Definitions

  • the invention relates to an automatic dispenser for dispensing Goods, in particular in pharmacies to relieve the pharmacist search and run operations.
  • Such dispensers have a manipulator that computer-controlled a desired one Taking product from a shelf and taking it either directly or via a feeder near the sales counter promotes.
  • Sloped shelf shelves are also known in which the goods each on a sloping shelf in orderly rows one behind the other lie, whereby in each case the lowest commodity of the row is supported on a stop element.
  • a robot can do that take the lowest goods in a defined position and place in a shopping cart.
  • the one by one Manipulator operated slanted shelf shelves usually become filled from the back, i. from the one Side facing away from the withdrawal side.
  • a filling is basically also possible from the sampling side, however then the items in a row must be pushed up become. In addition, this filling has the disadvantage that the "first in - first out" principle is not feasible.
  • US-A-4 867 628 describes an output system for dispensing articles, having a sloping shelf shelf.
  • Slanted shelves is a free space in which a manipulator Controlled is movable to a selected slanted shelf to approach. Both loading and unloading The sloping shelves are made by the carriage of the manipulator.
  • the “last in - first out” principle is realized.
  • the Sloping shelves are fixed and thus for loading of goods not accessible.
  • the cart of the manipulator is along vertical columns movable, of which in each position at least one of the manipulator in front of the inclined shelves located.
  • US-A-4 061 245 describes a horizontal dispensing machine Output bins that have a rotationally driven coil spring included as a feed device for the goods. To the Each tray can be pulled out horizontally and then loaded tilted to the objects between the turns to introduce the coil spring.
  • US-A-3 901 366 describes a vending machine according to has pull-out drawers on the front. Each draw rack contains an output mechanism having an output tray to which can be accessed from the front. The goods will be in the drawing rack of rotating spindles in Direction driven to the issue position.
  • the invention is based on the object, an automatic dispenser to create for the goods issue, which has a short access time has and allows easy and fast filling.
  • the dispenser according to the invention contains a sloping shelf shelf, in front of which a free space is arranged in which a manipulator moves.
  • the manipulator has access to the each forward goods of each sloping shelf, so that he can control the goods and remove individually.
  • the sloping shelves are as extracts formed, the individually preferably pulled out towards the free space are.
  • the output device then does not need to Filling from the back to be accessible. He can in a closed box, the only on its front is open. The front of the slanted shelf shelf forms the removal side.
  • Located at her the free space in which the manipulator for operating the Slanted shelves controlled is movable. For refilling can the sloping shelves individually in the direction of the free space, i. be pulled out across the open space.
  • the manipulator is designed to be in a release position can be driven, in which he all sloping shelves releases and prevents a sloping shelf from pulling out.
  • the inclined shelf shelf at least one horizontally pull-out drawbar.
  • This is a whole drawing rack, which consists of several superimposed arranged inclined shelves, from its rest position, which forms the removal position, moved out to to be able to equip the inclined shelves with goods.
  • the drawbar runs in telescopic pull-out rails, in which it moved from a picking position to a loading position can be.
  • In the removal position are the lower ends the inclined shelves accessible to the manipulator.
  • Within a Ziehregales need the individual inclined shelves not to be individually movable. Rather, they can equipped with puller rack pulled out from the back become.
  • the dispenser according to the invention is suitable as a sales device for fast and middleman. As fast and Central twisters are called such goods, especially be requested frequently or frequently.
  • the sales device can be used in existing shop fittings or pharmacy facilities to get integrated. It is particularly suitable as Part of a sales counter, from the customer side is closed, with the door of the housing on the operating side located.
  • Automatic dispensers in a wall unit or shelf wall as built-in furniture or substructure furniture to integrate. So it is not required, the automatic dispenser as an additional storage unit to install. Rather, the dispenser can be in a existing sales furniture system are integrated. This is because it can be enclosed on all sides and only one only door needed, at the also the discharge opening or the removal compartment is located.
  • a bearing surface for the manipulator in an inclined position transported objects a bearing surface for the manipulator in an inclined position transported objects.
  • the Manipulator one standing on a sloping shelf Subject in oblique orientation, moves along the inner surface of the wall, being on the manipulator lying object is supported on the wall and at the Wall along until the object is the dispensing opening reached and falls out of this. This will cause the output process automated without an additional controlled Issuing authority would be required.
  • the Manipulator a longitudinal biaxial coordinates movable Carry on, at least one in a slot of the shelf extendable into it and then to lift the goods over the stop element has liftable fingers.
  • the goods thus slides under gravity over the Fingers and on the carriage of the manipulator, with the subsequent ones Were able to slide down to the stop element.
  • For the Removal process only needs the finger of the manipulator be controlled so that he the goods to be removed merely lift, but not firmly grasp.
  • the goods then glides due to gravity on the carriage of the manipulator. Consequently eliminates complex gripping and steering operations and it is too no adaptation of a gripper to the size and shape of the goods required.
  • the manipulator is suitably controlled so that he in a rest position, in which the door is opened can, a release position at a point of the clearance he pulls out none of the sloping shelves with special needs.
  • the required control units are preferably under housed in the sloping shelf. Because the sloping shelves be pulled down obliquely, the lowest Slanted shelf have a certain ground clearance. This one will exploited for the accommodation of the control units, so that the entire dispenser is a compact design and low Height has.
  • the dispenser is suitable as a sales aid for assistance a seller.
  • a special application is the one of the pharmacies where the dispenser in the frame a pharmacy equipment is usable. In pharmacies must a large variety of products are kept in stock.
