Claims (7)
- Polierscheibe mit folgenden Merkmalen:eine Faserflorschicht (1), in der sich Fasern (10) einzeln oder in Faserbündeln (11) quer zur Scheibenebene erstrecken und im Bereich von 2 bis 10 mm lang sind;eine Halteschicht (2), die eine Scheibenebene bestimmt und ausreichende Steifigkeit zur Formstabilität in der Scheibenebene mit genügender Flexibilität zur Anpassung an zu polierende Oberflächen vereinigt;die Fasern (10) sind gleichmäßig und von fusselfreier Qualität und in der Halteschicht (2) so verankert, daß gegebenenfalls antrocknendes Poliermittel oder Polierstaub ausgewaschen werden kann und die Polierscheibe nach solcher Reinigung formtreu bleibt;eine Rückseitenschicht (4), die mit wasserfestem Kleber (3) an der Halteschicht (2) befestigt ist und zur Verbindung mit einem Kletthaftpad oder einem Polierteller geeignet ist.
- Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteschicht (2) aus einem Webrücken oder einem Tuftrücken besteht. - Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteschicht (2) mit Schaumstoff stabilisiert ist. - Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (12) der Fasern (10) auf einer Oberfläche (13) liegen, die über eine größere Anzahl von Faserenden hin als glatt angesehen werden kann. - Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Faserschicht eine Struktur aufweist. - Polierscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polierscheibe kreisförmig ist. - Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser im Bereich zwischen 20 und 203 mm liegt.
