Diese Pole sind in gleicher Weise wie in den vorstehend beschriebenen Beispielen am Innenumfang des Randes 42 einer Läuferglocke 43 befestigt, die mit Bearbeitungslöchern 44 für Befestigungsschrauben 45 versehen ist. Als Labyrinthdichtung 46 dient der durch den übergreifende Flansch 47 des Ständertragteils 38 entstehende Bereich. Auf der Innenseite erübrigt sich eine besondere Dichtung weil dieser Bereich durch die beschriebene Konstruktion ohnehin staubdicht ist.
Claims (11)
- Antriebsvorrichtung für eine Waschmaschine mit einer innerhalb einer Lagerhülse (5) eines an einer Bodenwand (3) eines Laugenbehälters angebrachten, steifen Tragsterns (1) über eine wenigstens annähernd horizontal liegende Welle (4) gelagerten Wäschetrommel, wobei die Antriebseinrichtung an der Rückseite des Laugenbehälters montierbar ist und aus einem flachen Motor (7) mit einem Ständertragteil (8) und Erregerwicklungen (13) und mit einem Läufer (10) und magnetisierbaren Polen (15) besteht und die Wäschetrommel direkt antreibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ständertragteil (8, 28, 38) und der Läufer (10, 43) des Motors (7, 30) für die Dauer seines Transports bis zur endgültigen Montage an der Bodenwand (3) des Laugenbehälters in einer der Betriebsposition entsprechenden relativen Lage des Ständertragteils (8, 28, 38) zum Läufer (10, 43) miteinander lösbar verbunden sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ständertragteil (8, 28) und der Läufer (10) identische Lochbilder aufweisen und mindestens eine Bohrung (19, 29) des Lochbildes im Ständertragteil (8, 28) mit einem Gewinde für eine vom Läufer (10) aus eingeschraubte Arretierschraube (22, 35) ausgestattet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine (18, 29) der Bohrungen des Lochbildes im Ständertragteil (8, 28) mit demselben Durchmesser wie die des Läufers (10) und glattwandig ausgebildet ist und zur Lagesicherung während des Transports mit einem Arretierstift (20) versehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Läufer (10, 43) die Form einer Glocke hat, deren zentrischer Teil als flache Scheibe ausgebildet ist und auf einem Kreis mit demselben Radius Zugangsbohrungen (27, 36, 44) wie das Ständertragteil (8, 28, 38) Befestigungsbohrungen und wie der Tragstern (1) Gewindelöcher für die Montage des Motors (7, 30, 58) am Tragstern (1) hat.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ständertragteil durch einen Blechpaketring (28) für die Erregerwicklungen (13) gebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blechpaketring (28) auf der dem Tragstern (1) zugewandten Seite mit einem tellerartig geformten Ring (32) versehen ist, dessen Außenrand über eine Labyrinthdichtung (11) an den Glockenrand (16) reicht.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ständertragteil (8, 38) sich über die Erregerwicklungen (13, 40) hinaus erstreckt und sein Rand (9, 47) zusammen mit dem der Glocke (16, 42) eine Labyrinthdichtung (11, 46)bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ständertragteil (8, 28) und/oder die Glocke (10) auf der dem Zwischenraum zugewandten Seite mit einem umlaufenden Kragen (17, 34) versehen ist, der mit dem Gegenpart an der Glocke (10) bzw. am Ständertragteil (8, 28) eine Labyrinthdichtung (33) bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ständertragteil (38) eine zentrische Führungshülse (48) aufweist, die über eine definierte Schiebesitz-Passung auf einen Außenzylinder der Lagerhülse (5) des Tragsterns (1) setzbar ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungshülse (48) auf ihrer Außenseite (49) eine Zylinderpassung mit der Innenseite (50) eines auf der dem Zwischenraum zugewandten Seite des Läufers (43) angebrachten Wulstes (51) hat, der in Transportposition auf der Außenzylinder-Passung sitzt.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierschrauben (52) in Transportposition in Gewindebohrungen der Stirnfläche der Führungshülse (48) dringen.
