Claims (7)
- Isolierverbund für Aluminiumprofile (10), insbesondere für Fenster oder Türen, mit einer äußeren und einer inneren Profilhälfte (11, 15), die mit einem beidseits mit diesen Profilhälften formschlüssig verbundenen Isolierprofil (20) zusammengefügt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierprofil (20) im Querschnitt einen Mittelabschnitt mit einer Ausbauchung (22), beidseits mit abstehenden, mit den Profilhälften (11, 15) formschlüssig verbindbaren Stegen (21) aufweist, wobei die Ausbauchung (22) beidseits mit diesen fortsetzenden Nasen (23) versehen ist, auf die ein durchlaufendes Verstärkungsprofil (25) mit beidseits in Profil-Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nuten (27) aufgesetzt ist, die zur Bildung eines Festbereichs (6) die Nasen (23) formschlüssig mit in Profil-Querrichtung fester Verbindung aufnehmen, und wobei der Scheitel (24) der Ausbauchung des Isolierprofils (20) zur Bildung eines Losebereichs (7) zumindest in einem Teilbereich eine in ProfilLängsrichtung verlaufende Auftrennung (24.1) aufweist.
- Isolierverbund nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausbauchung (22) des Isolierprofils (20) einen OMEGA-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Isolierverbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass die die Ausbauchung (22) des Isolierprofils (20) fortsetzenden Nasen (23) einen Querschnitt aufweisen, der den Querschnitt der Nuten (27) des Verstärkungsprofils (25) nicht voll ausfüllt.
- Rahmen (1) für eine Tür oder ein Fenster, aus im wesentlichen U-förmig zusammengefügten Aluminiumprofilen (10), deren äußere und innere Profilhälften (11, 15) mit einem Isolierverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierprofil (20) zumindest im Bereich des Anschlagschenkels (2.1) und/oder im Bereich des Schließschenkels (2.2 ) mindestens einen Losebereich (7) aufweist, in dem die Ausbauchung (22) des Isolierorofils (20) mit einer Auftrennung (24.1) versehen ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Anschlagschenkel (2.1) sowie im Schließschenkel (2.2) vorgesehen, beiden Losebereiche (7) symmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Losebereiche (7) den Bereich der Eckverbindung/-verbindungen des Rahmens, diese vorzugsweise übergreifend, umfassen.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Festbereich (6) etwa über 1/3 der Länge des Anschlagschenkels bzw. des Schließschenkels (2.1; 2.2) erstreckend so angeordnet ist, dass etwa 3/6 der der oberen Ecke des Rahmens zugeordneten Länge des Anschlagschenkels bzw. des Schließschenkels (2.1; 2.2) und etwa 1/6 der der unteren Ecke des Rahmens zugeordneten Länge des Anschlagschenkels (2.1) bzw. des Schließschenkels (2.1; 2.2) als Losebereiche ausgebildet sind.
