Claims (8)
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung für Küchenmöbel und dergleichen, die aus einem an dem Möbelstück befestigten Teil, das in der Nähe der rückseitigen oberen Ecken der Rückwand (21) des Möbelstückes befestigt ist, und einem verschwenkbaren Aufhängehaken (2) besteht, der an seinem oberen Ende zur Aufhängung an einem an der Wand verankerten Halter (10) bestimmt ist und an seinem unteren Ende gelenkig mit dem an dem Möbelstück befestigten festen Teil (1) verbunden ist, das außerdem mit dem verschwenkbaren Aufhängehaken (2) über jeweilige Einstellmechanismen für die relative Winkelstellung und Höhe verbunden ist, die entlang entsprechender virtueller erster (3a) und zweiter (9a) Drehachsen betätigbar sind, die horizontal und zueinander parallel sind und direkt von der Rückseite des Möbelstückes sowie von dessen Innenseite aus über jeweilige Öffnungen zugänglich sind, die in der Rückwand (21) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Einstellmechanismen aus einer horizontalen Schraube (3), die die erste Drehachse (3a) enthält, bzw. aus einer Gewindespindel (4) bestehen, die in Axialrichtung zwischen ersten (6) und zweiten (8) horizontalen Halterungen festgelegt ist, die von dem an dem Möbelstück befestigten Teil (1) ausgehen, wobei die vertikale Gewindespindel (4) in eine Mutter (7) eingeschraubt ist, die in den verschwenkbaren Aufhängehaken (2) eingebaut ist, wobei eine Gelenkbewegung des Aufhängehakens gegenüber der Mutter (7) ermölicht wird, wobei die Gewindespindel (4) über eine Getriebeanordnung mit zueinander senkrechten Achsen einstellbar ist, die aus einer ersten Verzahnung (5), die stimseitig an einem am Ende liegenden Kopf der Gewindespindel (4) gebildet ist, und einer zweiten Verzahnung (9) besteht, die von der Spitze eines Drehwerkzeuges, wie z.B. einem Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher, gebildet ist, dessen Achse die zweite Drehachse (9a) bei einer betriebsmäßigen Anordnung in der horizontalen Eingriffsstellung mit der ersten Verzahnung (5) der Gewindespindel (4) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten (3a) und zweiten (9a) Drehachsen benachbart zueinander in einem einstückigen Einsatzstück (11) vereinigt sind, das mit dem an dem Möbelstück befestigten Teil (1) verbunden ist, wobei die Drehachsen übereinander in Längsrichtung gegenüberliegend zu einer gemeinsamen Öffnung (23) in der Rückwand (21) des Möbelstückes angeordnet werden können, wobei das Einsatzstück (11) von oben nach unten eine Gewindebuchse (11c) für die horizontale Schraube (3) für die Winkeleinstellung und unter dieser zwei horizontale Sitze (11a) aufweist, die tangential zu und am Umfang der Gewindebuchse (11c) angeordnet sind, und sich entlang der zweiten virtuellen Achse (9a) und gegenüberliegend zueinander bezüglich einer querverlaufenden Mittelebene der Gewindebuchse (11c) erstrecken, die durch die geometrische Achse der Gewindespindel (4) und den Kranz der ersten Verzahnung (5) verläuft, wobei die horizontalen Sitze (11a) nach unten hin über ihre gesamte Länge durch eine längsverlaufende Öffnung geöffnet sind, die einen Zylindersektor von weniger als 180° umfaßt und die unmittelbar oberhalb von jeweiligen Zähnen liegt, die sich nach oben erstrecken und von dem stirnseitigen Kranz der ersten Verzahnung (5) ausgehen, der derart angeordnet ist, daß diese erste Verzahnung (5) mit ihren Zahnböden diametral die horizontalen Sitze (11a) bezüglich eines Betriebsdurchmessers der zweiten Verzahnung (9) der Schraubenzieherspitze ergänzt, wobei die erste Verzahnung (5) in die Gewindespindel (4) für die vertikale Einstellung von oben an deren oberen Ende eingeschnitten ist. - Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Verzahnung (5) am unteren Ende einen Umfangswulst (12) bildet, der von unten gegen die erste horizontale Halterung (6) zur Anlage bringbar ist, wobei die erste Verzahnung (5) durch eine Bohrung (13) nach oben hin vorspringt, die in der ersten horizontalen Halterung (6) mit einem Durchmesser ausgebildet ist, der zwischen dem größten Durchmesser der ersten Verzahnung (5) und dem Außendurchmesser des Umfangswulstes (12) liegt, und wobei das untere Ende der Gewindespindel (4) von oben nach unten durch die zweite horizontale Halterung (8) gehaltert ist, wobei die Mutter (7) mit vertikaler Achse dauernd auf der Gewindespindel (4) befestigt ist.
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mutter (7) mit zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen (14) versehen ist, die bei der Montage von unten nach oben von jeweiligen Hakenausnehmungen (15) aufgenommen werden, die am unteren Ende in vertikalen Seitenflächen (16) des verschwenkbaren Aufhängehakens (2) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Vorsprünge (14) durch elastisches Einrasten an verengten Eintrittsöffnungen (15a) vorbei in das Innere der Hakenausnehmungen (15) eintreten und in diesen mit Spiel aufgenommen sind, so daß der verschwenkbare Aufhängehaken (2) gegenüber der Mutter (7) mit vertikaler Achse verschwenkbar ist, die in Winkelrichtung unbeweglich gehalten wird.
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einsatzstück (11) einen radialen Vorsprung (11b) aufweist, der in eine Eintrittsöffnung (1a) eingesetzt ist, die in dem festen Teil (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Verzahnung (5) als ein konisches Ritzel geformt ist.
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Verzahnung (5) als ein Kranz geformt ist, der in Radialrichtung in die Stirnfläche des vertikalen Endes des Kopfes der Gewindespindel (4) eingearbeitet ist.
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den beiden Endstirnflächen der querverlaufenden horizontalen Schraube (3) jeweilige Betätigungsvertiefungen für einen Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher ausgebildet sind.
- Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß'das an dem Möbelstück befestigte Teil (1) an seinem unteren Ende zwei "Ω"- (Omega-) förmige Aussparungen (17) aufweist, die jeweilige Halterungen durch Verformung oder elastisches Einrasten für die Welle eines Hebels (18) bilden, der sich in Radialrichtung zwischen den "Ω"- (Omega-) förmigen Aussparungen (17) erstreckt, wobei diese Welle des radialen Hebels (18) an einer ihrer Enden und auf der Außenseite der Halterung durch einen Halbrundstab (19) verlängert ist, der an seinem Umfang mit einer schraubenlinienförmigen oder ringförmigen Verzahnung versehen ist, und der exzentrisch in einer Blindbohrung (20) angeordnet wird, die in der Seitenwand (22) des Möbelstückes ähnlich zu zumindest einer weiteren ausgebildet ist, die parallel in dem Möbelstück für das Einsetzen von zumindest einem von üblichen Dübeln (25) für die Befestigung an dem Möbel ausgebildet sind, die sich seitlich von dem eigentlichen festen Teil (1) erstrecken.
