Claims (9)
- Mischer zum Herstellen pumpfähiger Putzmassen, insbesondere Innenputz, aus Trockenmasse und Anmachwasser in einem Mischrohr (1), das eine Mischwendel (11) auf einer Mischwelle (12) umschließt, die an einem Mitnehmer (13) für die Schnecke (21) einer dem Mischrohr (1) nachgeordneten Schneckenpumpe (2) endet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Naßbereich des Mischrohrs (1) mindestens ein Stauring (161) angeordnet ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stauring (161) drehtest mit der Mischwelle (12) verbunden ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stauring (161) im Bereich des Mitnehmers (13) angeordnet ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des Staurings (161) kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Mischrohrs (1) ist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stauring (161) in Umfangsrichtung verteilt angeordnete Schaufelplatten (162) trägt.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufelplatten (162) auf der Oberseite und der Unterseite des Staurings (161) angeordnet sind.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Schaufelplatten (162) mit einer durch die Achse der Mischwelle (12) gehenden Axialebene einen Anstellwinkel einschließt.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anstellwinkel zwischen 30 und 70° liegt und die Außenränder der Schaufelplatten (162) deren Innenrändern, bezogen auf die Drehrichtung der Mischwelle (12), nacheilen.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stauring (161) unterhalb des Mitnehmerkeils (131) des Mitnehmers (13) angeordnet ist und einen den Durchtritt des angetriebenen Endes der Welle der nachgeordneten Schnecke (21) erlaubenden Innendurchmesser hat.
