Claims (11)
- Spülvorrichtung zur Entfernung von Rückständen aus dem Sumpfablauf einer Kopfprodukt und Sumpfprodukt erzeugenden, mit einem Sumpfablauf ausgestatteten Verdampfungsvorrichtung, enthaltendeinen Ablaufbehälter (7), der eine mit einem Ablaufventil (10) versehene Leitung (17) zur Überführung des Sumpfproduktes der Verdampfungsvorrichtung, eine weitere mit einem Entlüftungsventil (14) versehene Leitung (5) zum Be- und Entlüften, außerdem ein mit einem Spülwasserventil (11) versehenes Einleitungsrohr (3) zum Einleiten von Spülmittel und außerdem eine mit einem Spülablaufventil (13) versehene erste Ablaufleitungs-Einrichtung (6) zum Ableiten des Spülmittels aufweist; undeinen Sammelbehälter (8) zum Aufnehmen des Ablaufbehälterinhalts, der über eine weitere mit einem Behälterablauflaufventil (12) versehene Leitung mit dem Ablaufbehälter (7) und weiterhin mit einer zweiten Ablaufleitungs-Einrichtung (16) verbunden ist.
- Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (5) zum Be - und Entlüften zwischen dem Ablaufbehälter (7) und dem Ablaufventil (10) in die Leitung (17) zur Überführung des Sumpfproduktes mündet.
- Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Leitung, über welche der Sammelbehälter (8) mit dem Ablaufbehälter (7) verbunden ist, zwischen dem Behälterablaufventil (12) und dem Sammelbehälter (8) ein Einleitungsrohr (4) zum Einleiten von Inertgas mündet.
- Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablaufleitungs-Einrichtungen (6, 16) in Form von zwei Leitungen, einer Spülablaufleitung (6), die das Spülablaufventil (13) aufweist und einer Sumpfablaufleitung (16), die mit dem Sammelbehälter (8) verbunden ist, derart ausgebildet sind, dass die zwei Leitungen einen gemeinsamen Ausgang oder zwei getrennte Ausgänge aufweisen.
- Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Einleitungsrohre zum Einleiten von Inertgas in den Ablaufbehälter (7) und/oder den Sammelbehälter (8) münden.
- Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sumpfablaufleitung (16) eine Pumpe (9) aufweist.
- Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 weiterhin enthaltend eine Verdampfungsvorrichtung zur destillativen Aufarbeitung salzhaltiger Lösungen, welche Kopfprodukt und Sumpfprodukt erzeugt und einen Sumpfablauf aufweist, der mit der Leitung (17) zur Überführung des Sumpfproduktes verbunden ist.
- Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablaufbehälter (7) oberhalb des Sammelbehälters (8) und unterhalb des Sumpfablaufs der Verdampfungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdampfungsvorrichtung ein Dünnschichtverdampfer ist.
- Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdampfungsvorrichtung evakuierbar ist.
- Verwendung einer Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 für die destillative Aufarbeitung salzhaltiger Lösungen.
