Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von mehrwandigen, vorzugsweise doppelwandigen Kunststoffbeuteln (2), insbesondere Zugbandbeuteln, aus wenigstens einer von einer Abwickelstation (3) kontinuierlich zugeführten Folienbahn (4, 6) in Form von Flachfolien und/oder Schlauchbahnen aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, wobei,beispielsweise zwei, Folienbahnen (4, 6) zunächst deckend zusammengeführt und danach nach Art eines U umgefaltet werden, worauf die Bahnlagen zumindestens im Kopfbereich paarweise zugeschweißt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Folienbahnen (4, 6) jeweils doppellagig, mit im Vergleich zu einer einlagigen Bahnbreite im wesentlichen halber Bahnbreite von einer Abwickelrolle (3) der Abwickelstation (1) abgewickelt und danach einlagig zu voller Bahnbreite aufgefaltet werden, worauf die flachgelegten Folienbahnen (4, 6) in bekannter Weise deckend zusammengeführt und dann nach Art eines U umgefaltet und schließlich aus den eingefalteten Folienbahnen (4, 6) in einem Beutelherstellautomaten die Kunststoffbeutel (2) hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf den Abwickelrollen (3) der Abwickelstation (1) aufgewickelten doppellagigen Folienbahnen (4, 6)als Schlauchbahnen ausgebildet sind, die jeweils durch einen im wesentlichen mittigen Längsschnitt auf ihrer einen Wandungsseite aufgeschnitten werden, worauf die beidseitig der Schnittlinie liegenden Bahnbereiche zusammen mit der anderen Wandungsseite der Schlauchbahn zu einer vollbreiten flachen Folienbahn (4, 6) aufgefaltet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsschnitt in die Schlauchbahn während des im wesentlichen in vertikaler Richtung von der unten gelegenen Abwickelstation (1) zu einer höher gelegenen Umlenkanordnung (9, 11) erfolgenden Hochlaufens der Schlauchbahn durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlauchbahnen in Laufrichtung der flach aufgefalteten Folienbahnen (4, 6) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlauchbahnen im wesentlichen quer zur Laufrichtung der flach aufgefalteten Folienbahnen (4, 6) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienbahnen (4, 6) über Wendestangen (9, 10) geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere, beispielsweise zwei Halbschlauchbahnen (16, 17) zu einlagigen Flachbahnen aufgefaltet werden, die deckend zusammengelegt und nach gemeinsamem Umfalten nach Art eines U in einer Beutelherstellmaschine zu Kunststoffbeuteln (2) verarbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschlauchbahnen (16, 17) von mit Abstand nebeneinander liegenden Abwickelrollen (3, 5) zu höher gelegenen, die Halbschlauchbahnen (16, 17) auf die volle Breite einer Flachbahn ausbreitenden Faltdreiecken (18, 19) von Falteinrichtungen geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flachbahnen jeweils hinter einer Umlenkstange der zugehörigen Falteinrichtung (21) im wesentlichen in einer horizontalen Führungsebene geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flachbahnen am Ende der Führungsebene über eine gemeinsame Umlenkstange einer weiteren Falteinrichtung (21) im wesentlichen vertikal nach unten geführt und über ein gemeinsames Faltdreieck der weiteren Falteinrichtung (20) zwecks Herstellung der Kunststoffbeutel (2) in die dazu notwendige U-Form gebracht werden.
