Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (6) zum Randprägen von Ronden (1),mit wenigstens einem Formrad (7), das um eine Drehachse (8) drehbar gelagert und mit einer Antriebseinrichtung verbunden ist und das mit Abwälzformsegmenten (11) versehen ist, dessen wirksame Länge sich jeweils um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag um die Drehachse (8) erstreckt, undmit wenigstens einem Widerlagerelement (14), das wenigstens ein Abformsegment (16) aufweist, dessen wirksame Länge wenigstens so groß bemessen ist, dass sie das Abwälzformelement (11) des Formrads (7) zu einem vollständigen Umfang der Ronde (1) ergänzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wirksame Länge des Abformsegmants gerade so groß bemessen ist, dass sie das Abwälzformelement (11) des Formrads (7) zu einem vollständigen Umfang der Ronde (1) ergänzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Formrad (7) und dem Widerlagerelement (14) eine Positioniereinrichtung (26) zur Aufnahme und Führung der Ronden vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (26) einen Trägerteller oder ein Trägerringsegment aufweist, in oder an dem Taschen zur Aufnahme der Ronden (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwälzformsegmente (11) jeweils eine wirksame Länge aufweisen, die mit dem halben Umfang der Ronden übereinstimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwälzformsegmente (11) an dem Außenumfang des Formrads (7) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwälzformsegmente (11) einer Flachseite des Formrads (7) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlagerelement (14) ein um eine Drehachse (18) drehbar gelagertes und mit einer Antriebseinrichtung in Antriebsverbindung stehendes Formrad ist, das mit Abwälzformsegmenten (16) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwälzformsegmente (16) an dem Außenumfang des Formrads () bzw. der Formräder () justierbar angeordnet sind und dass die Drehachsen (8,18) der Formräder (7, 14) parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwälzformsegmente (11, 16) an der Flachseite des Formrads bzw. der Formräder angeordnet sind und dass die Drehachsen der Formräder in einem Winkel zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlagerelement ein in einem Abstand zu dem Formrad (7) feststehend angeordnetes Abwälzsegment (51) aufweist.
