Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Abdichten eines mit einem Deckel verschlossenen Füllloches an einem Koksofen, wobei der Ringspalt zwischen dem Deckel und einem Fülllochrahmen mit einer Abdichtmasse vergossen wird, die nach dem Gießvorgang aushärtet und wobei die Abdichtmasse aus einem auf einem Kohlefüllwagen mitgeführten Vorratsbehälter in einer für den abzudichtenden Ringspalt vorher festgelegten Menge entnommen und einem ringförmigen Verteiler zugeführt wird, der oberhalb des Ringspaltes positioniert worden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtmasse unter Druck dem Verteiler zugeführt wird und dass nach Abgabe der vorgegebenen Abdichtmassenmenge das an den Vorratsbehälter austrittsseitig anschließende Leitungssystem bis zum Verteiler mit Wasser gespült wird, welches aus einem auf dem Kohlefüllwagen mitgeführten Spülwassertank entnommen, vor dem Verteiler aus dem Leitungssystem abgezogen und in den Spülwassertank zurückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtmasse tangential dem Verteiler zugeführt wird und aus einem ringförmigen Spalt oder einer Mehrzahl von Bohrungen an der Unterseite des Verteilers mit einer gleichmäßigen Masseverteilung in Umfangsrichtung austritt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtmasse aus dem Vorratsbehälter in einen als Druckbehälter ausgebildeten Dosierbehälter abfließt, dass der Dosierbehälter nach Aufnahme der für die Abdichtung des Ringspaltes vorgegebenen Menge an Abdichtmasse oberseitig mit Druckluft beaufschlagt und die Abdichtmasse unter Ausbildung eines Druckluftpolsters dem Verteiler zugeführt wird und dass der Dosierbehälter sowie die auslassseitig zum Verteiler führende Leitung anschließend mit Wasser gespült wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Verteiler mit Wasser gespült wird, während der Kohlefüllwagen in einem Kohlenturm mit Kohle befüllt wird, und dass das aus dem Verteiler austretende Spülwasser einer stationären Ablaufrinne im Kohlenturm zugeführt wird.
- Gießvorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, mit einem Vorratsbehälter (3) für Abdichtmasse, einem ringförmigen Verteiler (4) und einem Leitungssystem (5) zwischen dem Vorratsbehälter (3) und dem Verteiler (4), welches einen Dosierbehälter (6) zur Aufnahme einer für einen abzudichtenden Ringspalt vorher festgelegten Menge an Abdichtmasse aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kopf des als Druckbehälter ausgebildeten Dosierbehälters (6) oder im Dosierbehälterzulauf (7) eine Druckluftleitung (7) sowie eine Spülwasserleitung (8) angeschlossen sind,
dass der Dosierbehälterzulauf (9), der Dosierbehälterablauf (10), die Druckluftleitung (7) und die Spülwasserleitung (8) mit fernbetätigbaren Absperrarmaturen (11a bis 11d) ausgerüstet sind, die nach einem Ablaufprogramm steuerbar sind und
dass dem Leitungssystem (5) ein Spülwasserkreislauf mit einem Spülwassertank (13), einer Spülpumpe (14) sowie einer Spülwasserrückführleitung (16) zugeordnet ist,
wobei der Spülwassertank (13) einen Trennwand (17) aufweist, welche den Tank in einen Zulaufbereich (18) und einen Ablaufbereich (19) unterteilt, und wobei der Zulaufbereich (18) als Sedimentationsbecken zur Abscheidung von Feststoffen ausgelegt ist und gereinigtes Wasser als Überlauf in den Ablaufbereich (19) abfließt. - Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Verteiler (4) einen tangentialen Einlauf (12) für Abdichtmasse und an der Unterseite einen ringförmigen Spalt oder eine Mehrzahl von Bohrungen aufweist.
