- d'une part, il doit permettre d'accommoder les variations de dimension résultant d'un échauffement global de l'ensemble,
- d'autre part, il doit présenter une grande stabilité mécanique.
- un montant solidaire de la plaquette ayant au moins une patte d'accrochage sur un bord de la paroi du cadre,
- un ressort en saillie sur une face interne du montant venant en contact avec la paroi du cadre, et
- au moins une languette sensiblement perpendiculaire au montant et dirigée vers l'intérieur du cadre comportant un ergot d'accrochage à son extrémité dirigée vers l'intérieur du cadre pour réaliser la fixation de l'élément de suspension sur le cadre par clipsage, l'ergot d'accrochage de la languette étant engagé sur un élément de retenue du cadre et le ressort comprimé entre le montant et la paroi du cadre.
- un acier Maraging tel qu'un acier à 18 % de nickel, 9 % de cobalt et renfermant du molybdène et du titane,
- un acier durci à 25 % de nickel, 15 % de chrome et renfermant du titane et de l'aluminium,
- un alliage fer-nickel durci par les carbures tel qu'un alliage renfermant 37 % de nickel, 2 % de molybdène, 0,8 % de chrome et 0,25 % de carbone, à l'état fortement écroui. Cet alliage présente l'avantage d'avoir un faible coefficient de dilatation, de l'ordre de 2.10-6/°K,
- un superalliage à base de nickel à durcissement structural tel que l'alliage 718,
- certains alliages martensitiques inoxydables.
Claims (3)
- Elément de suspension d'un cadre de masque perforé (61) à l'intérieur d'une dalle d'un tube à rayons cathodiques comportant une plaquette (58) traversée par une ouverture (64) d'engagement de l'élément de suspension (55) sur un pion (65) solidaire de la dalle du tube à rayons cathodiques et des moyens de fixation de l'élément de suspension (55) sur une paroi (62) du cadre (61), caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de fixation de l'élément de suspension (55) sur la paroi (62) du cadre (61) comportent :un montant (56) solidaire de la plaquette (58) ayant au moins une patte d'accrochage (60a, 60b) sur un bord de la paroi (62) du cadre (61),un ressort (57) en saillie sur une face interne du montant (56) venant en contact avec la paroi (62) du cadre (61), etau moins une languette (59a, 59b) sensiblement perpendiculaire au montant (56) et dirigée vers l'intérieur du cadre (61) comportant un ergot d'accrochage (59'a, 59'b) à son extrémité dirigée vers l'intérieur du cadre pour réaliser la fixation de l'élément de suspension (55) sur le cadre (61) par clipsage, l'ergot d'accrochage (59'a, 59'b) de la languette (59a, 59b) étant engagé sur un élément de retenue du cadre (61) et le ressort (57) comprimé entre le montant (56) et la paroi (62) du cadre (61).
- Elément de suspension suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par une lame métallique mince découpée et pliée.
- Elément de suspension suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé en un matériau métallique à haute limite élastique choisi parmi les matériaux suivants :aciers Maraging,acier à 25 % de nickel et 15 % de chrome, renfermant du titane et de l'aluminium,alliages fer-nickel,superalliages à base de nickel,alliages martensitiques inoxydables.
