Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Heben eines Stapels von flachen Produkten, mit einem Hebearm (22),
gekennzeichnet
durch einen Nockenstößelarm (24), der ein erstes und ein zweites Ende aufweist und an seinem ersten Ende mit dem Hebearm (22) verbunden ist, mit einem Nockenstößel (28), der mit dem Nockenstößelarm (24) verbunden ist, mit einem Antriebsglied (34), das mit dem zweiten Ende des Nockenstößelarms (24) verbunden ist, mit einer Antriebsglied-Walze (36), die mit dem Antriebsglied (34) verbunden ist, und mit einer Führungsrampe (38) zur Führung der Antriebsglied-Walze (36). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsrampe (38) um eine Drehachse (40) drehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsrampe (38) mit einem Paar Buchsen verbunden ist, die jeweils eine Aussparung aufweisen, deren Verbindungslinie die Drehachse (40) bildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsrampe (38) mit einer Regeleinheit zum Einstellen des Grades der Umdrehung der Führungsrampe (38) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Einrichtung zum Drehen der Führungsrampe (38) und zum Fixieren der Führungsrampe (38) in einer vorbestimmten Drehposition vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtung zum Drehen der Führungsrampe (38) eine mit der Führungsrampe (38) verbundene bewegbare Stellstange (48) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtung zum Drehen der Führungsrampe (38) ferner einen Stellknopf (46) zum Bewegen der Stellstange (48) und zum Fixieren der Stellstange (48) in einer vorbestimmten Position umfaßt. - Verfahren zum Einstellen des Hubs eines Hebearmes (22) einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, welches die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:Drehen der Führungsrampe (38) in eine vorbestimmte Position;Fixieren der Führungsrampe (38) in der vorbestimmten Position.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung eine mit der Führungsrampe (38) verbundene Stellstange (48) und einen mit der Stellstange (48) verbundenen Stellknopf (46) umfaßt, und daß die Führungsrampe (38) durch Drehen des Stellknopfes (46) und durch ein damit bewirktes Ziehen der Stellstange (48) in die vorbestimmte Position gedreht wird. - Verfahren zum Heben eines Hebearmes (22) einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Abrollfläche des Hebearmes aufweist und das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:Drehen der Führungsrampe (38) in eine Stellung mit einer Winkelposition, so daß die Oberfläche der Führungsrampe (38) zur Oberfläche der Abrollfläche (44) nicht parallel ist;Bewegen der Antriebsglied-Walze (36) entlang der Führungsrampe (38).
