Claims (7)
- Elektroden für Zündsysteme, insbesondere für Zündkerzen, die zumindest zündseitig aus einem Verbundwerkstoff in doublé-stababschnittsförmiger oder double-rohrabschnittsförmiger Ausbildung hergestellt sind, wobei der Mantel aus Edelmetall und der Kern bei doublé-stababschnittsförmiger Ausbildung bzw. die innere Schicht bei doublé-rohrabschnittsförmiger Ausbildung aus unedlem Metall bestehen.
- Elektrode nach Anspruch 1, ausgebildet als Mittelelektrode mit Durchmessern von 0,5 mm bis 2 mm, wobei die Mittelelektrode einstückig aus dem stababschnittsförmigen Verbundwerkstoff ausgebildet ist, oder wobei der stababschnittsförmige Verbundwerkstoff stirnseitig an einer Kupferkernmittelelektrode angeordnet.
- Elektrode nach Anspruch 1, ausgebildet als Mittelelektrode, deren zündseitiger Elektrodendurchmesser größer als der Durchmesser des Mittelelektrodenkörpers ist, wobei der Verbundwerkstoff in Form eines Doublé-Rohrabschnitts den zündseitigen Endbereich des Mittelelektrodenkörpers zumindest teilweise ringförmig umfaßt.
- Zündkerze mit zumindest einer der Elektroden nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 4 mit einer Mittelelektrode, deren zündseitiger Elektrodendurchmesser größer als der des Mittelelektrodenkörpers ist, bei der der Verbundstoff in Form eines Doublé-Rohrabschnitts den zündseitigen Endbereich des Mittelelektrodenkörpers zumindest teilweise ringförmig umfaßt, wobei der Mantel (16) aus Edelmetall besteht, wobei diese Mittelelektrode von einer Ringelektrode umgeben ist, die aus einem Doublé-Rohrabschnitt ausgebildet ist, dessen innerer Bereich (14) aus Edelmetall, dessen äußerer Bereich (15) aus oxydationsbeständigem Werkstoff gebildet ist.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 4 mit Seitenelektroden, wobei der Mittelelektrodenkörper aus an sich bekanntem Nickelmantel und Kupferkern besteht, wobei an den Körper zündseitig ein Stababschnitt des Verbundwerkstoffs durch Schweißen aufgebracht ist, und wobei der Mantel (13) aus Edelmetall und der Kern (13a) aus dem gleichen Material, beispielsweise Nickel, wie das anliegende Material des Mittelelektrodenkörpers besteht.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Mittelelektrode einen Mittelelektrodendurchmesser von = oder < 1,2 mm aufweist, wobei der Verbundwerkstoff in Form eines Stababschnitts dieses Durchmessers ausgebildet und in dem Isolatorglas eingeschmolzen ist.
