The disc cutting blade 5 therefore follows the envelope of trajectories 19 which proves to have a substantially elliptical outline.

Claims (9)

  1. Eine Schneidevorrichtung zum Schneiden von Rollen von Gewebematerial von Stämmen (4), die in einem oder mehreren parallelen Kanälen (3) vorgeschoben werden und mindestens ein Schneidemesser (5) umfasst, das drehend um eine Drehachse (X) getrieben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Elemente zum Antrieb des genannten Messers (4) vorgesehen sind, die einen Messerhaltearm (6) umfassen, der durch ein Kurbelpaar (8) und (10) in Bewegung gesetzt wird und in der Lage ist, der genannten Drehachse (X) eine im wesentlichen elliptische Bahn zu verleihen.
  2. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kurbeln (8) und (10) phasengleich zueinander betrieben werden.
  3. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kurbeln (8) und (10) sich in derselben Richtung oder in entgegen gesetzten Richtungen drehen.
  4. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kurbeln (8) und (10) jeweils an einem Zwischenpunkt (Y) des Messerhaltearms (6) und an einer Enddrehachse (Z) des genannten Arms (6) über ein Stangensystem (14) tätig sind.
  5. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Stangensystem (14) ein Gelenkdreieck ist, das einen Nebenarm (9) umfasst, über den die genannte Drehachse (Z) des Messerhaltearms (6) gleiten kann und auf dem der Zapfen (V) der Kurbel (10) arbeitet, sowie zwei Stangen (10, 13), die miteinander durch eine Gelenkverbindung (12) und jeweils an den freien Enden mit den genannten Achsen (Z) und (V) drehbar über Scharniere verbunden sind.
  6. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Drehachsen (Z) und (X) in einer vollständigen Drehung der genannten Kurbeln (8) und (10) im wesentlichen elliptische Bahnen zurücklegen, deren jeweilige größere Achsen im wesentlichen im rechten Winkel zueinander liegen.
  7. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Elemente, die durch einen Mikroprozessor gesteuert werden, der an Elemente zum Ertasten der Durchmesseränderung der Messer (5, 5') angeschlossen ist, vorgesehen sind, um die genannte Drehachse (Z) zu veranlassen, am Nebenarm (9) entlang zu gleiten.
  8. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kurbeln (8) und (10) mit Hilfe eines Encoders durch bürstenlose Motoren angetrieben werden, die phasengleich zueinander sind.
  9. Eine Schneidemaschine zum Schneiden von Rollen von Gewebematerial von Stämmen (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schneidevorrichtung gemäß einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche umfasst.
