Description
- von einem einzigen Fühler, insbesondere einer Fotozelle (18), Abweichungen der Ist-Vorschublänge der Materialbahn von der Soll-Vorschublänge zur Vorschubveränderung der Materialbahn festgestellt werden,
- die von dem Fühler festgestellten Abweichungen in einem Rechner (16) einer Steuereinrichtung (17) zu einem Korrekturwert verarbeitet werden,
- der Korrekturwert an die einzelnen Zusatzgeräte (9) weitergegeben wird, die schließlich über einen aus dem Korrekturwert multipliziert mit der jeweiligen Abstandsposition des betreffenden Zusatzgerätes (9) zu einer festgelegten Null-Position ermittelten Verstellweg in ihre korrekte Stellung positioniert werden, wobei sich an der Null-Position die Schweißeinrichtung (3) befindet.

Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von mehreren, im intermittierenden Bereich entlang einer Bewegungsstrecke einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Kunststofffolienbahn (1), vor einer Schweißeinrichtung (3) mit Abstand zueinander angeordneten Zusatzgeräten (9) einer Beutelherstellmaschine, mit folgenden Merkmalen:Von einem einzigen Fühler, insbesondere einer Fotozelle (18), werden Abweichungen der Ist-Vorschublänge der Materialbahn von der Soll-Vorschublänge zur Vorschubveränderung der Materialbahn festgestellt,die von dem Fühler festgestellten Abweichungen werden in einem Rechner (16) einer Steuereinrichtung (17) zu einem Korrekturwert verarbeitet,der Korrekturwert wird an die einzelnen Zusatzgeräte (9) weitergegeben, die schließlich über einen aus dem Korrekturwert multipliziert mit der jeweiligen Abstandsposition des betreffenden Zusatzgerätes (9) zu einer festgelegten Null-Position ermittelten Verstellweg in ihre korrekte Stellung positioniert werden, wobei sich an der Null-Position die Schweißeinrichtung (3) befindet.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch 1 mit folgenden Merkmalen:Ein einziger Fühler, insbesondere eine Fotozelle (18), der Abweichungen der Ist-Vorschublänge der Materialbahn von der Soll-Vorschublänge zur Vorschubveränderung der Materialbahn feststellt,einen steuerbaren Antriebsmotor (13), ein mit dem Antriebsmotor (13) zusammenwirkender Wegaufnehmer sowie eine Übertragungseinrichtung (19, 22) für jedes Zusatzgerät (9), undeine Steuereinrichtung mit einem Rechner (16), der die von dem Fühler festgestellten Abweichungen der Ist-Vorschublänge der Materialbahn von der Soll-Vorschublänge zu einem Korrekturwert verarbeitet, der an die einzelnen Zusatzgeräte (9) weitergegeben wird, und der die Zusatzgeräte (9) über einen aus dem Korrekturwert multipliziert mit der jeweiligen Abstandsposition des betreffenden Zusatzgerätes (9) zu einer festgelegten Null-Position ermittelten Verstellweg in ihre korrekte Stellung positioniert, undeine an der Null-Position befindliche Schweißeinrichtung (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragungseinrichtung von einem mit dem Antriebsmotor (3) gekoppelten Antriebszahnrad (19) und einer damit zusammenwirkenden Zahnstange (22) bzw. einer eine in Längsrichtung verstellbare Spindel aufweisenden Verstelleinrichtung gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Zusatzgerät (9) eine Steuereinheit (11) mit einer Eingabemöglichkeit der jeweiligen Position (P1 - P6) der Zusatzgeräte (9) aufweist.
