Description
Claims (5)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem, insbesondere Common-Rail-System, mit einer Vorförderpumpe (1), die aus einem Kraftstofftank (2) einen Kraftstoffstrom zu einer Hochdruckpumpe fördert, wobei ein Kraftstofffilter (8) bezogen auf die Förderrichtung stromabwärts oder stromaufwärts der Vorförderpumpe (1) angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine kraftstofffilterdruckdifferenzabhängige Schutzschaltung.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Schutzschaltung eine Ventileinrichtung (12) vorgesehen ist, die den von der Vorförderpumpe (1) geförderten Kraftstoffstrom in Abhängigkeit von der Kraftstofffilterdruckdifferenz entweder zurück in den Kraftstofftank (2) oder zur Hochdruckpumpe fördert.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (12) ein Ventilgehäuse (13) aufweist, in dem ein federvorgespannter Steuerkolben (14) hin- und herbewegbar ist, der in Abhängigkeit von der Kraftstofffilterdruckdifferenz eine Absperrbohrung (16) in dem Ventilgehäuse (13), durch die der von der Vorförderpumpe (1) geförderte Kraftstoffstrom zu der Hochdruckpumpe gelangt, oder eine Absteuerbohrung (17) in dem Ventilgehäuse (13) freigibt, durch die der von der Vorförderpumpe (1) geförderte Kraftstoffstrom zurück in den Kraftstofftank (2) gelangt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Bypass (10), der die Ventileinrichtung (12) umgeht, ein Dehnstoffelement (26) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (12) und/oder das Dehnstoffelement (26) in einen Deckel des Kraftstofffilters (8) integriert sind.
