Claims (10)
- Schleifvorrichtung zum Schleifen des Randes (12) eines Keramik- oder Porzellangegenstandes, wie des Mundrandes (12) einer Tasse, eines Bechers (14) o. dgl. oder des Fußes eines Bechers (14), Tellers, einer Tasse o.dgl.mit einem Schleifband (54)und mit Lagereinrichtungen (26) für das Schleifband (54),wobei die jeweilige Lagereinrichtung (26) zwei voneinander beabstandete und axial fluchtende Kreisscheibenelemente (28) aufweist,die durch eine Lagervorrichtung (24) in axialer Richtung geführt sind,wobei eine Federeinrichtung (32) vorgesehen ist, die die Kreisscheibenelemente (28) in axialer Richtung auseinanderdrückt,und mit einer flexiblen, dehnungsarmen oder dehnungsfreien Verbindungseinrichtung (30), die die Kreisscheibenelemente (28) verbindet und das Auseinanderdrücken durch die Federeinrichtung (32) in axialer Richtung begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßsie ein elastisches nachgiebiges Schlauchelement (48) aufweist, das mit seinen axial voneinander abgewandten Endabschnitten (50) jeweils über die Zylindermantelflächen (44) der Kreisscheibenelemente (28) der Lagereinrichtung (26) gezogen ist, über dessen Mantelfläche das Schleifband (54) geführt wird.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Zylindermantelfläche (44) außenseitig einen radial über die Zylindermantelfläche (44) überstehenden Anlagebund (46) aufweist, an welchem das Schlauchelement (48) mit dem zugehörigen Stirnrand (52) anliegt. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlagebund (46) eine radiale Abmessung aufweist, die geringfügig kleiner ist als die Summe aus der Wanddicke des Schlauchelementes (48) und des Schleifbandes (54). - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den beiden Kreisscheibenelementen (28) der jeweiligen Lagereinrichtung (26) vorgesehene Federeinrichtung (32) von einer Schraubendruckfeder (34) gebildet ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federeinrichtung (32) an den beiden Kreisscheibenelementen (28) der jeweiligen Lagereinrichtung (26) mit ihren voneinander entfernten Enden festgelegt ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexible, dehnungsarme oder dehnungsfreie Verbindungseinrichtung (30) zur Verbindung der beiden Kreisscheibenelemente (28) der jeweiligen Lagereinrichtung (26) von einer Schnur oder von einem Draht gebildet ist, der sich mit axial gleich langen Verbindungsabschnitten (42) zwischen den beiden Kreisscheibenelementen (28) erstreckt. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnur eine geflochtene Schnur oder das der Draht ein geflochtener Litzendraht ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsabschnitte (42) der flexiblen dehnungsarmen oder dehnungsfreien Verbindungseinrichtung radial gegen die Zylindermantelflächen (44) der beiden Kreisscheibenelemente (28) der jeweiligen Lagereinrichtung (26) zurückversetzt sind. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlauchelement (48) von einem Gummischlauch gebildet ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der beiden Kreisscheibenelemente (28) der jeweiligen Lagereinrichtung (26) mit einem zentralen Achsloch (56) ausgebildet ist, die miteinander axial fluchten.
