Abstract

Zur Erleichterung der Installation von sanitären Einrichtungen wird vorgeschlagen, an einem Anschlußblock, an dem eine sanitäre Einrichtung wie beispielsweise ein Mischventil angebracht werden soll, einen Spülblock anzubringen, der Kanäle aufweist. Der Spülblock wird so angebracht, daß er eine Zuleitung mit einer zum einem Verbraucher führenden Ableitung verbindet. Vorzugsweise ist der Spülblock derart ausgebildet, daß er in einer bestimmten Position möglichst zwei Zuleitungsanschlüsse mit je einem zu einem Verbraucher führenden Anschluß verbindet. Nach Anbringen des Spülblocks kann das Installationsnetz durchgespült und anschließend auf Druck geprüft werden.

Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von der Installation von Sanitärarmaturen. Üblicherweise werden die Sanitärarmaturen unter Putz an eine Hausinstallation angeschlossen. Vor dem endgültigen Anbringen der Sanitärarmaturen ist es erforderlich, die Leitungen durchzuspülen, damit bei der Installation entstandene Verunreinigungen, Bearbeitungsspäne oder dergleichen vollständig aus dem Leitungsnetz entfernt werden. Dies muß geschehen, bevor die Sanitärarmaturen angeschlossen werden. Da häufig von den Anschlußstellen für die Sanitärarmatur auch Leitungen wegführen, beispielsweise für Brausen, müssen auch diese Teile der Wasserleitung gespült werden. Außerdem muß das Leitungsnetz der Installation auf Druckfestigkeit geprüft werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen, die Installation von Sanitärarmaturen zu erleichtern.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung einen Anschlußblock mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 vor. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche, deren Wortlaut ebenso wie der Wortlaut der Zuammenfassung durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird.
Die Erfindung schlägt vor, zunächst den Anschlußblock mit der Hausinstallation zu verbinden. Anschließend wird der Spülblock mit den Anschlußblock verbunden. Dies kann natürlich auch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge erfolgen. Danach kann sowohl das Durchspülen als auch das anschließende Prüfen auf Druckfestigkeit erfolgen. Bei den Durchspülen gelangt das Wasser von den einen Zuleitungsanschluß durch den Anschlußblock, den Spülblock, wieder durch den Anschlußblock und von dort in die zu den Verbraucher führende Leitung.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Anschlußblock eine Trennstelle für die Sanitärarmatur aufweist, wobei in der Trennstelle, beispielsweise einer ebenen Fläche, Öffnungen münden, die mit jeweils einem Anschluß des Anschlußblocks verbunden sind. Die Öffnungen können dabei mit Vorteil symmetrisch angeordnet sein, beispielsweise spiegelsymmetrisch oder punktsymmetrisch zu einer Achse der Sanitärarmatur. Auch eine sonstige rasterartige Anordnung der Öffnungen ist mit Vorteil möglich. Die Öffnungen dienen dazu, das Wasser von den Anschlußblock zu der Sanitärarmatur oder während der Installation zu den Spülblock zu führen.
Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülblock mit den Öffnungen der Trennstelle des Anschlußblocks zusammenwirkende Kanäle aufweist.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülblock in verschiedenen Stellungen mit dem Anschlußblock verbindbar ist und in jeder Stellung eine Verbindung zwischen zwei Anschlüssen herstellt. Damit wird es möglich, alle Leitungen durchzuspülen, indem man den Spülblock nach Durchspülen der ersten Leitung abnimmt und in geänderter Position wieder anbringt.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß die möglichen Stellungen des Spülblocks durch Indexmittel erkennbar sind. Die Indexmittel können beispielsweise mit den Öffnungen in der Trennstelle des Anschlußblocks zusammenwirken. Beispielsweise können die Kanäle Ansätze aufweisen, die in die Öffnungen in der Trennstelle eingreifen. Eine andere Möglichkeit der korrekten Ausrichtung kann darin bestehen, daß der Spülblock mit Befestigungsöffnungen für die Sanitärarmatur zusammenwirkt.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Anschlußblock nicht nur zwei Anschlüsse für Zuleitungen, sondern auch zwei zu je einem Verbraucher führende Anschlüsse aufweist. In diesem Fall kann der Spülblock ebenfalls durch Anbringen in verschiedenen Positionen die Verbindungen herstellen. Es ist aber ebenfalls möglich und wird von der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß der Spülblock zwei getrennte Kanäle aufweisen kann, die jeweils eine Verbindung zwischen je einem Eingangsanschluß und je einem zu einem Verbraucher führenden Anschluß herstellen. Dadurch wird es möglich, in einem Arbeitsgang alle Leitungen durchzuspülen und auch anschließend nach Verschließen des Ausgangs bei dem Verbraucher eine Prüfung auf Druckfestigkeit durchzuführen. Wenn an einer Hausinstallation alle Anschlüsse für Sanitärarmaturen mit einem solchen Spülblock versehen werden, ist es möglich, alle Leitungen auf einmal durchzuspülen. Dies erleichtert dem Installateur die Arbeit beachtlich.
In nochmaliger Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülblock einen eigenen Abgang aufweist, der insbesondere zum Spülen verwendet werden kann. Der Spülabgang kann ein Spülventil aufweisen oder eine Anschlußmöglichkeit für ein Spülventil.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülabgang mit einem Kanal in Verbindung steht. Er kann dann auch als normaler Abgang wahrend der Installation verwendet werden, falls Wasser entnommen werden soll.
Es kann erfindungsgemäß auch vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülabgang nur mit einem Anschluß der Hausinstallation in Verbindung steht. Bei einem Anschlußblock, der zwei Anschlüsse und nur einen zu einem Verbraucher führenden Abgang aufweist, kann in diesem Falle die Durchspülung von der einen Zuleitung zu den Verbraucher durch den Kanal des Spülblocks erfolgen, während das Durchspülen der zweiten Zuleitung durch den Spülabgang des Spülblocks erfolgen kann.
Insbesondere kann in Weiterbildung vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülblock an einer Zentralbefestigung an den Anschlußblock befestigbar ist.
Es ist ebenfalls möglich, daß der Spülblock mit sonstigen Befestigungseinrichtungen an dem Anschlußblock angebracht werden kann, die für die Sanitärarmatur vorgesehen sind.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Spülblock zwei symmetrische Kanäle aufweist. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Vorteil, wenn auch der Anschlußblock symmetrisch aufgebaut ist.
Der Anschlußblock kann insbesondere zum Einsetzen in einen Unterputzkasten ausgebildet sein. Hier schlägt die Erfindung vor, den Spülblock so zu gestalten, daß er bei montiertem Anschlußblock von vorne in den Unterputzkasten einsetzbar ist und auch wieder nach vorne entnommen werden kann.
Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Hierbei zeigen:

Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen den Anschlußblock, der zusammen mit dem Spülblock erfindungsgemäß verwendet werden soll. Der Anschlußblock weist vier Anschlüsse 1 auf, die in einer Ebene liegen und um jeweils 90 Grad versetzt angeordnet sind. Die Anschlüsse können ein Innengewinde zum Einschrauben eines Anschlußstutzens oder einer weiterführenden Leitung oder eine sonstige Verbindungseinrichtung für die Hausinstallation aufweisen. Von den Anschlüssen 1 führt jeweils ein Kanal 2 zu einer Öffnung 3 in einer ebenen Fläche 4, die als Trennstelle für die Anbringung einer Sanitärarmatur dient. Beispielsweise kann hier ein Mischventil angebracht werden. Auch die vier Öffnungen 3 sind in der Trennfläche 4 um 90 Grad versetzt angeordnet und weisen den gleichen Abstand von dem Mittelpunkt der kreisrunden Trennfläche 4 auf. In diesem Mittelpunkt ist eine mit einem Gewinde versehene Bohrung 5 eingebracht, deren Achse senkrecht auf der ebenen Trennfläche 4 steht.
Winkelmäßig mittig zwischen je zwei Anschlüssen 1 ist eine Befestigungsöse 6 in dem Anschlußblock angeordnet, die ebenfalls mit einem Innengewinde versehen ist.
Der Anschlußblock wird bei einer Hausinstallation innerhalb eines Unterputzkastens unterhalb der Oberfläche der Wand angebracht und mit der Hausinstallation verbunden. Dabei dienen im dargestellten Beispiel zwei Anschlüsse 1 als Zuleitungen, durch die also das Wasser zu den Öffnungen 3 in der Trennstelle fließt. Die beiden restlichen Anschlüsse 1 dienen dazu, eine Verbindung mit einem Verbraucher herzustellen, beispielsweise einer Badewannenbatterie oder einer Kopfbrause.
Die Figuren 3 bis 5 zeigen nun den Spülblock, der mit den Anschlußblock der Fig. 1 und 2 zusammenwirken und das Durchspülen von Leitungen ermöglichen soll. Der Spülblock weist eine zentrale Platte 7 auf, deren Durchmesser etwa dem Durchmesser der die Trennstelle bildenden Fläche 4 des Anschlußblocks entspricht. Diese Platte 7 ist eben, so daß sie auf die Fläche 4 aufgesetzt werden kann. Auf der Oberseite der Platte 7 ist ein rohrförmiger Ansatz 8 angeformt, der senkrecht auf der Platte 7 steht und koaxial zum Umfang angeordnet ist. Mit Hilfe dieses Ansatzes 8 kann der Spülblock an den Anschlußblock dadurch festgeschraubt werden, daß eine Schraube durch den Ansatz 8 hindurch gesteckt und in die Gewindebohrung 5 eingeschraubt wird.
An der den Anschlußblock zugewandten Unterseite der Platte 7 sind insgesamt vier kurze Rohrstücke 9 angeformt, von denen in Fig. 5 zwei solche Rohrstücke 9 zu sehen sind. Diese Rohrstücke erstrecken sich nicht um einen ganzen Umfang, sondern nur über einen Teil des Umfangs. Die Rohrstücke 9 sind so angeordnet, daß sie in die Öffnungen 3 der Trennfläche 4 des Anschlußblocks hinein passen. Die Rohrstücke 9 bilden das Ende je eines Kanals 10, der von einem Rohrstück 9 zu dem anderen Rohrstück 9 führt. Die Kanäle 10 sind durch Erhebungen in der dem Anschlußblock abgewandten Oberseite 11 des Spülblocks ausgebildet, siehe links in Fig. 5. Der Verlauf der Kanäle ist in Fig. 3 in vereinfachter Weise dargestellt.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf den Spülblock, aus der sich ergibt, daß zwischen den Ansatz 8 zur Befestigung und der Platte 7 eine Vielzahl von Verstärkungsrippen 12 vorhanden ist. Diese Verstärkungsrippen 12 sind dazu da, dafür zu sorgen, daß sich dann, wenn in den Kanälen 10 der volle Wasserdruck vorhanden ist, die Platte 7 nicht von der Trennfläche 4 des Anschlußblocks löst. Aus Fig. 4 ist auch die Oberseite 13 der Kanäle 10 zu entnehmen. Im dargestellten Beispiel verlaufen die Kanäle etwa geradlinig von einem Rohrstück 9 zum anderen. Sie könnten aber auch längs eines Umfangs verlaufen.
Der Spülblock wird folgendermaßen verwendet. Nach Installieren des Anschlußblocks in einem Unterputzkasten wird der Spülblock auf die Trennfläche 4 des Anschlußblocks aufgesetzt und mit einer Schraube in der Gewindebohrung 5 verschraubt. Die Kanäle werden so orientiert, daß sie eine einer Zuleitung zugeordnete Öffnung 3 mit einer einem Verbraucher zugeordneten Öffnung 3 verbinden. Beispielsweise wird die Warmwasserzuleitung mit den Badewannenabgang und die Kaltwasserzuleitung mit den Brauseabgang verbunden. Wenn dies mit allen Anschlußblöcken eines Hauses oder einer Wohnung durchgeführt ist, kann ein Durchspülen aller Leitungen erfolgen. Hierzu ist es dann nicht mehr erforderlich, den Spülblock umzusetzen. Anschließend kann dann eine Prüfung auf Druckfestigkeit erfolgen.
Fig. 6 zeigt nun eine geänderte Ausführungsform eines Spülblocks 15. Der Spülblock 15 der Fig. 6 enthält einen weiteren Rohransatz 16, der nicht mit einem Kanal 10 verbunden ist, sondern direkt in eine Öffnung 17 mündet, die mit einer Öffnung 3 des Anschlußblocks in Verbindung gebracht werden kann. Am äußeren Ende 18 des Rohransatzes 16 ist ein Spülventil 19 vorhanden, das mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann und im geöffneten Zustand das Wasser aus einer Öffnung 20 austreten läßt. Beispielsweise kann bei einem Anschlußblock, bei dem nur ein zu einem Verbraucher führender Anschluß tatsächlich mit einer Leitung versehen ist, das Ventil 19 als Spülventil für diejenige Zuleitung verwendet werden, die gerade nicht mit dem einen Verbraucher durch einen Kanal 10 verbunden wird.

Claims (15)

  1. Anschlußblock für Sanitärarmaturen, mit
    1.1 mindestens einem Anschluß (1) für eine Wasserzuleitung einer Hausinstallation,
    1.2 mindestens einem Anschluß (1) für eine zu einem Verbraucher führende Leitung, sowie mit
    1.3 einem Spülblock (15), der
    1.3.1 anstelle der Sanitärarmatur mit den Anschlußblock verbindbar ist und
    1.3.2 eine Verbindung zwischen einem Anschluß (1) der Hausinstallation und einem Anschluß (1) für den Verbraucher herstellt.
  2. Anschlußblock nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Trennstelle (4) für die Sanitärarmatur und in der Trennstelle mündenden mit jeweils einen Anschluß (1) verbundenen Öffnungen (3).
  3. Anschlußblock nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der Spülblock (15) mit den Öffnungen (3) der Trennstelle (4) zusammenwirkende Kanäle (10) aufweist.
  4. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Spülblock (15) in verschiedenen Stellungen mit den Anschlußblock verbindbar ist und in jeder Stellung eine Verbindung zwischen zwei Anschlüssen (1) herstellt.
  5. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten des Anschlusses des Spülblocks (15) an dem Anschlußblock durch Indexmittel erkennbar sind, die vorzugsweise mit den Öffnungen (3) der Trennstelle (4) des Anschlußblocks zusammenwirken.
  6. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit zwei zu je einem Verbraucher führenden Anschlüssen (1), wobei vorzugsweise der Spülblock (15) zwei getrennte Kanäle (10) aufweist, die jeweils eine Verbindung zwischen je einen Eingangsanschluß (1) und je einem zu einen Verbraucher führenden Anschluß (1) herstellen.
  7. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei den der Spülblock (15) einen eigenen ggf. ein Spülventil (19) oder einen Anschluß für ein Spülventil aufweisenden Spülabgang aufweist.
  8. Anschlußblock nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der Spülabgang mit einen Kanal (10) und/oder mit einem Anschluß (1) der Hausinstallation in Verbindung steht.
  9. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei den der Spülblock (15) an einer Zentralbefestigung an den Anschlußblock befestigbar ist.
  10. Anschlußblock nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei den der Spülblock (15) mit den Befestigungseinrichtungen für die Sanitärarmatur an den Anschlußblock befestigbar ist.
  11. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Spülblock (15) zwei symmetrisch angeordnete Kanäle (10) aufweist.
  12. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, symmetrisch aufgebaut.
  13. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, zum Einsetzen in einen Unterputzkasten bestimmt.
  14. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Spülblock (15) einstückig aus Kunststoff besteht.
  15. Anschlußblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Spülblock (15) zum nachträglichen Anbringen an dem in einem Unterputzkasten eingesetzten Anschlußblock bestimmt ist.
