Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing angled Shaped body, in particular angled slips, made of a ceramic Base material to be shaped and fired.
It is common to have walls and especially exterior facades of houses Clinker brick cladding to make the facade a whole stone brick To give appearance. This look is disturbed on facade corners if simple clinker brick slips can be used, since there their small thickness of only about 1 cm can be seen. It is possible to fit two angled straps Tailoring to crop, however, this is complex and remains the more precise Look recognizable as disguise. Therefore, for the disguise of Facade corners increasingly angled, one leg of the length and whose other leg corresponds to the width of a stone to be imitated.
In the previously known methods for producing such angled slips a so-called support or support stone is always necessary. It will be one Molded strand with a rectangular cross section pressed from an extrusion press in which on the top and a side surface a dividing line between the support stone and the later angled strap is provided by between support stone and angled straps multiple gaps are formed. Between these columns the angled strap is connected to the support stone via narrow webs that later serve as predetermined breaking points. The strand thus formed is then cut into individual pieces Rectangular blocks divided, the width of the later height of the angled strap corresponds. These blocks are dried and then fired. To The fire can break the predetermined breaking points by hitting the burned block are caused, whereby the angled strap differs from that Support stone releases. Alternatively, it is possible not to provide gaps and webs, but instead saw off the angled strap from the support stone after the fire. Finally, there is also the option of attaching the angled strap directly to the Cut the pressing process from the supporting block using a cutting wire. Also at However, the angled strap for stabilization lies behind this method the whole area of the fire on the support stone and can be used after firing with little Exertion of force can be removed from the support stone.
All of the above methods have the disadvantage that a considerable amount of lost material pressed, transported, dried and must be burned. The amount of material lost is about six times as much large, like the material actually required for the angled strap. Also goes lost a lot of combustion space through the support stone in the furnace. Because the support stone also heated up and must be fired, but after removing the angled strap is only usable by grinding it into broken bricks Most of the energy required is based on the amount of material lost.
The invention is therefore concerned with the problem, a method and an apparatus specify with which angled in a simple and economical manner Shaped body, in particular angled straps, without the use of a Support stone can be made.
This problem is solved by a method having the features of claim 1
and a device with the features of
Because the base is made by an extrusion press with a suitable mouthpiece is pressed directly into an angled molding strand, which is already essentially has the shape of the angled molded body to be manufactured, and through the appropriate support of this form strand during its further transport it is possible to do without the support stone and still have the desired one to obtain an angled shape of the molding strand or of the molding, without undesirable deformations before firing. So will in the manufacture of the angled shaped body a significant amount of Material and energy saved, which increases the economics of manufacture angled molded body considerably increased.

Fig. 3 dargestellt.
The device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has an extruder 1
a mouthpiece 2 through which a ceramic matrix, in particular
Clay or clay, is pressed into an
Above the means of
The device for sprinkling granulate material is connected to the device shown in Fig.

After the
In the embodiment shown, the transport means 5 and the separation pad are
different elements. However, the separation pad can also be used
Parts of the means of transport are formed. The execution is preferred for this
with separate support blocks 6, because then by

Connected to the separating
The device can have a message device, not shown,
to be arranged preferably behind the separating
in Fig. 5 dargestellt.
The
After grouping and stacking the shaped
Since the angled shaped body obtained is no longer from a supporting stone
must be solved, can also be removed from the
