Claims (11)
- Kunststoffstufe für Fahrtreppen oder Palette für Fahrsteige, mit einem Befestigungsauge für eine von diesem mindestens teilweise, insbesondere im wesentlichen U-förmig, umgebenen Halteachse, wobei das Befestigungsauge über Spannelemente der Halteachse oder eines Schleppbolzens eingespannt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auge (20) eingebettete Druckelemente (26) aufweist, auf welche die Spannelemente (30) wirken.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteachse auf einem Lagerbolzen der Fahrtreppen- oder -steigkette läuft und insbesondere als Hohlachse (22) ausgebildet ist.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannelemente (30) durch eine Achsenschulter (32) und ein Gegenhalteelement, insbesondere eine Spannmutter (36), gebildet sind, zwischen denen das Befestigungsauge (20) eingespannt ist.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckelemente (26) durch Stifte (28) gebildet sind, die sich gleichmäßig verteilt am Umfang des Auges (20) erstrecken.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckelemente (26) aus einem anorganischen und drucksteifen Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Keramik oder Metall, bevorzugt aus Stahl, bestehen.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteachse (22) ein Außengewinde (40) aufweist, auf welches eine Spannmutter (36) des Gegenhalteelements aufgeschraubt ist.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagschulter (32) und das Gegenhalteelement das Auge (20) über einen Einspannrand übergreift, und die Druckelemente (26) sich in radialer Richtung betrachtet über nahezu den gesamten Einspannrand erstrecken.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckelemente (26) in der Spritzgußform für die Kunststoffstufe (10) hergestellt und über ihren gesamten Umfang von Kunststoffmaterial umgeben sind, oder aber in vorgeformte Bohrungen eingepreßt sind, so daß die Stirnseiten der Stifte nicht in Kunststoff eingebettet sind.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei bis zehn, insbesondere fünf, Stahlstifte um das Befestigungsauge (20) verteilt sind, die die Druckelemente (26) bilden.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsauge (20) im rückwärtigen Bereich der Kunststoffstufe (10) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) und von dieser beabstandet und auf jeder Seite der Kunststoffstufe (10) angeordnet und ausgebildet ist.
- Kunststoffstufe oder -palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteachse (22) als Hohlachse die Trittfläche (12) aussteifend unter dieser und diese Trittfläche (12) gegebenenfalls über Stützelemente abstützend ausgebildet ist und beidseitig Achsenschultern (32) aufweist, die je ein Druckelement (26) bilden, wobei die lichte Weite zwischen den Befestigungsaugen (20) auf jeder Seite der Kunststoffstufe (10) kleiner oder gleich dem Abstand der Achsenschultern (32) ist.
