Claims (8)

  1. Transversale Schneidemaschine für Papierrollen oder dergleichen, mit
    einer Säge (3),
    einer Halterung (12), die die Säge (3) schwenkbar zusammen mit Übertragungsverbindungen für die Rotationsbewegung der Säge trägt,
    einer Antriebsvorrichtung, um die Halterung (12) anzutreiben, die zyklisch die Säge (3) auf die Rollen (2) senkt, die sie in Teile schneidet,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       dase die Antriebsvorrichtung schwenkbar mit zwei unterschiedlichen Punkten (12a, 12b) der Halterung (12) verbunden ist, wobei die Säge (3) einer zusammengesetzten Raumkurve folgt, die dadurch entsteht, dass zwei unterschiedliche Antriebsbewegungen kombiniert werden, die an den beiden Punkten (12a, 12b) anaetzen.
  2. Transversale Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobeidie Antriebsvorrichtung aufweist:
    eine Antriebswelle (10);
    einen ersten Schwungarm (14) dessen Enden schwenkbar an einem ersten Punkt (12a) der Halterung (12) und einem ersten exzentrischen Punkt (10a) der Antriebswelle (10) gelagert sind;
    einen Kurbelmechanismus (15) mit einer Kurbel (17), schwenkbar gelagert an einem zweiten Punkt (12b) der Halterung (12) und einem zweiten Schwungarm (16), schwenkbar gelagert an einem zweiten Punkt (10b) der Antriebswelle (10).
  3. Transversale Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schwungarm (14) aus mindestens zwei integralen Teilen besteht (14a, 14b), mit Mitteln ausgestallet, die erlauben, diese Teile gegeneinander zu verschieben und aneinander zu befestigen, um die Länge des ersten Schwungarmes (14) zu variieren.
  4. Transversale Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die erlauben, die Teile (14a, 14b) des ersten Schwungarmes (14) gegeneinander zu verschieben und aneinander zu befestigen eine elektromechanische Hebevorrichtung (18) aufweisen, die nach jedem Schärfen der Säge (3) diese Längenänderung durchführt, um die Durchmesserverkleinerung zu kompensieren.
  5. Transversale Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbel (17) des Kurbelmechanismus (15) aus zwei Hebeln (17a, 17b) gebildet wird, die gegeneinander abgewinkelt sind, mit Mitteln ausgestattet, um den Winkel zwischen diesen Hebeln einzustellen, womit die Länge der Kurbel regulierbar ist.
  6. Verfahren zum Schneiden von Papierrollen in Teile oder dergleichen, mit den Schritten:
    Anordnung von einer Kreissäge in einer Halterung;
    Schwingen der Halterung in einer Raumkurve, wobei die Raumkurve durch die Rolle geht, um sie abzuschneiden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumkurve durch zwei unterschiedliche Punkte der Halterung hervorgerufen wird, und dadurch, dass an diesen Punkten unterschiedliche Antriebsbewegungen angesetzt werden, wobei die Raumkurve zusammengesetzt ist.
  7. Verfahren zum Abschneiden nach Anspruch 6 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubhöhe der unterschiedlichen Punkte einstellbar und die Raumkurve veränderlich ist nach jedem Schärfen der Säge.
  8. Verfahren zum Abschneiden nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubhöhe eines ersten und eines zweiten Punktes der Halterung jeweils gegeben ist mittels eines ersten Schwenkarmes mit einstellbarer Länge und einem Kurbelmechanismus unterschiedlicher Form.
