und jeder der dritten Greifer (25) so ausgeführt ist, daß er ein jeweiliges Falzexemplar (5) von der Umlenk/Fordereinrichtung (14) vor dessen Freigabe durch die Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) von dieser ergreifen kann. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Transporteinrichtung (22) eine zweite umlaufende Transportbahn (27) umfaßt, die dritten Greifer (25) auf der zweiten umlaufenden Transportbahn (27) angebracht sind und ein Teil der zweiten Transportbahn (27) sich in dem zweiten Übergangsbereich (24) weitgehend parallel zur ersten Förderbahn (15) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, welche ferner eine unter der ersten umlaufenden Förderbahn (15) ortsfest angebrachte Führung (2) umfaßt, welche die Falzexemplare (5) stützt, während diese durch die Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) transportiert werden.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die drehbaren Greiferelemente (17) auf einer Förderbahn (15) in einem ersten regelmäßigen Abstand (16) voneinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplare von der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) in eine rückenvoran Position gedreht werden. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die dritten Greifer (25) in einem zweiten regelmäßigen Abstand (23) voneinander befinden. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der erste regelmäßige Abstand (16) von dem zweiten regelmäßigen Abstand (23) einen Unterschied aufweist und sich die Exemplare in Folge des Unterschiedes von der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) in die Greifer (25) der Transporteinrichtung (22) bewegen. - Verfahren zur Auslage bogenförmiger Produkte, wobei die Produkte in einer Verzögerungseinheit (6) verzögert werden und die Verzögerungseinheit eine Vielzahl erster Greifer (7) umfaßt, wobei jedes einzelne Produkt in jeweils einem Greifer erfaßt und durch die Bewegung des Greifers verzögert und in einen ersten Übergabebereich (500) geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (14) zur Aufnahme der bogenförmigen Produkte von der Verzögerungseinheit (6) vorgesehen ist, die ine Vielzahl zweiter drehbarer Greifer (17) umfaßt,
daß jedes einzelne Produkt durch jeweils einen zweiten Greifer (17) im Übergabebereich (500) vor dem oder zu dem Zeitpunkt der Freigabe des Produkts von dem ersten Greifer (7) ergriffen und somit von dem ersten Greifer an den zweiten Greifer im Übergabebereich übergeben, anschließend durch Rotation des zweiten Greifers (17) umgelenkt und dann in einem zweiten Übergabebereich (24) freigegeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder der Vielzahl der zweiten Greifer (17) ein erstes Betätigungsorgan (400) aufweist und entlang des Pfades der Umlenk/Fördereinrichtung (15) ein erstes Auslöseorgan (300) vorgesehen ist und das erste Betätigungsorgan (400) beim Passieren des ersten Auslöseorgans (300) aktiviert wird, wobei der entsprechende zweite Greifer (17) sich um seine Achse zu drehen beginnt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein zweites Auslöseorgan (310) auf der ersten Förderbahn (15) in dem ersten Übergabebereich (500) ortsfest angebracht ist und jede der Vielzahl der zweiten Greifer (17) ein zweites Betätigungsorgan (410) aufweist und die zweiten Greifer beim Passieren des zweiten Auslöseorgans (310) das zweite Betätigungsorgan (410) aktivieren, so daß der Greifer eine Greiferbewegung ausführt.
