Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Kühlung einer einseitig von Heissgas umgebenen Wand, insbesondere des Hohlprofilkörpers einer Gasturbinenschaufel, bestehend aus der mit einer äusseren und einer inneren Oberfläche (8, 9) ausgestatteten Wand (3), einem im wesentlichen parallel zur Wand (3) angeordneten und gemeinsam mit letzterer einen Kühlhohlraum (5) bildenden Kühleinsatz (4) sowie einer Reihe oder mehreren, in Strömungsrichtung eines Kühlfluids (7) hintereinander angeordneten, Reihen von zwischen den beiden Oberflächen (8, 9) der Wand (3) ausgebildeten Ausnehmungen (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kühlhohlraum (5), stromauf jeder Ausnehmung (10), ein in letztere mündendes Umlenkelement (15) für das Kühlfluid (7) angeordnet und mittels Seitenwänden (16) gegenüber dem Kühlhohlraum (5) abgeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Ausnehmung (10) eine Mittelachse (17) und jedes Umlenkelement (15) eine Umlenkfläche (18) aufweist, wobei jede Umlenkfläche (18) unmittelbar stromauf der zugehörigen Ausnehmung (10) zumindest annähernd parallel zur Mittelachse (17) dieser Ausnehmung (10) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkfläche (18) gekrümmt ausgebildet ist und einen zumindest annähernd stetigen Krümmungsradius (r) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einer Reihe von Ausnehmungen (10) zugeordneten Umlenkelemente (15) über einen wandseitigen Steg (19) zu einem Umlenkeinsatz (20) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkelemente (15) mit der Wand (3) verbunden sind und zudem am Kühleinsatz (4) anliegen.
- Verfahren zur Kühlung einer einseitig von Heissgas umgebenen Wand, insbesondere des Hohlprofilkörpers einer Gasturbinenschaufel, bei dem ein Kühlfluid (7) zunächst in einen Kühlhohlraum (5) zwischen der zu kühlenden Wand (3) und einem Kühleinsatz (4) geführt und anschliessend über zumindest ein Reihe von Ausnehmungen (10) der Wand (3) ausgeblasen wird, wobei bereits vor Erreichen der Ausnehmungen (10) eine Umlenkung des Kühlfluids (7) in Richtung der Ausnehmungen (10) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stromauf jeder Ausnehmung (10) eine Teilströmung (21) des Kühlfluids (7) separiert und lediglich diese Teilströmungen (21) in Richtung der zugehörigen Ausnehmungen (10) umgelenkt werden.
