Claims (15)
- Kopfbürste mit einer Vielzahl von Schleifborstenbündeln (10, 11), welche als Besatzmaterial (3) mit ihrem einen Ende in einer Grundplatte (2) gehalten sind und mit ihrem anderen Ende die Besatzoberfläche (4) der Kopfbürste (1) bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Besatzoberfläche (4) profiliert ist, wobei die Profilierung der Besatzoberfläche (4) von einer stetigen, geraden Linie (L) abweicht. - Kopfbürste nach Anspruch 1 oder dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einige der Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) geneigt aus der Grundplatte (2) herausragen. - Kopfbürste nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung dieser Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) zwischen etwa 5° und etwa 30° bezogen auf eine gedachte, orthogonal aus der Grundplattenebene herausragende, Achse (X) beträgt. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geneigt angeordneten Schleifborstenbündel (10) einen geringeren Durchmesser als die übrigen Schleifborstenbündel (11) aufweisen. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich nebeneinander angeordnete Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) mindestens teilweise berühren. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifborsten (9) mindestens einiger Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) unterschiedlich lang sind. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) in Öffnungen (20) der Grundplatte (2) sitzen. - Kopfbürste nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Grundplatte (2) zugewandten Enden der Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) von Kunstharz umgeben sind. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifborstenbündel (10, 11) Schleifkornmaterial unterschiedlicher Kornart und/oder Korngröße aufweisen. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (2) der Kopfbürste (1) auf ihrer dem Besatzmaterial (3) abgewandten Oberfläche eine Befestigungseinrichtung (21) aufweist, durch welche die Kopfbürste (1) an die Antriebswelle einer Bearbeitungsmaschine lösbar anbringbar ist. - Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierung der Besatzoberfläche (4) der Kopfbürste (1) zur Entgratung der topfförmigen Innenwandung von Autofelgen angepaßt ist. - Entgratungseinrichtung für Autofelgen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese durch eine Kopfbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, sowie eine Antriebseinrichtung gebildet ist, durch welche die Kopfbürste (1) rotierend in die topfförmige Öffnung der Autofelge einführbar ist. - Entgratungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Autofelge eine Aluminiumfelge ist.
